Food not great today pancake roll hard on outside undercooked inside. Prawn crackers so stale!!! Chow mein and ribs were ok

We just had a takeaway , king prawn chow mein was the best ever tasted , I had Cantonese beef and it was lovely , seeing I live 5 miles away the food was hot on delivery the young man who delivered the food was polite

This used to be our choice of the various Chinese takeaways in town, food always good. Whatever's happened over the past couple of months I don't know because the food is now dreadful. Their chips which used to be hand cut and fried in peanut oil are now frozen supermarket chips, bland and soggy and fried in oil that smells well past its used by date. Their pancake rolls used to be crispy but are now doughy. The salt ribs are totally different from how they were, not salty and very little flavour. After the first bad takeaway a few weeks ago we were prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt but last night's was equally poor so will not be buying from them again.

Utterly disgusting, was not at all impressed, why is it so difficult to find a good Chinese takeaway, the crispy chilli beef tasted of old cooking oil, repulsive, everything else not much better definatley will not be back

Fantastic food. The chicken chow main and prawn toast are to died for. The delivery service is second to none. The lady that bring it is always very sweet and kind. A big thank you. It's a long way to come

Always have nice Chinese food from here. Would give 5 stars but the Chips they sell let it down, overcooked and full of small fried bits, need to be larger chips and the oil refreshed more regularly and cooked fresh not refried.

Got a delivery. Chips were rank. We threw them away they were that bad. Everything else cheap and bland.

Food was ordered at 20:00 arrived at 20:16 no way it was fresh! No matter what the owner says, Singapore rice noodles was all sticky more like boiled, salt and pepper chicken dry you could peal it apparet not good

This is by far the worst Chinese I have ever had. The chips where fried in old oil and only good for the bin. As for the chicken well I can't put into words how nasty it was. Will not be going there again . Would recommend going elsewhere

Spent £45 on takeaway, including 1/2 crispy duck. NO sauce, spring onions or cucumber. The foid used to be great. Haven't been for a while, won't be going back.

Bought from here before and it was the best Chinese I’d ever had. Bought again tonight and it was dreadful:( burnt chow mien, the beef in black bean sauce was awful, the sauce was actual water with no flavour. Real shame

Best Chinese in Devizes by far. Sweet and sour sauce doesn’t taste artificial, like some other places I’ve been to in town. Beef chow mein is another good shout. Nice staff also.

I used New Pacific pre Pandemic and it was great. Jan 2023, just spent £23 Inc delivery on rubbish. I asked for the crispy duck not to be over cooked, it was, very dry, very crispy, an expensive dish ruined. I had the pancake rolls, what a disappointment, they used to be amazing but now just a lump of rubbish in tge middle of a thick tasteless batter. The chicken stay, wow, I don't expect my chicken to be drowning in sauce. On wiping off the gunk, eating the chicken, so tuff, grisly, no flavour, didn't continue eating....very sad this place has lost its way, won't be ordering again.

I order yesterday for the first and Last Time, the mini vegetable rolls poor of veggie and a lot of oil the 🍟 chips as well, full of oil and salt, curry beef and chicken noodles( on it only 2-3 pieces of meat and a lot big pieces of onions) sweet and sour soup I put straight on the bin 🤢 I don't order again POOR QUALITY AND QUANTITY,good luck guys 👋

Gone down hill, don’t even know what teriyaki sauce is, Same sauce with EXTRA SUGAR as many other dishes! Satay sauce sooooo spicy! some may love this but not as described on menu. Great service. Easy to order online.

Favourite Chinese takeaway in devizes, I have tried others but these are the best ,tonight the food was awful and most went in the bin

Seriously good Chinese. I worked for years in a Chinese restaurant 5 to 6 nights a week so I am a bit fussy but this was so great. Looking forward to ordering again.

Just ordered Half a duck in pancakes Starter for two Chips And a Pork dish It’s the most disgusting take away I have ever had. Every thing was cooked in the deep fryer, Prawn toast was actually deep fried greesy bread the ribs was cooked in the deep fryer and the pancake rolls was over cooked they shattered. And for the crispy duck yet again cooked in the fryer till dry as sawdust. And they had the nerve to charge me £32 leave well alone

Good service. You can order and pay on line, you can phone an order through and pay cash when you collect or walk in and order. It is cash only in the shop.

Best chinese takeaway in wiltshire fantastic

Thought we would try New Pacific for a change tonight. The food was terrible. I would not recommend this Chinese takeaway to anyone! Everything we ordered looked and tasted awful. The spare ribs had no meat on them literally just bone, the chips looked like yesterdays and the curries were very bland. What a waste of money. Will definitely not use this takeaway again. Wish I took photos to prove what the food actually looked like but unfortunately it went in the bin before I knew photos could be uploaded.

Brilliant staff very helpful and ready to collect when they said it was so no waiting around food good and plenty of it

The best Chinese take away in the town..

Just had the worst takeaway I've ever had.Spring rolls totally soggy,King prawn curry only had 5 prawns and chicken satay totally inedible.Daylight robbery of £20,I can only presume this food was cooked and reheated last week!

The guy on the phone is really friendly. Food is always delicious. Very fast delivery and nice delivery man. We just moved to the area and love this place for takeaway.

We had a takeaway from New Pacific at the start of the year. Food was good. We tried them again today and all I can say it is probably one of the worst chinese takeaways we have ever eaten. Chips were hard as rocks, like they had been cooked multiple times. Nothing tasted fresh. Chicken was dry and very chewy. Rice and crispy chilli beef was dry. Prawns were slimey. Food very poor. Will not be back.

Good takeaway food at a reasonable price

Wont be going back is the kindest thing I can say.

We were on a narrow boat holiday along the canal and in need of some food for 8 of us. We called and spoke to Sarah who was an extremely helpful delivery lady, she arranged to meet us with our delivery just off the entrance to the canal towpath. Food was hot, very tasty and all correct, with some complimentary prawn crackers x 3 and spring rolls. Lovely food and very helpful staff. We back for a second 2 days later. Thankyou to the staff at New Pacific and to Sarah in particular for being so helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Sorry not that special as we never got what we ordered and the fried rice was wet and yuk

Probably one of the best Chinese in town, very quick service, good quality food and prices and their salt and chilli ribs are to die for.
