Ordered from this place, arrival time was 11.10pm arrived 12.25am the food was disgusting through the lot of it in the bin worst take away food I've ever had, I'll never get food from there again, when I phoned them up to complain about the late delivery they put the phone down on me three times, don't use this shop you will be disappointed with the service and the food you've been warned

Received a pizza which was meant to be bbq.Looked like old meat and veg just slapped on a base and the amount of grease was unbelievable! My partner ordered the chicken which looked like food poisoning in a box again the poor chicken was swimming in grease !!! The chips were soggy and inedible. only decent thing was the tango although had to double check it was in date. DO NOT EVER GO HERE ABSOLUTELY VILE

We ordered our food at 1:40 and the expected delivery time was 2:55. There was no delivery by this time and the just eat app had said it had been delivered, so we gave it another 10 minutes before calling the restaurant. When it still hadn’t turned up, I called the restaurant and started to explain what had happened and the person on the phone just interrupted me and asked what my address was. I told him what it was and he told me our food was 2 minutes away and then hung up on me. Just over 5 minutes later, the food arrived. When we eventually got our food, it was all cold and didn’t taste very nice at all

Absolutely shocking. The food was doughy, off tasting meat on pizzas. Rang to complain and got spoke to appallingly, mouthful of abuse down the phone. Dont even deserve 1 star. Will never be ordering from them again! I will be contacting Food hygiene company on monday morning!!! Not impressed!

Do not waste your money and eat from here. They rip you off with extras that don't get provided then refuse to refund you the difference. Veggie burger looks like someone's thrown it on the floor and chucked it in a bun. 'Salad' is basically chunks of onion as shown - i'm genuinely concerned about eating it and I'm far from fussy! Guy on the phone was exceptionally rude and dismissive. I work hard for my money and resent giving it to a bunch of cowboys like this. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Tried to place an order and they refused it after taking the money through just eat. Explained we would collect as after they put the phone down on us after saying they would not deliver. After a couple of phone calls from them being very rude and abusive. Do not order from this restaurant .

Ordered online on just eat. Got a notification to say my order was cancelled and i still had money taken from my account. Called to ask why and that i wanted my money back only to have the manager answer my call, shout and scream down the phone at me then hung up! Never tried the food there and never will order again. Rude af! Hykeham is too far apparently but wasn't aware of this as it never said anything about the distance on the website.

The food was wet and soggy. Chicken was gross. Chips and mozzarella dippers stunk of chicken grease. Don’t order from here unless you want to be disappointed

Food didn't arrive and they didn't even refund our money, avoid at all costs, disgusting behaviour. We will never use the restaurant and I suggest no one else does

Ordered 2 pizzas that were absolutely disgusting. Didnt even take a bite because they looked inedible. The base wasnt cooked and the meat didnt look like meat. The sauce for the base was only on half the pizza. We took them back and asked for a refund and the man who I assume is the manager was aggressive and told us he wouldn't honour a refund because if you dont like the food then you shouldn't order, despite the fact we had never eaten there before so had no idea that the food would be so revolting. We eventually got a refund after he admitted that even he wouldn't eat the food. Disgusting service, disgusting food, the place looked dirty and should be closed down.

Asked fir cheese chips and gravy.not a bit request.the state I was given. It was more like chips with cement gravy and no cheese

Bueno, bueno, ¡la pizza era absolutamente repugnante! Las coberturas de la pizza estaban pegadas en el interior de la parte superior de la caja y tener que raspar literalmente las coberturas de la caja era deslumbrante y por debajo de los estándares. ¡También pedimos un lado de papas fritas y ni siquiera estaban frescas! ¡Las papas estaban frías y el queso duro como una piedra y ni siquiera se podía recoger un solo chi sin que estuvieran pegados! Al principio, el pan de ajo estaba bien, pero en cuanto recogió otra pieza, la grasa rodó por el pan de ajo y entró en la caja. La hamburguesa y las bebidas estaban bien, pero al comer la hamburguesa estaba llena de cebollas que deberían haberse separado en otra caja. En general, la comida del hoyo estaba por debajo de las expectativas y no lo recomendaría. Nos sentimos como si nos hubieran dado sobras y se recalentaron. Muy decepcionado.

