BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE/COLD FOOD……Food came cold , phoned the restaurant and spoke to woman for replacement, heard the chef in background saying to tell me to put it in the microwave, asked again for replacement as I don’t use a microwave an why should I, phone got put down rang back of a different number and she answered and offered me a refund I’m still waiting for refund terrible customer service

I always order from here and the food is always amazing but the food last night was so disappointing. The beef and broccoli in garlic sauce was so bland. It had no flavour whatsoever. There was no chopped garlic in the sauce. I had to add a lot of salt on my food just to get some flavour.

I always forget to leave reviews, but I couldn't today. I used to eat out of here years ago, gave it ago tonight, it was really really good. the duck fell off the bone, there was so much meat on it, cooked so well. Food was all good and piping hot!

Food was delivered earlier than expected for a Saturday night. Meals were nice apart from chips which were not like proper chip shop chips. They tasted like oven chips. Overall happy with order.

Would not eat here again ordered beef chow mein no veg they delivered chicken chow mein dry no veg not even 10 minutes after phoning up they deliver beef chow mein again no veg great what I asked for but it was dry! No sauce! Also tasted like the beef had been fried with either fish or really old grimey oil won't order from here ever again I'm really disappointed as this is my go to chippy

Disgusting. The soup had spilt and soaked the chips deeming it all inedible. Absolutely disgusting and had to be binned.

Would bet everything I have that this business is under new management. It closed for a few weeks, reopens and suddenly the food is horrific and different. Went from being my regular weekly chinese, to one of the worst i've had to date. Really gutted

Meat quality was poor also asked for no beansprouts and green peppers both came with peppers and beansprouts not hard is it !

Great food, fresh and hot on arrival, chips were crunchy and not soggy which is a problem sometimes with chips we’ve had delivered from other places.

Not the worst but not the best /// chicken chow main don’t waste your time, it’s dry as fu*k with just small bits of chicken and a few sprouts. Salt and pepper chicken filet (pieces) ok not salt and pepper flavor but texture of crispy chicken was nice. Seaweed had loads of major hard pieces in felt like I was biting into tiny rocks so could be improved. Spring rolls ok, over all not the worst scran ever didn’t starve after it but most of it got threw away cos once I was a bit full I was bored of

Ordered swe so chicken and boiled rice a mushroom omelette.Now onto the Singapore vermicelli which was £7.80 with crispy noodles,well I didn't get any crispy noodles with my order.WHAT A CHEAP TRICK NI HAO.If you go to just eat to complain your order comes up which includes Singapore vermicelli for £7.30,it doesn't mention with crispy noodles which is £7.80 bad job JUST EAT.You don't even check what your takeaways are serving.🙁

We have ordered from here before and it has been good and the food was delivered on time. We waited 1 hour and 45 minutes tonight for cold food. So disappointing. When we rang to enquire where the delivery was the lady on the phone laughed and said we have been very busy, which we thought was very unprofessional and rude. Why accept orders if you can’t fulfil them to a good standard and on time, you will just lose loyal customers. What a shame, won’t order from here again.
