The best staff and the most amazing server the world has ever known Callum went above and beyond to ensure our time at Glasgow airport was nothing short of 5 stars!

The food is fine but the service a bit scratchy, you get slugged 3.50 pds for a small water.

Visited before boarding my flight to Rotterdam, the staff were amazing, my server Sarah was very attentive and could not have been more welcoming as well as the assistant manager Toni, food was great and I’ll definitely be back before my next flight

Ordered a couple of takeaway coffees at the bar. I would recommend all future customers to do the same… you might- like me- decide never to visit this establishment again. Whilst I was waiting, a waiter collected a couple of drinks: a pint and a glass of wine. As the beer was poured short, he tapped it on the counter to get a bit of fizz back in to it. Unfortunately it completely overflowed down the side of the glass. No problem - he just carried it off to the customer! I was also able to catch one of the staff preparing my coffee with the wrong milk, however, there was worse to come: after tapping out the coffee grounds from the previous drink, there was still a large amount of sodden, used coffee grounds on the espresso filter, on to which she simply ground the next portion of coffee. On being challenged on whether she could clean it properly, the justification was: “if we clean it properly we’ll never get anything done”. First and last time buying anything here.

We were dining at the Caledonia restaurant today and the food was delicious, the drinks were great and the service was great too but what made it extra special was the young women Sarah, she made our dining experience more enjoyable, she was friendly and joyful and very helpful, really made the start to our holiday even better, you will go far in this industry Sarah and you are a real credit to the team, thank you.

Today I was flying on my first ever long haul, which made me super nervous! Courtney who recommended us some lovely drinks (blackberry spritiz) to calm the nerves and offered a lovely professional service. Would recommend to a friend!

Lovely experience. Sarah, our server, was really helpful and pleasant. She identified that the kids menu might be an option and directed us appropriately. Great humour as well. Lovely start to the holiday.

Courtney was excellent, she greeted us nicely at the desk and kept us informed of wait times. We were seated as requested and Courtney made good recommendations about the menu and we were very satisfied with what she advised. She was courteous, friendly and professional - just the kind of person who should be working in a hospitality setting. She also helped upsell champagne which we appreciated. Bobbie was also very efficient in bringing our drinks. All in all a great experience.

I have had a few opportunities to visit this bar recently, mostly early morning flights. On a couple of occasions I was served by Keiron. Great service and very pleasant with it. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Hope to see him on my next visit to the Caledonia Bar.
