Sort your heads out your serving to the public. Soggy hardly cooked chips, wrong pizza, frozen cake that taste dirty n drinks were wrong too but least they weren't dirty and grim.

The staff can't add up, margarita pizza 12" £6.60 and chips for £1.50 some how come to £10.20 the food wasn't that nice ether

Absolutely disgusting! Not been for years so thought we would give Local a blast. Never again. 2 out of 3 pizzas were burnt to the point we could not distinguish who's was who's! Not even a pizza base, don't know what the hell it was. Couldn't be bothered complaining as we didn't want replacement and we were starving! AVOID at all cost!!!!

Wow not been here for nearly 30yrs and it will be another 30 till I return Ordered 3 pizzas 2 came burnt and they were tastless and greasy

I'm sadly giving this place 2 stars and that was because the delivery driver was nice. The food was very disappointing, the only nice thing was the garlic bread and cheese. The tandori chicken was dry and hard, I didn't eat much of it. Kebab meat was ok but not as nice as it used to be. We've been using Pizza Pan when we come on holiday but this experience has really put me off. The delivery driver was very accommodating and was very polite.

A large portion is now a small!!!! Ordered 2 x large chicken and salad extra pot of garlic mayo - Total £14.50 including delivery charge. Chicken portion size has dramatically reduced, rang to question to be told that that is the new portion size due to increase of chicken prices and to blame the government!! Customer services skills shocking. Really Disappointing as we have been regular customers for many years.

Food was abserloutly vile, never tried anything like it, chips where like they’d been pre cooked! Chicken had hard gristle like bits in it, donnor like microwave stuff, and not to forget they send a single cheese burger instead or double! Will never order again!!!!!

I don't usually leave reviews, but felt I should put credit where credit is due. The pizzas from here are amazing and the delivery service was A*. Highly recommended.

Best mixed kebab and chips we have had in a while. Defo recommend, kids ate pizza without complaints which is a tough cookie to crack.

Read the reviews, we did and gave them a chance. Complete wrong order, foods greasey AF and he tried charging us twice. We had 4 different kebabs and all are wrong

Absolutely disgusting food, stone cold, wrong order, food under cooked. Rude staff. Waited nearly 2 hours. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Called holiday makers so had to wait for other deliveries to be made first. Bloke hung up on us while on the phone complaining about the service. Bad place, bad attitude, bad food, raw potatoes, kebab meat and undercooked chips. Even the bin didn't want this stuff you say is food.

Very disappointed, haven't ordered for a while but thought would give it another try! Naan bread on kebab was inedible couldn't bite through it. Garlic bread and pizza overcooked. Cheesy chips were ok. 😕

It's my partners birthday and we fancied donner meat and chips wow we were very dissatisfied donner and chips was like rubber and looked like it had been thrown in the box sauce leaked everywhere

Literally the worst takeaway we've ever had. The burger we asked for all the salad and burger sauce, we got no salad and relish... and the burger was burned. The garlic bread with cheese was awful... the dough was not cooked properly and was raw in the middle. The pizza was burned at the edges and had a really strange taste. The onion rings were soggy and not cooked properly. The cheesecake was frozen solid. 90% of the food we ordered was thrown in the bin and fed to the seagulls. The best thing about the order was the tub of garlic mayo which was average. Overall, absolutely disgusting and a complete waste of money 🤢

Apsaloute vile, whole order was wrong and the food was disgusting, burnt food, burger tasted like a frozen one and chips tasted of garlic.. Deffo won't b ordering from there again.

Very poor all round, pizzas and Cheese Garlic Bread were tasteless and the fries were not the best either, try some where better if you want tasty food.

Sorry pizza pan, but I could have bought a pizza from iceland better than yours at a tenth of the price coupled with you were rude to my wife on the phone. Never again, lesson learned, move on to the next and hopefully they care about what they are delivering and have some respect for there paying customers.

Sometimes u get a nice pizza other times not dependent on who's the cook & Delivery driver. Drivers are going too fast pizza can arrive all smashed up or folded in half... I've spoken to shop and got told they didn't know who delivered my pizza as they had more than one driver. So the driver will never learn and will continue to make the business look bad.

Giving 1 star for the nerve they have shown turning up over 2 hours late with food, rang to be told it will be 20 minutes then to get phone calls ignored, not the first time this has happened but will definitely be the last!!!!

I bought it here because it is halal, but I did not like the service. They put the sauces in their own way. Normally they should have been given separately. I couldn't taste it because of the sauce.

Stayed at Pontins Prestyn Wales, this was the closest place for food which is halal. Not the best and not the worst place for food it was eatable. Owner had a bit of an attitude which didnt create a good ambience. I Would rate it at 4 out of 10.

