Nine B in Leicester

Great place! Great atmosphere! Great service! I had a lovely dinner with my friend! Salmon was superb and the dessert cocktail was absolutely amazing!

The place was beautiful 😍 Staff very welcoming 🙏 😊 The food was not outstanding 😕 was really disappointed with the starter i had the pitta could of been toasted or use an alternative such as sourdough bread and the main wasn't all that the Thai curry was just full of red chillies and the rice was hard as rock! And really cold! The only thing nice was the atmosphere and Mocktails I had! I don't think I would recommend or return again.

Very bad experience went yesterday for food all the food tastes horrible and the chicken smells, it’s like was expired. The starters didn’t even have taste. The sweet potato had an awful taste and the beans were hard. Only the cocktail was nice i would give 0 stars if i could

Had dinner here a few times as I’m staying at the hotel. The food is lovely! And the staff are very nice. The lady who worked today is lovely. I’m very impressed with this place!

If I could give 20 stars I would. I had such an awful experience with Novotel but the people of NineB did everything in their power to salvage my trip. To Greg, Rhiann, I cannot thank you enough. Your hospitality and customer care is truly impressive. You are wonderful people and I enjoyed every dining I had at the restaurant due to your service.

fantastic restaurant, lovely welcoming atmosphere. one of the waiters, jack went out of his way to provide excellent service and was so attentive. highly recommended you visit here if you’re ever in leicester. we will definitely be back!

This place has so much potential. Great bar and fantastic location. Unfortunately that’s where it ends… the service in this place is horrendous. Not welcoming at all. The bar staff look like they don’t want to be there. They have a weird problem about asking for table service. The beer is horrendous. I’ll post a picture of the Stella. I come here alot and I try and see the best in the place. I think maybe next time I come they would of improved…but it never does … last time I come here.

On a conference trip, we had dinner here. I had the Mushroom Ravioli and my colleague had the prawn linguine which they were very happy with. Would definitely recommend for nights out in Leicester City.

Good food that is priced correctly. Nicely decorated, very well-mannered staff that were available for any needs that left us with a very happy mum on mother's day, well done to all staff at NineB 👍

Most tasteless food I have ever eaten, even the tomato didnt have any flavour, I felt like I have covid again but it turns out the food was just bad.

This Afternoon we celebrated my daughter's Graduation at Nine B with all the family,we all had a meal from the special Graduation menu. The food was absolutely delicious and each course was nicely spaced out so that we could chat,we weren't rushed at all.Sara our waitress was excellent, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou for a lovely afternoon!

The place is beautiful, food and service needs some improvements. My potatoes where not cooked and starter was cold. This was sad because it looks so nice :(

The NineB restaurant and bar is amazing! I held my wedding reception party, Rhian and Katie went above and beyond to ensure me and my guest had everything we need to make it a great night! I’d recommend the NineB and the Hotel to my friends and family!

Family catch up meal and drinks staff welcoming, cocktails amazing and good food. This may become a regular thing.

Food was good to a point. Worst part was the rehydrated yorkshire puddings that were uneatable. The special menu was badly written with commas separating items that were part of the same dish which caused confusion. When we challenged it we were given no answer by the waiting staff and then short shrift by a manager who cares not for her customers. Such a shame as very nice decor.

Our first time at NineB and what a beautiful experience, we have even booked our wedding reception here as we were so impressed.

Pre ordered food. Waited 50 minutes for first course. Melon and ham starter had no melon on it. Pretty sure it was a peach. Ran out of lemonade for drinks but unable to source more. One of the guest ordered a rare steak but was served medium rare which was rectified but then send out without the sauce. Cockaleeky pies appeared to be chicken and mushroom. Slow service in general. Nice staff however speedy service would be more appreciated. The food was really good when it arrived so that aspect of the place is doing great. Its a strange situation where we were both massively satisfied but massively dissatisfied. Chef clearly knows what he is doing but the serving side let you down. Serving staff either need a retrain or a rehire. Some looked somewhat bewildered when we were placing the drinks orders. Splitting the bill was possibly the easiest bit of the whole saga.

I went to Nine B last Friday, when I made the booking I spoke to Katie and mentioned how I was coming to the restaurant for a first date She assured me over the phone that she would make sure we had a great night and she wasn’t wrong, I booked in for 6:30 and when we turned up Katie recognised my voice straight away just from the 5 minute phone call conversation we had, I don’t think this has ever happened to me before but I was amazed! The food was great, the service was fantastic, I‘ve forgot the name of the waiter we had but he was brilliant, I think it may of been Josh! Throughout the meal he made sure we were ok. The burgers were incredible but the highlight of it was definitely the cocktails. Couldn’t of asked for better service on a first date. I will definitely be coming back again and to anyone going you need to try the Ceasar’s Classic cocktail!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this restaurant, amazing drinks and absolutely fantastic service from Josh. Absolutely wonderful human being with 5* customer service. Completely made my night! You should absolutely check out this venue!

Really good food, I got the salmon and I loved it. The interior is pretty. The staff is friendly and good service. Definitely recommend this place. It was more like a hidden gem in Leicester. I really enjoyed it. Thank you.

We really enjoyed the Valentines food menu, it wasn’t cheap, but for the decor, quality of food and customer service it was worth it. We will definitely be back to try the A la carte menu in the near future. Special thanks to Manish for his attentiveness and customer service.
