Papa Grill in Renfrewshire

Accepted my order then cancelled it on just eat just as I got to the restaurant. Drove all the way there just for it to be cancelled 👍🏼

Last minute decision for a donner not had one in ages came into papa grill ordered and while waiting decided to read the reviews schoolboy error I know but what a wonderful surprise absolutely bang on warm and fresh with some chips on the side salad and sauce complimented the lovely meat and the girl on the desk was nice too will defo use again

Absolute terrible took 1:45 for delivery from 45 minutes kept saying on its way then hung up terrible service

Food was terrible! Kebab meat and lamb tikka were so dry that I couldn’t eat it

I had to wait 90 minutes to be delivered, even phoned them for an update. The guy was very friendly and told me they were busy which is fair enough. The food though was very tasty and still quite warm. The whole family enjoyed it.

Great establishment , friendly customer service, food certainly godly. Definitely would go again. The owner musa has really got the place going.

Not used this place for a while.. but was glad I did.. got delivery of Hoagie , Donner Kebab and Pizza.. the kebab was great.. liked that the sauce and salad separate .. and some chips on side.. not had a kebab this good for ages from other local places.. definitely my place of choice for future orders..

Delivery was quicker than I thought. Portion sizes were amazing value for money, would definitely recommend new owners know what they are doing!

we got delivered so cannot rate service or atmosphere. Everything was mediocre or terrible. The wrap wasnt closed properly and was leaking everywhere. The naan bread was so flat and oily, ripped like paper. The pakora was not good either. The chicken tikka n rice was okay. The spicy chicken pizza just tastes like garlic, no crust and little to no sause looked and tasted like plastic. Everything overall tasted bland many better places for similar prices to eat at. Wont be buying from here again.

Lovley staff caring and food is amazing

Portions we got was like a small child's portion. Asked for salad and sauce on both meals and didn't get any at all. There was about 7 chips for the full meal. Shocking defos won't be back.

Advertise for extra chicken pakora added to munchy box for 2.50. Chicken pakora added but left out the rest of pakora which was meant to be there.

Charged for food that was not delivered .

Sadly another Takeaway that had a great reputation and customer service but since new owns have taken over no so much service isn't good and owner doesnt understand that that he should remove items from his menu no raise the price of items and deals but then refuse to sell them i would rather pay to have new menus printed with the correct items and deal that i am willing to sell at those prices and not have to pay a fine for false advertising. But sadly it's only the latest of a sting of local takeaways in this area that have change owners and the new owns who bought the business because it was doing so well wont have the same level of custom as they dont seem to understand the things the previous owners did that got them those customer levels. Some rule for achieve this is. If it is not broke dont try to fix it. But to many these people think they know better.

Ordered curry sauce, a naan bread and chicken pakora. What I got was a tub that was literally 3/4 grease/oil and no idea what it was but it wasn't curry sauce, a naan bread that tasted off and chicken pakora that was tasteless. Complete waste of money, can only assume this place is under new ownership because this was honestly the worst takeaway I've ever had, it all went straight in the bin.

Tasty and good for prices, and the staff are always pleasant

Ordered a curry from here through just eat and it was easily the worst I've ever had. 3 bits of chicken and the rest was sauce. Tasteless. Clearly just bought in bulk and heated up. Nan was burned and tasteless. Didn't agree with my stomach either. Would never buy from here again

From my point of view, have tried several kebab shops and was going to them for ages but was asked to try this one, This one beats the rest, well done guy's will always be back, (well done Keith) and staff 👍🥃👌🥃👍

Ordered through Foodhub. Order was accepted and the payment was taken but I didn't receive my meal. I use this takeaway a lot but never again! Starving now as nowhere else was still open.

Ask for cheeses garlic bread and you get cheese on toast

1st time I have ordered from here and what a terrible experience this was. After nearly waiting 2hours and finally getting through to on the telephone for an explanation, they couldn’t find my order 2 phone calls later after being hung up on they found my order and was told it’s went to the wrong address🤬.Finally my order arrives and it’s cold NEVER USE THIS PLACE people !!!!!

Ordered the pick and mix if you want cheap bland food then choose this! Chicken Curry tasteless!garlic Naan bread was thin and tasteless..pizza was ok!you get what you pay for I guess! Wont use again if you want quantity over quality this is your place

Top class, massive portions and very tasty

TERRIBLE! 1 HR 45 minutes for a pizza and chips, phoned back up after an hour to ask where the food was and was told it's on its way, 45 minutes later it had turned up with no apology and not even the decensy to maybe throw in some free side or give me a discount. Didn't even receive our sauce on the side for pizza either. If your going to take almost 2 hours to deliver to an address 20 mins away then have the decency to apologise or throw in a discount or free side.

i used to love papa grills till they changed owners, i got a kebab tonight and was stone cold too much sauce and tastes out of date, i will not order from there again and ill make sure that everyone i know does go there again, its a disgrace. waste of money!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is open till 12 but mostly stays open till 1am and the food is really good and reasonable price too, would recommend this as the best wee munchies shop in paisley

If you like half cooked microwaved pakora at expensive prices this is the place for you.

Chilli nachos are amazing, and so is the chocolate fudge cake.

Can't believe what I got delivered to me which was described as "Macho Nachos". Foil tray 3/4 full of dry nacho chips with 3 cuts of donner meat slapped on top with 2 jalapenos and a smidgen of cheese - I've seen more cheese on a rats knob .... Called shop to be advised - thats just the way we make them - Wish I could upload pictures to show them up - Won't ever use this shop again

Amazing. We stay up the stairs so it's handy and the food is excellent at a fair price. I love their lamb. Bhoona or Sheesh kebab. It's melt in the mouth gear 👍