Rood staff and extaushaunous prices

Well I did like this place but not now only because its says there open till 2am but refused to do a delivery when I phoned at 12.20am really disgraceful and the guy gave me so much attitude about seriously im a paying customer I wouldn't recommend to anyone absolutely rubbish oh and they still owe me saled that i payed for and didn't get bloody outrageous

Looks like a it's been punched and was told its eatable also was not told that it was no olives and it was pretty much cold

Pizza was over done, garlic bread was missing, the coleslaw was a watery mess and the whole thing looked like it had been in a cat accident on the way as it was all squashed a leaking... not the best..

Appalling customer service, my food was late for delivery and the manager of the shop spoke to me like dirt when i rung up to enquire about where my order was, absolutely disgusting way to speak to a paying customer

Will never step foot in this place again. Phone order was told 30 mins when I got there was told 30mins later was made to wait a further 20mins. Order was short of what I asked for and when I got home the food was burnt. Had to put 1 star so I can write a review it should be minus 3

Food was massive and lovely. Friendly deliveries and they have a points system if you order from them using there website.

A disgrace to traditional fish and chips as we were served frozen store bought fish! Could have gone to tesco for that. I have travelled across uk and have never seen this be served at a takeaway. Aviod if you want proper fish and chips.

The Pizza Pan is a fab little place, recently (2018?) refurbished by the lovely owners who are really friendly and offer superb customer service. We use them ourselves and all our Holiday let & Motorhome Site guests use them too and they all agree, it's great pizza at a great price 👍🏻🍕😋

Absolutely shocking have been a customer for years and stopped ordering when the food hygene rating went to 0, started ordering again when it went to 3 even though not the best ordered food waited over an hour so phoned up to be spoken to by the boss like dirt 1 hour 40 mins food turns up wont be using again thats for sure 👍

Worst takeaway Ever no customer service skills what so ever very rude staff all food was either burnt or wrong also stuff missing defo would not recommend this takeaway to anybody !!! Oh and to top it off we was stud outside the shop waiting for over 1 hour !!!

We was in the area for a few day's, Drove past a few times thought we'd give it a try, Ordered inside off a manky menu! Sure i was overcharged 2 large pizzas & portion of chips £27.20, Large ham & cheese & seafood Pizzas was quite nice loaded with cheese👍slightly burnt on the edges, Disappointed the chips was solid looked like they'd been fried twice. Waited outside for 20 mins, They seemed really busy delivery guy coming n going. We wouldn't come here afain 🤔

The food was acceptable, but really needs improving on. I give 4 stars because it’s one of the only halal places in Prestatyn and neighbouring areas, however, there’s a lot of changes that need to be made. I label my suggestions for improvement in the hope that the owners will read this and take my advice. 1. The sauces themselves should be so full of flavour and quality that this item in itself pulls people to your restaurant. 2. The online ordering system you have allows the customer to create their meal exactly how they want with specific toppings and sauces, so you’d understand a person’s dissatisfaction if their meal arrives not at all topped how they desired. 3. Lastly, little things like toasting a bun, not overcooking a burger, removing oil by putting a burger onto a kitchen towel so that it absorbs all the excess oil and doesn’t make the bun greasy, adding the correct amount of sauce; these all add to the integrity of a good meal and a pleasant experience. Overall, I was happy to have found a Halal place in an area not so populated by muslims. I do wish you’d have put a big “Halal” symbol on your website and shop, as I’m sure I wasn’t the only person looking for food to suit my family’s dietary requirements. I think with a bit of improvement you’d do very well.

Normally order as a midweek treat, safe to say I won’t be ordering again, The portion control is at 2 total different ends of the spectrum, you’d think we were on basic rations in the war, You order a large naan midweek you get it bulging, you get it large at the weekend you get next to nothing, Ask for certain salad and you either get wrong stuff or you get 1 little bit, for example my partner asked for cucumber, she got half of slice, now I’m not asking for a side salad but seriously half of slice, but then you ask for sauce you get half of bottle. I’ve worked out now how this works, they like to bulk up on salad and sauce and scrimp and save on meat, as it’s shocking when you get a large that looks like a medium!

After initial confusion due to their online ordering system. Which the owner sorted promptly. The food was lovely with massive portions. Dont order a large portion unless you really hungry.

