Got bad stomach from chicken donner!!!!ugh

Poor Customer Service. Not Recommended at all. They must change their staff

Got a large shish kebab a few weeks ago and it wasn't very large. It was actually smaller than the small kebab from the local place that I usually go to except it had a small nan bread instead of a pita. Then I got chips, cheese and curry sauce a few days ago and the curry sauce wasn't great. Very bland and not spicy. Disappointing. Was a walk in after a night out on both occasions, so can't say anything about delivery.

I ate here a few times. Very polite and good food!

Do not buy ! Pizza paste is thin ordered spicy pizza , was like chilli paste instead of a hint of chill , completely ruined , the pizza , phoned the manager , abuse , communication problem due to , language barrier ! I have had more issues then expected with Madras ! Wil never order from these again. So rude , ignorant , abusive .

Used Madras for my partner's retirement party and was amazed at what I got for my money, the food was excellent, the service outstanding from all the boys who prepared the order.A big shout out to Julie who made it all happen and got our food exactly as requested and delivered it as specified.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND XXX

I am a regular customer of Madras Grill house. I like their pizza. Very fresh in taste and made in front of you. I was living in Paisley but shifted in Barrhead now but still I like to go their. Especially I go to Paisley to buy their pizza.. 😂 Even today I bring their pizza and my location was on so just popping in a good review that they deserve. Keep it up guys.

I Went in and asked for a dish they charged me for a completely different dish than what I asked for and then gave me the wrong dish I said to them that’s not right then and then they told me I had to pay extra for what I asked for, I definitely won’t be back absolutely descustikg what they’re doing went in for a simple dish and ended up paying £14.15 for what I wanted

Never actually eaten here. They keep phoning me and not saying anything, as if it’s a spam call. Incredibly annoying and clearly something dodgy going on with the place

Used their website, paid and waited 4 mins until the store confirmed my order. Arrived to collect, they denied any order existed. Had to travel home 5 miles to send email to my husbands phone as my phone had died. Went back in with the confirmation email and still they denied confirming the order. Went home again and checked my banking app and yep, charged £35.50 from them, still they denied any order number existed. Used this take out before and was decent but will not be back.

Order every week was 4 pence yes 4 pence short for delivery and the delivery guy threw my change all over my close 🤣 threw the order right back at him walloper. Due to them changing price as soon as the delivery came obviously 🤣🤮

This is my go to after work and has been for several months. The staff recognise people that regularly go in but will treat everyone as if they themselves go in regularly. Food is amazing and service is on the same level i literally can’t fault this place

Ordered a king mixed kebab. Full of greasy donner meat and 6 pieces of undercooked lamb and chicken. Never again. Absolutely awful

We order New Year’s Eve at 2am for a delivery, phone the shop incase it was closed we then proceeded to tell our order told it would be 20/30 mins that was fine it got to 10 to 3 and no one answered the phone messaged to ask what was going on and he said yeah it’s open to three since then no reply from the messages or phone calls and no one to our door so unresponsive and unreliable had my family waiting up way more then an hour waiting for it!!! Not good at all! DO NOT RECOMMEND and I hope they feel ashamed!!!

Ordered veg pakoras and got chicken instead. Pizza was soggy. Garlic dip was stale.

Absolute legends!! Scrolling late night looking for my feast. Guy took my order about 10 mins before closing, wasn't sure if it was coming bit they came through for me!! Would give 10 stars if I could, food was delicious. Thanks guys will order again for sure. :)

Not happy with last two orders an the delivery driver tried to take more than he was due

Tried to order from Madras on Uber Eats. They hadn't coded the app correctly and us trying to order one pizza ended up getting us four at a discounted rate. We placed the order thinking it was a bit weird bit maybe it was a promotion. An hour passed and nothing had arrived. We called to make sure the order had been accepted and it wasn't a mistake and the guy said yes it was being cooked now. Another hour and a half passed and no delivery. We tried to cancel, tried to call again but they were closed. No delivery ever showed up yet they marked on the app as it being delivered. We wouldn't have minded if it had been a mistake and they rejected the order or asked us to cancel, but the staff lied and we wasted so much time waiting for food after they had confirmed it was coming. Terrible service and a bunch of liars.

1 word: Rank. Ordered a few times since under new management, every time no pakora sauce. Last order was the final straw, undercooked chips, undercooked pakora and pizza freezing cold.. oh and no pakora sauce. Such a shame as it used to be nice! East end Tandoori if ordering from anywhere in paisley 👌

When we think about fast and tasty food to be delivered or to be collected in paisley and surrounding arias’ it is always our first option and it never disappoints. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding, my (Doner Hougie ), (Pizza ), (grilled cheese burger meal) might have been the best meal I have ever been served. Service was delightful and very professional.

