Apartment is managed by a company, they don't usually return your cash deposit. I never got it back and they are not reachable once you vacate the apartment. Worst management.

It's pretty good. I've lived here for more than a year anyway. Robert is the manager here. He's very nice and easy to talk to about anything. There's a parking lot behind the building.

One of my favorite coffee place. Great for relax, place for came with friends or just quick refreshments. Depending on time of the year and day could be little bit busy but always is place to sit. People working there very friendly, kind and polite also professional and quick. Quality coffee which can buy as well during visit In a large selection.

683 Christchurch RoadTuvimos un almuerzo con comida encantadora hoy perfectamente servida y recién hecho. Nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos y la mejor trona nos han dado para nuestro niño con incluso un par de juguetes cuando se aburrían. Excelente comida, excelente servicio - a pesar de su ubicación nos volveremos.
