Noakes Kebab and Burgers in Havering

Had an order delivered to the hotel, came earlier than estimated. The food was high quality and travelled well. Still hot and had a very good flavour and everything had a satisfying texture - lamb shish was cooked not cremated, salad was crunchy and the pickled chillis had a pop. Would recommend to anyone. Can't comment on atmosphere or service because i got it on just eat

Staff was making kebab with unwashed bare hands and when I complained he wouldn’t use gloves or make another one. Took my refund & never going back again. They don’t see a problem making food with their hands right in front of you. Disgusting people!!!

Fab Burger Meal 1 - good service

First time ordering. Order was quick and fresh. Kebab was really nice and well seasoned. My only issue was the chicken "fillet" burgers. Definitely not fillet burgers. Small cheap chicken burgers so not worth the price when expecting a filet. Unfortunately put me off so will order elsewhere in future.

Made order for delivery came back to phone 20 minutes later to see order was cancelled

Avoid this vile place my friend got a kebab from here and found a screw in her meat it was embedded with cheese all around it. They didn’t even apologise they didn’t care at all and this will be reported and taken further absolute vile food vile customer service and unclean

I have used noakes lots of times before never had a problem but I ordered through just eat last night and bite into a peace of kebab that had a screw in it when my partner rung the restaurant the man on the phone said what do you want me to do about it .. no concern no apologie he just didnt care . Bare in mind i was shareing this with my 13 yr old and my other 2 little ones age 4 and 3 It has taken the top part of my tooth off as i bit down on it .. lucky it was me and not one of my children that could of ended up choking on it . Just eat was really good and refunded the meal straight way .. but as for the response or lack of care through noakes i have shared pictures and video of it ..yes things like this can happen but im fuming with how they was on the phone hence this review .. will never order again and makeing everyone aware

Last time I visited,food wasn't the greatest, luke warm meat, and I would say your typical truck stop kabab

We went there and staff was least intrested, we got the menu and started reading but in the mean while we saw one of the staff member went outside to smoke,came back and started using his phone and the other one was picking his nose and using phone. It was disgusting..We left straight away and they didn't even bother.

When there with wifie for a little snack, very nice.

Had a eat in doner kebab. Meat was cold pitta hot. Staff not welcoming neither friendly. Kept visiting the toilet straight away after that. Sorry mate you not gonna see my face again. Bye 👋

Fast food . Generally good clean friendly

When the driver arrived he called saying he was outside. I went outside so he could see me. It was raining and he just sat in his car and said come out to get it. I asked the driver if he could come out as I have no shoes on and it’s raining. He hung up so I had to go to him and there was 2 men just sitting there. As I took the food they didn’t say anything to me just started to drive off. Other than that, the food was fine. Very very greasy which put me off a little bit. But not the worst, mainly the driver I thought was very rude and disrespectful

Ordered through JE - worth £28 - accidentally cancelled, called Naokes straight away, did not have a clue what I was talking about - ie didn’t start on order. After speaking to JE they advised to speak to restaurant if food is still available - called Noakes and explained the situation- they then said they disposed of the food ??? And they cannot make it again…..Even though I called straight away and they had no knowledge of it! Awful service and fraudulent behaviour. Avoid these cowboys.

thieving scammers paid £25 for a takeaway I never received. when I questioned them to ask where my delivery was they were extremely rude and wouldn't give me a explanation just put the phone down...

Food is good the portion size is getting smaller but the price keeps going up I use these alot.

recommend this place for kebabs, the chicken doner especially. best in the area if you can collect as the only downside is delivery is expensive (£1-3.99 delivery fee)

Excellent food, excellent service!

Went in there, the place was empty. I placed an order for small Dinner meat & chips, salad, & chilly sauce. Paid the £6.50 & left. I walked approx 4mins then had my tea when I got in. The chips were hot, but hadn't been drained, very oily. The Donna meat was stone cold. Over half went in the bin. Tried it! Won't be going again.

Me and the wife come up to the primier inn rainham and decided not to eat at the hotel restaurant but to try the kebab shop not far over the road. Wife had small donor and I had chicken and lamb kebab which did not taste too bad but back at the hotel I could not get this horrible taste in my mouth no matter how much I drank ( tea and coke) .well by the morning I felt terrible having to vist the toilet several time and I felt terrible for the next couple of days not eating much as I didn't feel like eating. I put it down to the chicken. Would not ever vist this shop again

Drive past this place loads of times, never noticed it, but partner did, we both had half pounders and boy they were the best burgers we have had in a long time. Clean and tidy, worth a visit for a proper burger.

Really good as this type of kebab shop/burger stop goes. Prices are average, food is above average, staff are friendly, and there is plenty room to sit down. The seating area is basic, but kept clean. Plenty room to park too, I have parked an artic outside on several occasions.

Eat a few times never had issue nice food polite and clean. Best cup of tea from any cafe ever had.

THE BEST FOOD I EAT AT NOAKES KEBAB

Very Friendly staff and swift service made for a nice visit. They dont have set breakfast menu , you simply order what you fancy and they cook it freshly for you. Reasonable price for the meals andbthe biggest plus is that they accept cards here which is a bit of a rarity for a cafe, especially in this area.

Absolutely disgusting food and service i was physically sick after eating a burger today. The cheif was to busy on his phone and didn't cook the burger for long enough avoid like the plague