Really gone downhill, used it as was passing and kids wanted food, soggy chips, pizza had the minimum of toppings possible, disappointed.

Order never appeared- took order via uber eats, they marked it as en route on the app... 2 hours passed and still nothing... called to check where it was and they claimed not to have the order but would send it now (I cancelled it obviously)

Unexpectedly good curry and onion pakoras enjoyed after the St Mirren v Celtic match. I rarely expect much from place that sell everything but the curry was ideal constituency and the pakoras very spice. Great food.

Excellent customer service, walled out and forgot chicken tikka, called restaurant and they delivered to my door! Excellent service, will continue to be my number one kebab shop hands down! Keep up the high standards guys!

Tried the Chicken Tikka Masala...Awful. Literally tasted nothing like Tikka Masala...can get better in the frozen food cabinet at Iceland. In the cheap section. The chicken was burnt around the edges as well. I flushed it down the toilet.

Ordered a dopiaza. Was the worst curry I have ever ate! Sauce wasn’t red wich a dopiaza usually is. Was big chunks of raw red onion through it and was so watery 😡 chicken was bone dry like Moses sandals. Blandest curry ever shambles man 0/10

my friend ordered chips and got chips and cheese and we called them and they said that she couldn’t get what she ordered even though it was their mistake. Also they gave us the wrong amount of change.

Conveniently situated a few steps away from Paisley Gilmour Street Station. Open till 00h00 and they also deliver. They offer few seats but it's mostly a take out venue. The curries and speciality dishes are amazing. The best part is the affordability. It is good food for a very good price. Sometimes when I order from certain indian restaurants I can experience a rather bad sleep and next morning. But here I found that the next day and night before sleep was restful and normal. What that tells me is that the food is fresh and good for my body. Honestly you would pass this place because it doesn't look fancy or anything. The food is freshly made and I guess that is down to them being so busy. I frequently order Saag paneer, tarka dahl, popadoms (always fresh) and lamb curry. Good location if you just arrived back on a late flight. Also if the trains are cancelled it might be a good idea to get a cup of soup there or a warm dona or chips. Furthermore it is situated within a one way traffic system so plan your drive. Less than 2 miles from Glasgow International Airport. 1minute walk from Paisley Gilmour Street Station Platform. Close to Ralston, Fergusley and Renfrew. Please like my review if it has helped you.

Usually it's a good value for money. A couple of days ago I visited Madras after a few months and ordered chicken tikka with fries. When I arrived home I had plenty of fries with a bit of chicken on the top. I paid 5£ for that !

My mother and I decided to have ourselves and authentic kebab while we were visiting Scotland and just stumbled upon this place. As a pair of yanks, I'd say the service was excellent and very patient with our confusion and indecision. The kebabs were amazing and out of all the amazing food I had, I still long for that enormous naan-wrapped meat monolith I bought that night.

Lovely surprise when i tried a fish and chips from here and i must say it was great the chips were cooked perfect and oil was fresh i had garlic mayo on salad as they didnt have salad cream but it added to my enjoyment of this simple dish and its also a fair price and will defo try this again and the fudge cake is amazing with cream total pass marks tonight lol

Ordered via just eat. Ordered a chicken curry, received half chicken, half beef. Went in bin as i cannot eat red meat. Left review on just eat but because I didn't like it, they didn't publish my comments! Shocking customer service!

Staff arrogant , pretended they didn't understand English when I made a made a complaint ( they understood when I made my order , and took my money alright ) accused me off being drunk and aggressive , I was just home from being in hospital all night , and was nothing but polite up to the point where after waiting 45 mins for a chicken curry (seeing 3 people behind me in the Q all getting chicken curry ) got told it was to late for them to make me a chicken curry , I didn't fancy what was left so I requested my money back only to be told they had cashed up , my son then settled for veg pakora and a kebab , on my behalf ,I don't like kebabs the pakora was cold and grainy , wouldn't go back their ,if they offered me a free chicken curry but in no way was I aggressive or act in a aggressive manner , but I did complain about them being judgmental ,and taking my order and money , when they knew I wasn't going to get my order and not offering me a refund ( perhaps they forgot all about me ,as I was sitting quietly) , a apology would have been nice ,as for new management , its always under new management , a new owner would maybe make a difference !!!
