The only reason i have given the 4 stars was due to a longer than usual wait for pickup (over 30 mins) from the airport as they were using a taxi service instead of their usual airport transfer mini bus because we used their airport stay and park service. Other than that cannot fault the hotel service, reception staff always friendly and helpful, rooms clean, comfortable bed. Will be using them again if we have an early flight from Glasgow airport.

Great service. We used the hotel to park and fly from Glasgow airport and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We parked our car at their car park and they provided a free taxi to and from the airport. We will definitely be returning next time we fly from Glasgow

Stayed at the Normandy for a overnight and stay and park we had a meal that night which was lovely highly recommend the chicken pie all so the fish and chips staff were lovely rooms very clean also the driver that took us to the airport was very pleasant

Hotel located on the outskirts and far from anywhere. The room we had was very small for two people. The dinner they gave us was like all in Scotland, abundant, too much, good and well cooked. Breakfast like everywhere in the UK, pre-made sweets and salty with plenty of fat. The anecdote of the day was that some funny guy smoked in the bathroom and when he opened the door the fire alarm went off, so they had to evacuate us all until the firefighters checked all the facilities. It's a shame they didn't fine the bird.

Not very big rooms, but very modern and clean, I like that. Nice interior in the whole hotel. Friendly staff. -1 star for lackluster breakfast and fire alarm going off in the evening forcing everyone to go out. There was no fire.

Very nice, clean hotel. Nice, friendly staff. Great dining room and super great breakfast buffet. Dinner a la carte in the evening. It was extremely tasty. The location is a bit out of the way, but you can take very nice walks in nature

It was an absolutely awful stay and I would NOT recommend. If I could give 0 stars, I would but since I cannot, I will consider what could be worthy of as much of a 1-star rating. Was booked there for 6 days due to conference at the facility so perhaps the relatively good reviews are from people who are coming and going from the airport and aren't staying longer than a few hours overnight. WHAT'S GOOD: 1. Water pressure WHAT'S IRRITATING?: 1. Dingy rooms 2. Paper thin walls (enjoying a lover? We can hear it. Talking on the phone to your family? We can hear it) 3. Very pleasant staff who are agreeable and say they'll send help but don't actually help at all 4. Not enough electric outlets 5. No electric outlets near the bed 6. No mirror near the outlet to style hair when using the hair blower 7. Tub surround is falling off and has sharp edges as evidenced by a deep gash I got on my knee on the first morning. 8. Cleanliness was sub-par 9. 24" climb into the tub/shower only to stand with my head above the curtain rack (didn't want to linger in the bathroom anyway) 10. No hooks in the bathroom 11. One elevator was broken 12. One coffee maker in the breakfast nook was broken WHAT'S DREADFUL?: 1. Restaurant service - it's like they have never had people in the restaurant. Things were not replenished quickly, ran out of cups and glasses frequently. 2. Catering is the absolute worst I've ever had. Our group was ~150 people and consistently they ran out of food. VERY bland food. Served salad without dressing, served chips without ketchup, mayo, vinegar or anything that normal people have with chips 3. Organization and flow for food service.

I'm not one to make a review but I needed to warn people how bad this hotel is. I came into one of the newly "renovated rooms" with a bed that I hadn't sat on which was lob-sided and when asked for it to be fixed all they did was flip the bed and blame it on someone heavy sitting on it which did not fix the situation AT ALL. I went to bed and on the "flesh new sheets" there was a pine needle and hair on the sheets, which I did not get new sheets during my stay. After spending a terrible week here with their cheap food and stained blankets and sheets (not because of me) I had an early morning flight and there was a party happening at the hotel to which I could hear all of the music because of the super paper thin walls that this hotel has. Not to mention I heard people having sex down the hall because of the walls. And when asked if we can be moved or refunded for the inconvenience all I got was excuses. Terrible customer service and a terrible experience. Never come here if you want to enjoy your time.

This is the third time we have used this hotel when flying from Glasgow airport. The staff are always friendly, the location is great for the airport and since our last stay the secure parking has improved. We would definitely use The Normandy Hotel again.

Rooms far too small. Hardly any options to deposit the suitcases. Hardly any space between the wall and the bed. No wardrobe, just four hangers on a rack. However, there is a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, as well as a TV. The duvet is far too small, so pulling back and forth during the night is unavoidable. Breakfast and food is OKAY. Staff friendly and helpful. No elevator and not barrier-free.

Just back from my daughters hen night The hotel and the entertainment was superb Bedroom was just what we needed for one night clean and tidy clean bathroom comfortable bed what I can remember of it. Staff were outstanding made us all feel very welcome Breakfast great just what we needed after a heavy night Absolutely brilliant night will definitely stay here again thanks

The room we were initially put in was dirty and small, and the hot water didn’t work. We were moved to a newer room that was much nicer and cleaner, but the hot water still didn’t work. Apparently maintenance had to come fix it but we never got to use it. Overall not the best experience, however Karen at the front desk was absolutely lovely and the rest of the staff were very nice too.

This is our second visit to the Normandy hotel. Firstly I'd like to thank the reception manager that sorted out our booking for us and would recommend booking direct with them,not through a third party. as I said this was our second visit as we thoroughly enjoyed our first visit. First visit was an 80s night ( absolutely brilliant) and this one was dancing through the decades( absolutely fantastic) the DJ/ compare was absolutely top notch had everyone joining in and dancing even b4 the meal was served. The meal itself was ok ,soup was good potatoes were a bit hard but the chicken as lovely. I'm not a fan of cheesecake so hubby ate that.we are already planning the next time we could visit. Would 100% recommend these tribute nights to anyone who fancies a good night out. thanks again The Normandy Hotel you didn't disappoint.

Food was very nice and service very helpful. I'd made a mistake in the order and the staff remedied it without complaint. It was appreciated. Quick service. Only issue is if like ourselves you use the QR code the phone service can be poor in that part of the Phoenix. Make sure you use the companies website to save time and stress.
