Delicious and low prices for burgers, ribs, etc. There is even a play area for children.

Tasteless food. I do not recommend even the roasted zebrafish, they were already old and tasted old to me.

Avoid at all cost, better burger places on this street. The staff were incredibly rude and not helpful. Considering this is meant to be a ‘family’ takeaway the cleanliness was disgusting. The toilet facilities were poor, one seat was missing, no hand soap and when asked for it, we were told to just use water… I asked for a cleaning spray as the toilets were covered in wee, staff member said that wasn’t her job and gave me a window cleaner to use. I can’t even say the food was nice as the burgers were burnt, chewy, and stale. Might as well have been eating a plastic bag! No point complaining as they do not take it seriously, and think their shop is the best. I asked why the toilets were in such a state, they said it wasn’t busy so didn’t need cleaning but surely when you’re not busy you would use the time to make sure the shop is of standard.

Speaking to the customers like they a junk is not acceptable 😡 The Romanian family asked for extra sauce and they were prepared to pay for it. Your behaviour towards them is extremely degrading and disgusting. At least remove the headphones when you take the orders. Food was burnt and tasted disgusting 🤮🤮

Some of the friendliest and hardworking staff going. In some 7 years now, whenever there's been a problem it has always been resolved. Unlike some competitors, every member of staff here is well-mannered and pleasant to deal with. Props to all.

The portion are good in size. We ordered 1 chicken wrap meal 1 chicken burger And 1 variety meal. The foos quality is good but could be better. The food is not at all Mexican that's a shame its fried chicken fast food place. They have kids play area its an added attraction. The place was really quite. Finding parking was a challenge.

Avoid at all costs. Me and friend went at the end of the night. Spicy fries were pretty nice but chicken was disgusting and visibly low grade. Got my order wrong and gave me a beef burger instead of chicken (which was disgusting and lettuce was not fresh). The food we both had was so bad, I didn’t bother asking to replace it. From the 3 wings I ate, I’ve been on the toilet all morning. Probably a front for something. Only takes cash. Huge premises with a play area for the kids. Wouldn’t let my kids anywhere near these place. Go KFC instead.

I waited 2 hours for my food and asked for a refund and they refused to refund me and also lied to just eat about giving Me something from free of charge from there menu for the delay.

We never have problems but the food was late and also the pizza box was open as well and gave us Pepsi again instead of Coca Cola

Compared to KFC, this restaurant offers better food at lower prices. I'm a regular here, have come to the restaurant about 25 times so far, and the first few weeks of ordering were great. After that however, it became a nightmare, and I'd only buy from this restaurant as a last resort. They constantly upsell, for example if you ask for a chicken burger, they will say "ok, you wanted a chicken burger meal", or in many of my own cases, change your order to the more expensive meal options without asking. They have time and time again not respected a request for the burger to be plain, causing me to have to completely throw it away, wasting good food. If they didn't change people's orders or not respect allergens/ED requests, I would rate this place 4/5. But the lack of care on their part really lets them down.

horrible dangerous food. found a Philips bolt in my fillet burger. almost got my teeth broken. when i told them it seemed normal to them and nobody was bothered. search for metal bits in your food before taking any bites of you love your teeth!!!!!

The food was extremely good because they take personal requests, such as when I asked for red salt In a little tub. They gave it me for free and free sauce as which would have usually cost me £0.50. Another time was today, when I called them and asked to fry my chicken burger a bit more longer so it's more crunchier.

Delivered on time burger was good .. although chicken burger was cool and hard ... only complaint is asked for coke given Pepsi we don't drink Pepsi so need to take coke off if they don't sell it

There’s a children playing area and the place itself is really nice it’s good that they provide a toilet and a sink and the food is absolutely delicious 😋 I really enjoyed my food and I have been there a couple of times with friends and family. Very affordable .

Best spicy chicken burger and spicy wings

When a customer eating in complains his burgers are cold I should have left but I Ordered chicken burger spicy and I asked for it to be cut in half and 3 wings. Burger was dry hard breading was too hard on sides and also it was not cut in half as requested. 3 wings greasy not great at all no flavor very bland. Staff arguing amongst themselves you can see and feel the tension.

It was good & tasty pizza but in garlic bread we discovered staple (a short, thin, U-shaped piece of wire with ends that bend to fasten sheets of paper together). It is so dangerous especially for kids. I have picture of it and can share with you. Please takecare for such mistakes which can be dangerous for customers.

I ordered a vanilla ice cream milkshake and 1 scoop of ice cream. The vanilla ice cream tasted weird, like it was spoiled, plus it was chewy, we didn't like it at all, £7 wasted. The play area is quite dirty and the toys and carpets are quite greasy and dirty, the high chairs for babies, the same, everything is very greasy. I will not return anymore 🤨

Order food at 21:30 should have been here latest 22:15 they updated as delivered but the food wasn't here, so call them they said food was a few mins away almost 45 minutes later got a call from the driver saying he was here he wasn't outside the house he was way down the road and told me to go to him to get the food, now we have the food and it's stale, not happy at all with any part of this situation.

Chicken was honestly nasty, food was cold and it tasted bland. Chips were like cardboard, hardly any red salt and were given Pepsi instead of coke.

Ordered some ribs and chicken gravy sauce. The sauce was ok The ribs were burnt beyond recognition. How you can serve this to someone and charge them is shameful.

its was a worse experience there food was not fresh , chicken was with bad smell and poorly fried. burgur was of normal taste nothing too much special . the fries was overcooked, secondly there restaurant was cold ,the door was open , i haven't enjoyed the time spend there. just rubbish. its better to visit newyork crispy near to them . i also have visited them they are awesome .

Had ribs meal, and ribs were burnt unfortunately and tasted horrible

The ribs are very small for what you pay for and I ordered two 5 piece BBQ rib meals and one came with 3 ribs and a piece of chicken. Plenty of chips in the meal but the chips are used to fill up the box because the ribs are so small. Not impressed and certainly not value for money.

Wow... Reading some reviews after ordering i was a bit worried but there was absolutely nothing to worry about, Meal deal 3 - chicken pieces, wings, chips & chicken sauce. Everything i ordered was amazing quality and very tasty, especially the wings and sauce, all hot when delivered and a free 8" garlic bread with cheese thrown in for good measure. I will never go to KFC again, this is now my favourite fried chicken place and 25% cheaper. Amaizin, well done guys.
