New World Chinese Takeaway in Sefton

food was always ok ish and abit hit and miss whether you are always going to get the same quality the next time, got put off over slimey chicken and undercooked chips and after they got a zero food hygiene rating,apparently got caught on a bad day LOL and had to shut down and reopen under different name but same owners and trading under just eat too so no one on the app realises it the same Chinese. definitely do not recommend this Chinese as there is alot better in the area.

I have been a good customer at this chineese takeway but after being ripped off tonight i will never go there again i ordered a meal with half boiled rice and half chips i was charged £1.20 more i asked why and was told that she didnt write the menu at the end off the day that is a rip off so i will find another takeaway

To be honest, food was delivered earlier than expected and driver was nice, but that is where the compliments end. The food tasted and looked like yesterdays left overs. . sadly it ended up in the bin. I noticed they closed after my delivery which leads me to believe nothing i had was fresh. Its put me off ordering again or recommending.

Don't like leaving such a negative review but literally couldn't eat it. Everything looked and tasted like it had been sat there at least a day. I started trying to eat it but stopped after a few bites because I don't want to be ill tomorrow. If I am ill I'll post again :(

Dont use there website they dont process the orders waited over a hour nothing came rang up they said just got the order asked for refund keys see if that comes through

We had a lovely takeaway from New World Chinese takeaway. The food was fresh tasting, the meats tender and flavoursome. I had the salt & pepper squid which wasn’t the best I’ve had but very nice. I would definitely order from here again

Don't order by phone - they will send you spam texts every week. It's changed its name from Top Wok. Is it under new ownership?
