Absolutely great food and staff are very nice people always my number 1 kebab house in Newcastle !!!!

Just eaten food that we ordered from Newcastle Express and again the food was perfect. We have been ordering food for many years and the food tonight was really good. Quick delivery and very fair prices. Would definitely recommend Newcastle Express for Takeaway food. I’ve been in the takeaway premises many times to get food and the premises are very clean and the people working at the takeaway are very friendly.! Thanks for the food tonight.!!

The pizza I had from this place made me so unwell I had to leave work the next day.i can’t begin to describe how ill the low quality food made me.i had very very bad food poisoning.do not risk eating this awful food.

Just ordered a home delivery and arrived well within the stated time, l'd phoned the restaurant to ask regarding gluten-free choices and was informed and felt extremely delighted with the information about food getting cooked separately etc, the food we ordered was very tasty and very much enjoyed, we will definitely be ordering again

Had a phone call from this number randomly and when I called back they told me they haven't rang me its a business they would never do that and was extremely rude, well here is the proof…

Well after being loyal customers for almost 3 years last night was the last time. Always recommended and enjoyed the food and service here but yesterday was awful. Waited over an hour with no delivery so gave them a call, met with argumentative member of staff who told us our order hadn’t even started to be made at that point and it said it would be with us soon, another hour passed so rang again and our order hasn’t been made still. 2.5 hours later !!!!! Food finally arrives but everything is cold and the cheese garlic bread is missing - they gave us a margarita pizza instead. So I ring again, they keep sending me to answer phone - convenient since they answer my partner first time. Probably didn’t want to speak to me again. I explain all the issue, they said it’s because of the weather. Yes that may impact delivery but no excuse for wrong order or cold food. I asked for a refund for the cheese garlic bread, they said i would need to bring it back to the shop to get a refund ???? It’s a takeaway miles away, bad weather and it’s not like they could give it to another customer ! They offer to bring the cheese garlic bread as a replacement after lots of them shouting down the phone to me which does arrive but is the wrong size and the dough is completely raw. Awful food, horrendous customer service never again. Waste of £30 most of it went in the bin. Not sure if it’s changed hands or if they just don’t care anymore but really will never order again

Amazing food and good staff and service

Food showed up 2 hours after ordering and when I phoned up to ask what was going on, the guy said "I don't want to argue, do you want the food or a refund?". WTH? I've been waiting nearly 2 hours for food that said 45 minutes and they have that attitude

After ordering our first takeaway from here it was lovely. Thought we woukd try again tonight and my God what a total waste of money. It was absolutely shocking. The chips were like concrete, nan bread was far from fresh and dry. Chicken was OK, shish tasted like soap. Won't be ordering from here again that's for sure

Ordered from here because our usual takeaway was closed. Let’s just say we never went back to our usual. Always top notch much better than any takeaway I’ve ever had. We now go weekly food is always delicious clearly care is taken with every order. Service is always impeccable. Very glad our usual place was closed that day or we would have never found this gem!

Mixed kebab. Naan was undercooked, doner was undercooked and plasticky, chicken and shish were both overcooked and dry, like eating a plain cracker. Nah.

10 pound got me a burger with two patties bacon and cheese, about 10 strips of dinner meat and as well as some chicken and chips, gravy and a slice of cake. all tasted absolutely stupendous. Enough to fill two people absolutely brilliant

Bought peri peri chicken here quite a number of times, it was well prepared, generous portions and most importantly; tasty! However, the same can't be said for the last 2 orders I purchased on separate occasions. One was raw inside, I had to put it in the airfryer midway of eating. The last one was fully packed but looked like somebody's leftovers, because of that thought I couldn't eat it, couldn't return it either coz I bought it close to midnight. At some point I had ordered a pizza, it was excellent, so delicious I thought it was the best ever pizza I had ever eaten. 2 weeks ago I went back for another pizza. The pizza looked great, couldn't wait to get home so i took a bite in the car. Just one bite to realise the dough beneath was raw. I went back in and showed it to one of the attendants, he told me that's how their pizza is prepared, it appears that way because their dough is fresh. Anyway he put it back in oven, which didn't help much of course. You'll get the best if you're lucky You'll get it otherwise if you're unlucky

I go there sometimes on the way home from work. When I cannot be bothered to cook. I found the workers there to be very nice and friendly. About a year ago I was on my motorbike with torrential rain. The guys there saw I was soaked through and kindly gave me a cup of green tea to warm me up for free. They made me feel so welcome and even though they didn't have to do that! they did! and it was the kindest thing I've ever seen from a takeaway. Speaks volumes for them!