Been there this evening and ordered food whilst having a joke with the woman who served me the owner spoke to me like I was something that he had just stood in so as I was asked for the money I just walked out and said I was not getting spoken to like that absolutely fuming especially when we spend about £30 - £40 every time we go there never again will i hand my hard earned cash to that man so rude also seen him reheating kebab meat in the microwave s it was cold

Have been aware of the reputation of this place for a while so have avoided. However.. partner was not aware and ordered from here on Just Eat. Food took a very long time to arrive and was all pretty cold upon arrival. Half the food order was completely wrong and the other half was not edible. Pizza was very sour or 'off' tasting and the meats were of a very poor quality and did not taste good at all. The chips were the only bit that were any good quality wise but were too cold to enjoy. Unfortunately the bad reviews are true for this place and I shall go back to avoiding! Oh and the delivery driver was rather rude at the door saying we live "out the way" and "is there nowhere else we can order from instead of them". ...... Don't worry pal.. you won't have to deliver here again!! TL;DR --> Food Late. Food Cold. Food bad. Avoid!

Letting alone the guy sitting at the counter and his 'sorry to see clients' manner - their pizza is a joke and a mistake. It's laughable. We ordered 'hawaiian' and got it: dough tasting, honestly, more like a pancake (yes, pancake. I know pancakes) and no ham, but... those cheap, full breakfast sausages, just sliced. Ouch. Any questiones?

Very sad to write this as i'm a returning customer but this has to be said. Today my order had dead flies squished in the chips, around 3. Twigs underneath the dough of the Pizza then once i bit into a slice, i bit into plastic which was underneath the toppings. I feel sick to my stomach. I called and made a complaint and worker did not seemed very bothered or apologetic. You lost a customer.

I would advise to stay clear of this place, it is fortunate to be getting 1 star from me i am a guest at pontins and ordered a delivery, recieved a phone call to let me know my order was at the gate in which i thought was great customer service only to arrive at the gate and realise my order was wrong! After a heated debat on the phone with the manager i went to the Pizza Pan shop to explaine what was wrong to be over talked and told i was wrong and recieved an order from a diffrent pizza shop, accidents happen however i had to raise my voice with the manager so he would listen only to be confronted by the manager with him screaming he would knock me out! Disgusting customer service was not very helpfull and just wanted to pass on the blame and pocket the money aswell as have a fight!....desperate springs to mined! I would avoid this place there is more trust worthy kebab/Pizza shops in Prestatyn my advice would be go elswhere.

Absolutely shocking. Dough was not only not cooked in the middle but was like a flour paste. Outside deep pan was burnt. Chips were under cooked. I ordered a mozzarella with extras and my partner ordered a Pizza pan special. Both were the same. Only had about 4 pieces of pepperoni on his which was cut I to thirds to look more. If i could take it back I would. Would NOT recommend.

Every customer that came in was told 20 min wait. We waited 35. Staff more interested in take away than customers. Mild and hot chilli sauce on menu. Had child with me, was given the one and only sauce - Very hot.

We thought we would try some where new. Wish we had stuck with what we knew.We have just spent over £30 at this take away. Firstly the positives points, the food was delivered within a acceptable amount of time. The delivery driver was polite and the chips were edable. Negatives, we did not receive a free garlic bread as specified on the just eat app. When we quiered this with the takeaway the customer service was shocking. We got told that on the app it states that this offer can not be used in conjunction with any other offers. (We also purchased a family meal deal). This information is incorrect and I double checked this on the app. I rang the takeaway to inform them of this and the attitude of the chap I spoke to was condescending and rude. Apparently they have been with just eat 7 years and never had a customer say that before and I was trying it on. The food: probably the worst £30 worth of food ive spent. The chicken tika kebabs were chopped up chicken with bone and gristle throughout. My friend actually found this out the hard way and chocked on a bone . Plus they got the order wrong. The burger was burnt and even the dog did not eat it. This Pizza was greasy. So yeah moral of the story. Stick with what you know !!!

Just ordered pizza and kebabs through just eat from the pizza pan in prestatyn I rang the shop as instructed by them when they screwed my order up last time to remind them only to be spoken to like a piece of rubbish by the owner and told they shouldn't even be delivering to my area and in future they won't deliver here .. FACT I've been ordering from them for the past 18months (not anymore) did they never notice where they were going before. Fact they charge for delivery and they aren't cheap. anyone wanting decent service with correct orders stay away from these mugs your better off driving to somewhere decent. RANT OVER

Bad food,wouldn't come back out to collect there wrong order they wouldn't give me what I ordered told no refund bad customer relations got just eat involved resolved the matter got my money back off them after the restraunt admitting a mistake and still refusing to come out to collect there food to just eat. J,e said it's a clear breach of there polices that the restraunt acts in such a manner got my full refund and for the record the foods on top of the bin if ye still want it back pizza pan
