Visited here first time yesterday. Asked if they do wraps with their reply ‘No’ which was fine. But the bald guy with no eye brows looks like a killa like good grief imaging seeing him in a dark alley way I’d blad-e sheet myself I would! Lol

I'm sorry in advance if someone finds this review a bit offensive or not very much up to their expectations. I went to this restaurant in February when American Express was giving the shop-small offer with a £5 cashback. We ordered some chicken curry and some spinach and potato (aloo palak). The food was average. There wasn't any taste to it, to be honest, or I would say like it had a real lack of Spice so I had to take some extra chilli sauce and green chillies to add some flavour to the food. I make better chicken curry at home myself. The food was not expensive, it was quite cheap. The naan was fresh and crunchy. They also serve you fresh salad. The toilets were clean and the restaurant itself was clean. But if you are a person who likes a bit for spicy food with some flavour then you will not like their food as it's very very very mild. Shahi Naan doesn't accept American Express as well, as they said that Amex charges more from the back-end so I ended up paying with another card though Amex did give me my cashback manually. Two people can easily eat in around £10. The thing that stopped me from going to this restaurant again was the owner of the shop. While my husband was speaking to him about food and other things, we came to know that the owner has two wives. My husband got a bit witty and asked him how do you manage two wives, I cannot manage one (obviously joking as I was standing next to him). On that the owner said we don't keep such wives who have issues. If they have issues they can go back to their houses. If they wanna live with us, they should keep their mouths shut. This whole scenario really offended me and I decided not to go back

I had an incredibly disappointing and infuriating experience at this Subway. I ordered a sub with marinara and cheese, and my partner ordered the same for our son—specifically requesting no meat. The staff initially placed meatballs in the sub, then removed them, leaving the marinara sauce behind. I then realised that instead of using the meat-free marinara, they had taken sauce directly from the meatball pot. When I questioned them, both employees looked at each other before admitting they had used the meat sauce. There was no apology, no offer to remake our order, and an overall dismissive attitude towards what is a serious food safety violation. Whether it’s due to laziness or negligence, this is completely unacceptable—especially for customers who have dietary restrictions or avoid meat for personal, religious, or allergy-related reasons. I was physically shaking from the lack of accountability and disregard for food safety. I strongly urge management to properly train staff on cross-contamination and customer care, because this kind of mistake can have serious consequences. I won’t be returning.

I went to put air in my tires, and the machine charged me twice but did not work at all. It would not blow any air. I went inside to speak with staff, who seemed disinterested, and was told someone would check it. No one came, and after a long wait, I left because I was in a hurry. Poor customer service.

If I could give it 0 stars I would . The chips were decent but the chicken was freezing cold and when I told bossman , he dashed it back into the fryer . Never come here guys
