Spent a fab night here last night with good friends - thanks Maz and Walts! Terrific entertainment with the gooorgeous Miss Syen - rowdy, raucous, rude....blimmin' loved it!!!

We come often, food is great and some fab acts. Always something to do.

We popped in for drinks on Sunday evening. Lovely warm welcome, splendid pint of Guinness, log burner on and a three games of pool. Perfect.

Food is now back on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday lunch please check with Rachel for times. The food is general pub grub burgers pizzas etc but does look well presented and is fantastic value for money at 2 for £12. The Sunday lunch looks and is fantastic all home cooked, giant Yorkshire puds, nicely cooked fresh veg, we had the beef which was nice n tender. At £12 very good value for money. All the staff are helpful n friendly. It can get a bit noisy at peak times but it is a sports come music pub so only to be expected. Sunday lunch needs to be booked in advance there are three time slot 11, 1 and 3 pm. We went for the 3pm service and it was fairly quiet. Overall one of the best home made Sunday lunches we have had.Highly recommend. 😀😃

The Scarborough pub is our local pub and having not been since before covid. Today we took our daughter for her 18th birthday. The land lady is very welcoming and a nice lady to talk to like you have known her for years. The atmosphere was perfect as a British pub that sadly we are losing too many of. Prices were much better than we was expecting and they even do hot fresh cooked food. The land lady was even king enough for us to have 4 games of pool for free for her birthday. All in all a great local pub to our area and very clean. Thank you for making our daughters 18th just that little bit better. One one thing. The young gent that was helping set up the pub with his mum what a guy very hard working and very grown up well done pall you will go far in life with your skills.

Extremely small portion sizes and nearly an hour wait for the food. Very overpriced for what you get on the “roast dinner”. £14 for 1 chicken breast, slither of mash, 1 carrot and an incinerated Yorkshire pudding. When complained, landlady was rude.

Great atmosphere and lovely Sunday lunch very generous portions, will definitely be back again soon!

Came here to pick up someone from work, was greeted by amazing staff and lively atmosphere. We ordered a diet coke with ice which was delectable and also came with a plastic straw which nowhere else provides. All i’ve wanted for months now is a plastic straw with my drink and here has fulfilled me. I then went to the toilets, which were beautiful wooden doors and white brick walls, all was very clean and i’d assume sound proof. The only problem was that there were 2 of us and in one stall was no toilet paper, so while i was doing my business, i was getting shouted at for toilet paper. Overall was a great experience and it smells great too.

Great public house with friendly and professional staff. The beer garden is lovely and spacious. A true village atmosphere.

Good night have some great live bands

Great little place, hidden among residential streets. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The food menu varied and the service efficient. Going for vegetable and meat mixed starters, I would not say these were the best in town, but were certainly good. The main courses came and were very well presented with good portion sizes. Best of all the taste was great, and one of the best curry dishes I have had for a long time! The naan breads were also fantastic with the cheese naan being especially note-worthy. The only minor negative was the size of the rice portions, which could have been more generous. The meal on the whole was of adequate size and no one in the group was hungry. Value wise, this place take some beating with the end bill coming in less than expected. This may be due to the fact that there is no licenced bar here, which obviously has its impact. If you enjoy a curry, I would definitely recommend a trip here!

Great place. Good food at reasonable prices. Whilst a little cold sitting outside, the warm welcome made up for it. Four of us met for food & drink. Three of us had Yorkshire pudding wraps and one the Cajun chicken, all served piping hot and nice,y cooked. Thank you

Brilliant pub. Garden absolutely packed with smokers inside half full. Where.are all.the non smokers who would have gone to the pub if it wasn't full of.smoke ?

Well run friendly local pub. Excellent quality food. Reservations accepted for tables. Live sport. Pool table. Darts. One regular changing cask guest ale.

Disappointed to say the least. Over 1 hour wait was ignored dirty table. Ended up getting a refund won't be going back..

Absolutely gorgeous pub, brilliant staff, get a warm welcome and the atmosphere is great. Child friendly and have plenty on every week from live music to trips and Santa's grotto etc. The food is all homemade and is absolutely delicious. Excellent pub. Love it!!

Great atmosphere, great food. My favourite is the Cajun chicken baguette. They have both Sky Sports & BT Sport multiple TV's one of which is HUGE. Drinks are very reasonably priced.