Ordered some food including 2x 12" margarita pizzas. They were full of pepper or some type of spice! Mouth was on fire!!

This is my usual go to place for a take away… I normally really look forward to ordering from here and have done for the last year or so… until recently last 2 orders they have got incorrect. 1st time I ordered a can of coke with my meal, they forgot to deliver the can with my meal which I was fine with, the driver said to add a note onto my next delivery & they will add it to that, which I did… no can of coke received again. My second order the burger and the bun was burnt, also ordered salad on burger & not received salad on my burger which added to the already burnt burger. 2 times in a row is enough to make you look for another go to take away! Disappointed

Burger and chips were nice but a little bit hard not sure why. Kebab meat was great and so was the pizza. Order was ready very quickly and lads were polite in the shop. Will be visiting again when I fancy a treat.

We ordered a large cheese pizza. When going through the options it allows you to choose a base. I chose Garlic base. I did not realise this would mean zero tomato sauce! So essentially what i got was a large cheesy garlic bread. I was gutted. They should put a message on to say that garlic completely substitutes tomato.

Just had from newcastle express always have a fireball pizza always 👌👌but tonight ive ordered one n theres no jalepenos on it quiete disappointed as i love a spicy pizza!!

A+ customer service from the delivery driver this evening. Delivered food and one of the things ordered was a meal deal with drink included, that didn’t come with but I couldn’t be bothered to call up about it as it’s a can which is what like 70p? Anyways half an hour later get a knock at the door & he’s dropping it off without any instruction too! Ever so grateful for his effort of driving all the way back to drop it off without being asked. He was so lovely and honestly we were so impressed by his enthusiasm ❤️

Wasnt nice at all , orderd today first time after reading olay reviews i thought id chance it and i can honestly say never again , the donner meat is like eating solid rubber the pizza is like eating warm cheesy doe it made me feel sick! This will probably be labeled fake by the owner as ive seen him comment a few times but hes obviously going too if somebody is telling him how discusted they are with the order isnt worth your money or time my dog wouldnt even eat the meat and thats unusual he loves a good takeaway at times🤣 needs to be sorted out you cant keep serving food like that and exspect people to leave a good review as i have proof of my order pictures etc id rwther have no takeaway then eat from here again

Our regular haunt whenever we go to the Lymedale as it's conveniently within staggering distance. The food is great. I always go for the vegetarian hot and try not to turn to the dark side as my friend's donner kebabs always look amazing. You get a dip with the pizza though. How cool is that? The staff are brilliant. Always fun and friendly, and very tolerant of us having to wait about forty mins for a taxi.

This place is great, by far the best Pizza in terms of price and quality.. I've had a lot of different things off the menu and have never been disappointed. I've had delivery and collection and they have always delivered on time and on collection I have always had a good chat with the staff, they are friendly welcoming and great people. Once was waiting for a pizza and they slightly over cooked it (not by much) and they took it out and binned it and started making a new one, the guy making the pizza said that he wouldn't give out a pizza that he doesn't think is good enough. Insane love these guys

Not even worth 1star I've had 2orders completely wrong we reported them the first time and didn't receive a refund we give them a second chance and it was wrong yet again non refund absolutely disgusting behavior

Never buying from there ever again ever again had to pay extra for something that should be free and give me a skittles milkshake when I order a m&m milk shake and texted them to come up with a solution and no refund or reply utterly disgusting scammers

Can't comment on the pizzas. But the burger, donner meat and chips that I had were really bang average. Probably only ate a quarter of it. Took nearly 50 minutes to arrive. Also the price was terrible. £10.30 the order was. But by the time they had added there "fees" on it was £16.50!! Absolute joke. The fees were nearly as expensive as the order.

Unfortunatelly, it was one of the most disgusting order I have ever recieved. Chicken wings was raw, if you don't know i'm telling you grill marks doesn't means it is cooked when chicken wings still white-pink , chips was like largest box ever, I thought why did they put XXL boxed chips and then I found out because it was from yesterday so they didn't even feel embarresment by sending this. I put chicken burger and doner in the bin,I couldn't trust. Lamb shish was tasty. Don't turn your halal money to haram by doing things like that. Yazik!
