We've eaten at No 19 before and the meal this time was just as enjoyable. At the time of our visit the menu was limited due to problems caused by Covid but there were still plenty of options to choose from the food was high quality as before.

We visited yesterday with a friend and the service was absolutely atrocious . We waited for up to 45mins to get a drink, then the mains eventually came and were cold and dried up. We asked for further drinks which never arrived by 40mins later, we then received a latte with a cracked cup and the list goes on.....

Staying in the Mar Hall Hotel, we walked ver to No 19 as an alternative venue to eat out. Under current restrictions, food was ordered and paid for via an app on the phone. I am sure they can help those without devices. It worked out very easily without any mistakes. You go to the app, you select your table, you select your food, you pay for it. We ate here in the evening twice, we saw it quite full during the day too. Inside and outside seating. On one occasion we had fish and chips - a very decent sized portion and the chips made the fish look small, but it was not off putting size as you often get else where. The steak was as I liked on the first visit. Great service despite the mask wearing. Very clean and a good evening out.

I have eaten here a lot of times and the food has always been very good so I thought I would try a special fried rice and that's when I realised that was end off a good thing as there very little of any ingredients manly just rice so be aware how quick things can change

We stayed in the HI before a flight out. We had no car so had to eat in this hotel restaurant. The room was fairly empty so we were seated right away. The menu was pretty extensive. The staff asked about food allergies and the chef actually came to the table to suggest appropriate dishes. Nice touch. The food was hot and fresh but not special. Adequate but not memorable. It was a bit expensive but when you are stuck at the hotel with no transport they can charge what they want. Basic but okay. The service was good though.

Really enjoyed our meal at Vista during our stay at the Gleddoch. Lewis is a real asset to the team and deserves a raise. While the restaurant was very busy at the time, he tended to our every need with efficiency and genuine care. A level of service we have not experienced for a very long time in and around the greater Glasgow area. Thanks again, Lewis!

It's ok to eat at this location for a reasonable price. My partner likes to eat here (he can eat everything 😅), but my expectations about food and taste are too high, so I can't enjoy the taste of the food at maximum here. I can eat here only if I'm really hungry 😁 like noodles, rice, beef, and salad (fruits). (The rest of the food contains some specific Chinese sos / spices that makes all the food taste the same. Unfortunately, I dont like that flavour). If you're like my partner, you will enjoy here. If you are like me you don't! 😁

So used to be, got a table ? Come back in 20 mins we’ll text you, Now it’s tables no problem, which is great,, They’ve turned off the WiFi for customers now and there’s pretty much no mobile signal, you can’t even order using the app So it’s a conveyor belt now as no one can use their phones, kids can’t watch YouTube etc.. WiFi is fine as they are using it for their apps orders etc but customer WiFi turned off.
