Thailand Express in Renfrewshire

Ordered different meals for 5 and each meal tasted more or less the same as the next. It was all fried rice with chicken or a kind of spam type meat. Nothing fresh and sauces very artificial. If you have low food standards and only care about cheap prices, then you will like this takeaway.

The best Chinese takeaway in Erskine & Bishopton. Food is delicious, very reasonable prices & the nicest most helpful staff.

Had a Chinese form here a couple of times now and the food is excellent. We used to go to another but it gone downhill so tried Thailand Express and so glad we did, wish we had tried it years ago. Meal for one is great, just enough and excellent value. Just one wee thing, there was way way to much salt on the chips so less next time please - that's the only reason it's a 4 and not a 5

Thailand Express is a joke! Ordered last weekend, food was 2 hours late and freezing so was sent back. Phoned tonight, give them the benefit of the doubt. Placed my order, they phoned me back to say the manager has just spoken to her and they can't take my order because of last weekend, i can collect it though! Placed a delivery order for a reason, if i was out driving then i would have collected in the first place. I could understand if there was any issues over the phonecall but we were polite and to the point, its not acceptable to wait that long, to pay out money for it to be freezing. Won't be back!

Great wee place food always warm and tastes great and so much cheaper than the other place 20 yards away.

Ribs, shredded chicken and 'special' fried rice (nothing special) all had the same sauce. Is this the only one they know. Very disappointed. Won't be back. Best bit was the prawn crackers

I have used Thailand express for about 7 years. Tonight 2/2/2023 I phoned at 720pm and placed my order. I wasn’t told it would be late or driver was busy. At 820pm I still had no food. I phoned and was told that it was very busy and that the roads were really bad and they had regular customers to deal with first.The lady on the phone said she told me that when I placed my order. She didn’t say anything. I am a regular customer. It’s now 855 pm and still I’ve had no food delivered. The roads are clear as my son has just had food delivered without delay from Renfrew 5 miles away . The Thailand Express is 2 miles from my house. I will never buy another meal. 90 minutes and still no food. The fact the lady lied saying she told me that they were busy when she didn’t and that they are serving regular customers first even though i am one I am now finished with this place. Disgusting customer service. Whoever was working on the phones tonight has obviously forgot my order and doesn’t care. I will never be back.

We travel across from Kilcreggan to look after our grandchildren and have used the Thailand Express a few times. Never had a bad meal, and we'll be back again this evening. Keep up the good work.

5 stars for the best Chinese tofu curry I've ever had 👏

The restaurant served food tonight fit for the bin. I rang to complain and they offered to replace the chips which were unfit for eating. Greasy shells , black and horrid. My wife rang to speak to them and was informed the kitchen said there was nothing wrong with them!! They were totally disgusting. If they think that's ok to serve to paying customers, we will never go back.

Not spectacular and not as good as they used to be but my choice of the four in the Village ,Satay is so good portions average size, properly prepared King Prawns not rubbery like so many others delivery no complaints usually 45/60 mins

All I have to say is shocking service! Will not be eating here again.

Love this place but it takes ages to get your food when they only deliver. Been waiting months for them to start allowing collections again

One of the better places to order in the area but still not great. Chicken can be dry and curry's extremely thick but generally OK value for money.

Chinese of choice since moving. Great value and big portions.

Moved to the area, tried all the takeways, this one is the best. Good replacement for my old favourite.

Warning to anyone with a shellfish allergy, the duck Cantonese style contains prawns amongst other random meat not mentioned on the menu. When discussed with restaurant they said there is no room to write all of the ingredients on the menu.

Be careful what u order because what it says on the menu is not what u get

Chicken satay on the sewer, absolutely brilliant and lovely cheery staff

First time using this place as i worl in inchinnan. Food was piping hot and really tasty. Well defo be back

This takeaway is as good as you get ,I have not had one bad meal. Also has delivery service.
