Nirala Sweets in Redbridge

I went today 02/11/25 Hindu's New Year's Day, the short lady was not smiling, rude, and then little fellow comes up and says what do you want? Very expensive sweets I was purchasing today as gifts. They really just taking the mike. Not very good vibes, felt ripped off with service & quality of sweets. I knew I should have visited Ilford Lane. Never again.

Such a bad experience I had with this food shop, staff need to learn some manners and customer service. Food quality is inferior. Redbridge Council need to pay attention to this food shop.

I’ve visited Nirala sweets near gants hill to purchase some sweets as I have been buying from that shop since long time but today I’ve faced difficulty with the staff Staff were really rude with me and my sister as we can’t expect this type of behaviour from the staff I don’t like to visit that shop again

Nirala sweet manger told me the cake price it's half price he told me 7 pound after when i bought the sttaf member collect from me 9 pound so do not like the behavior of nirala sweet that's type of mistake i don't like so i do not like to bought any thing from nirala sweet

Cake slice was gone off, smelt like beer. Cream was bad. Could not go back to return it as we live far. Seems to be new staff always grumpy and impolite. Was far better before. Never get receipt and I am sure i been over charged £18 for a small box of sweets and one cake slice! Which had gone off. Stay away.

Don't ever buy savoury snacks from here .food poisoning the 2 times I tried them and thos was veggie food too. How can you get veggie food wrong!!! Terrible hygiene.

brought cake for my son birthday nirala 16 Beehive Lane. inside 5% cake and 95% cream to make it look big, when i cut the cake there is only 5% cake total waste of money. never again

Bought sweets from this shop for Diwali. Honestly, I have never tasted such a bad taste. Needs special skills to make such poor quality sweets. Bought three different varieties but none of them tasted well. Stay away from this shop if you're a sweet lover.

The Nirala ethic toward employers is atrocious, when its festival time they make partimers work more than they are contracted to do and pay them late. Really disappointing.

Great variety of Pakistani sweets at a good price. Also available was the savoury variety of snacks.

Always get our birthday cakes from here. Love the different flavours. I will always recommend them and also for Diwali we get our Indian sweets here too.

We just loved their sweet and specially samosas and cakes! Much better then other Indian Pakistani sweet shops. Waqai Mithai Tu Sirf Nirala Ki!

I do have my birthday cakes ordered here every year and so far they always met my expectations.NIce,light,fresh. There is also option for savoury snack like samosas od chicken pastries.

Visited Nirala on Wednesday for some samosas and pakoras with mithaai... I was delighted seeing my samosas and went to open my chutni and was shocked to see a large hair on top of my chutni, disappointed, I sent my husband back as I was adamant I wanted chutni with the pakoras and samosas, he took the chutni container inside and showed the staff the hair, they kindly replaced my chutni and now to my major shock I went to bite my pakora and immediately saw a hair hanging out of the pakora tucked strongly inside - so basically it was cooked when the pakoras were being made as I couldn't pull it out no matter how hard I tried with my oily fingers... I ended up throwing everything into the bin and what a waste of £11!!!DISAPPOINTED!
