I have a nut allergy and ate here before a holiday, Sarah was lovely, and talked me through all the allergy information and reassured me, and modified my breakfast order to suit!

Visited this place on Friday evening at 18:15 on my way to London. Previous occasions it has been great but on this occasion the woman who served us was very abrupt and.rude. She never had a friendly manner. The woman was foreign skinny and wore glasses. (Didn’t get her name) if her manager sees this review then I would be sending her on a how to treat customers properly course. I won’t be eating at any of the restaurants in there from now on. I know they are all the same company.

Keiron’s service was outstanding

Staff upset for some reason… one of them dancing and enjoying the music… Order from the table not working and went to the counter… they found the order and it had a large whiskey… nothing against people having a large whiskey at 7am… toast on sourdough bread never came… asked to check what was going on… they apologised and brought me cold toast lol… unbelievable… asked if they could warm the toast they took it back and returned with an almost warm toast. Really disappointed and not recommending or coming back. Employee had his breakfast and fell asleep in front of clients.

Sarah served us on the morning shift and, despite being the only one who appeared to be taking orders and payments on the tables, was brilliant. Cheery and helpful, keeping everyone up to date on when they’ll be served and when the food will arrive.

Delayed today with EasyJet and treated like royalty by these fab young men . I hope their CEO reads this and rewards them accordingly !

Food cremated but cold and over priced. Woman next to me had to send her eggs back due to them being like a slab of rubber. Told when entering was table service only then after sitting waiting for 15 mins was told it’s actually order at the bar yourself. No cutlery with meal. It used to be a decent bar spot to sit and have a drink ans snack but now sectioned off with a spruce up and only for eating with jacked up prices that do not reflect the actual quality in any way shape or form. Also what’s the thing with giving out child size cutlery why? Quicker to wash? Can’t physically keep the food on the fork to eat it. Not good Glasgow airport and it’s not hard to get these things right.

Just had drinks quite expensive

A great stop in for drinks before our flight. We were served by Kieran who really made our visit. A warm, bubbly personality who went out his way to help and recommend drinks on the menu.

We stopped for drinks on an early morning flight to LGW. Kieran, our waiter, was fantastic. A warm, welcoming personality. A credit to both the Caledonia Bar and GLA as a whole.

Food was decent (Classic breakfast). Service was terrible. Had 4 different staff members come to my table, including who I assume was the manager, and they all need training. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back.

We had a good experience at Caledonian Bar, in Glasgow Airport. Food was pretty decent and excellent service from our waitress, Sarah Stewart.

Aweful experience from a waitress. Was going to order food for myself and a cappuccino but they had nothing that my son could eat so I got him a sandwich from WHSmith. She flat out refused to allow my son (who is autistic with a limited diet and I had advised her of this) to eat his sandwich. He’s 7 and there was nothing inclusive at all in the menu. My son has a fascination with airplanes so wanted to sit by the window and watch the planes. She said if he wanted to eat his food he would have to sit outside. Absolutely appalling customer service. She took the payment upfront implying we were going to dine and dash. I’m never coming back to this crappy diner/bar with their ridiculous menu and lack of inclusivity. Even if she was ‘just doing her job’ her delivery was rude and abrupt. She hid her name tag too so I couldn’t complain about her attitude towards me and my Sen son

Have used this bar before and it’s been good but on a Friday morning breakfast was a disappointment. Cold, doughy, undercooked food. Staff friendly but robotic going from table to table using the same trained lines of conversation and asked us to pay the bill half way through our breakfast. All in, a disappointing experience and I’ll look elsewhere next time

Ordered farmer's toast with salmon, thought it will be hot - it was cold, not of first freshness and the salmon bits were embellished with tomato end-cutouts. I won't be back for breakfast before flight anytime soon...

Had a great experience at the Caledonia bar at glasgow airport. A server called Keiron was extremely pleasant and very kind while serving us.

Greeted with a smile, nothing to much trouble, great food & drink and good view of the runway. Made to feel very welcome and will be my go to place in GLA Airport!

I pass through Glasgow airport fairly regularly with work and of course on any annual type holidays and I can’t fault this place. Having tried many of the other places in departures this is my go to now, even more so now, after it’s been renovated!
