waited an hour an a half for just starters. asked for hoi sin sauce never got any. was told the delivery driver was outside for 20 minutes

Food was gorgeous. Hot and tasty. They forgot my curry sauce £2.40, but guess they’re busy as it’s a bank holiday Sunday! Would order again!

Waited almost an hour for a delivery for order to be cancelled, staff said the restaurant was busy so dropped my order but reported to just eat that delivery was attempted

Ordered the salt and pepper box, what a mistake that was!!! Never in my life have I tasted food with that amount of pure salt sat on the top, it was inedible and I think I am still recovering from dehydration 24hrs later. Absolutely vile food what a waste, ruined what was supposed to be a lovely dinner.

Chicken wings weren’t bbq tasteless salt and pepper chips so we’re under done some were soggy once again taste less salt and pepper spring rolls soggy tasteless prawn crack plain garlic and chilli chicken not seen garlic or chilli tasteless and in watery red sauce fried rice taste less don’t order from here worst chippy I’ve ever ever had

Wee bit disappointed tonight. Hot n sour soup with free prawn crackers… spot on as always. However, the curry half fried rice half chips had barely a couple of table spoons of curry over it. It was dry as a bone. Nonetheless still my favourite Chinese. These things happen.

I always order from here and the food is always lovely. Chips were like hard warm up shards. Beef in the beef and broccoli was like chewing on an old boot. The crispy seaweed looked like it had been cremated. Food was dire. Really disappointed.

Oh no, Ni Hao has really declined. Always loved this place but sadly will not return. Duck spring rolls. Spot the duck? Just full of cucumber. Sui mai s mediocre. Prawn crackers stunk of old fat, couldnt eat.

food was cold on arrival. curry was like a jelly when we opened it. we got the dim sum platter what was all stuck to the box and ripped apart when we tried to take it out. The only thing that was ok was the rice and spring rolls. disappointed after reading good reveiws on the place.

Excellent as always. Only issue last night they never sent my £3.90 egg fried rice. Maybe I’ll get it free with my next order, food lovely as always

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE/COLD FOOD……Food came cold , phoned the restaurant and spoke to woman for replacement, heard the chef in background saying to tell me to put it in the microwave, asked again for replacement as I don’t use a microwave an why should I, phone got put down rang back of a different number and she answered and offered me a refund I’m still waiting for refund terrible customer service