Only had late night walk in and order food here when working late in the area. Pizzas are good and some of the deals they have are excellent value. Can't comment on the delivery service

Comida ordenada a las 7. 10 orden erróneo e incomible llegó. Regresó y me dijeron que llegaría otro. . . 4 llamadas telefónicas y 2 horas y media más tarde. . . todavía no hay comida. Llamada final y terminé hablando con un empleado condescendiente que repetidamente me llamó "cariño" a pesar de que me pidieron que no lo hiciera. La única respuesta fue "10 minutos". . . bien, esta ha sido la respuesta de las últimas dos horas. Pedí una envoltura de pollo con ensalada y salsa barbacoa, las tiras de pollo eran realmente agradables, la ensalada era principalmente cebollas crudas y la salsa de barbacoa estaba tan aguada que no sabía nada! Good topping choice opted for the vegetable pizza with stuffed crust. Tastes great but base is very soggy in certain places maybe because of delivery.

Tasty food however doesn't matter what it is, always feel sick Andy end up ovmmiting after eating here.

La comida para llevar que recibimos fue la peor cosa que he visto en mi vida, era tan mala que no se podía comer! Pedimos una patata chaqueta con atún y el maíz mayo y llegó fría, increíblemente seca con el maíz no mayo o. También pedimos una pizza mitad y mitad, que era dura, fría y digerir algunas patatas fritas y pollo y que también estaba frío, rancio y el pollo estaba dura como una roca y quemado! Les peldaño enseguida y les dijo que no podía comer comida de 17 libras porque estaba discutiendo, la chica nos dijo que había terminado su turno, no podía hacer nada y que llame en 10 minutos porque no había nadie allí, así que hicimos. Cuando el director de vuelta oírlas era muy poco profesional y grosero! Nos dijo que estaba fresca cuando se enviaron, que estaba ocupado y que no se podía hacer nada e incluso si tomamos la comida de vuelta que no importaba todo lo que él podía hacer era darnos un descuento en la próxima llevar tuvimos! (como lo haría nunca comer allí!) Estoy absolutamente discusted con la comida que recibimos, y cómo nos hartamos porque simplemente porque tenían el dinero! Recomiendo encarecidamente no perder su tiempo y dinero en este lugar deberían avergonzarse y avergonzados para servir esta porquería que no le de mi perro!! Evitar!!!!

1st timed used.my chicken kebab didn't have the peppers & onions that was supposed to come with it. The Donor meat has a spice kick to it,so think of kiddys.. Sadly the lady who delivered it got lost & the food was cold but no fault of hers. Overall there portions are generous..

Food tasted like it had been reheated from last weekend. Greasy chips and horrible pizza, far too much cheese.

Food was good but delivery guy tried to con me into paying an extra £2 on delivery when it was stated as 50p online.

The food was dry and flavourless. Threw it away after a few taste tests.

Not long ago had a nibbled, the food quality was absolute rubbish, they got the order completely wrong and when we called up to tell them, they said we should of said something at the door by this point she had got in the car already. They was early so the delivery time was okay but overall it was absolute rubbish I would not recommend anyone to go here at all

Placed order at 4:58 pm. Email came through to confirm order was ready at 5:45 pm. I called the place at 6:03 pm asking where order was. They said it's on it's way. Order arrived at 6:17 pm and delivery man dropped can of coke on the ground. Won't be using Nibbles again.

Pizza was delicious until I found two black hairs. Delivery time was good, quite a pricey takeaway compared to others in the area, which is why I was surprised to find hairs on the pizza.

First time from this takeaway. Speedy delivery good price free delivery. Had chicken meal with sides for two. Chicken was fried and a little burnt but was good.

Normally excellent however this time delivery was very slow and my pizza was burnt, was not impressed this time unfortunately.

Was very fast delivery and the good was delicious ! But I'm appalled at the customer service given by the delivery driver .. He was rude and very impatient .. I hope next time I order from here the service will be more polite as this has really let our experience with this take away down .

Absolutely phenomenal food that was a little late but definitely worth the wait.

Ordered two sauces and I did not receive either of them.

Took 1hr30mins to arrive. 40 minutes later than the delivery time stated. My food was only just warm when it arrived,the chips were soggy from being left for so long, the pizza was plain and tasteless and the garlic sauce was unpleasant. Really unimpressed.

I selected asap delivery and it arrived two hours later, and my food was burnt. Won't be wasting my time ordering from there again.
