Excellent British breakfast. It's an interesting option for having a breakfast around their neighborhood. The people there are very friendly and the place is very comfortable as well.

Nous sommes venus avec notre enfant et nous avons très bien mangé. Le « English breakfast » était copieux et délicieux! Le pancake à la banane était une crêpe moelleuse et non un « pancake » américain, comme nous nous l’étions imaginé. Pour autant, nous nous sommes régalés! Nous avons également adoré les jus de d’étuis car ces derniers sont pressés sur place et donc très frais ! Nous recommandons le New London Café et nous y reviendrons si nous en avons l’occasion !

Really good breakfast/lunch options. The smoothie was really good, we had the Nutella banana pancakes and the chorizo pancakes and both were really good, the savoury pancakes are almost like a calzone, was a nice twist on standard pancake options. Would definitely come again, good value for money also

Abbiamo impiegato 1 ora di autobus per arrivare e ne è valsa la pena. Ci sono molte scelte tra breakfast, pancake salati e quelli dolci, porridge, sandwich e altro. I prezzi sono molto vantaggiosi. The staff are lovely and the restaurant has a family-run vibe. The decor is worn in places but it is clean and pleasantly homely. The food is very cheap. Not sophisticated but tasty with some authentic Spanish touches. Massive and tasty mocha! Will definitely return.

These people need to educate them selve's on what is vegetarian. I asked if their cakes were vegetarian and they hadn't a clue what vegetarian means. They said 'there are eggs in them I!!!!!!!!!! HELLO, veggies, well I speak for myself, have cows milk, eggs, cheese. Please find out if your cakes are veggie, meaning no animal by products.

Their caramel cappuccino 😍 became my regular coffee during school runs, try their English breakfast, so delicious always full up in the end, Egg Benedict is gorgeous, their hot sandwiches are lovely, our next visit will be trying out desserts 😏

Meine Partnerin hatte das Avocadobrot das auch sehr zu empfehlen war. Der Service ist sehr bemüht was man an Getränken und Essen sieht. Wir kommen wieder!

I had realised I’d been there before as I entered, and the café is still equally good. The coffee is cheap and good, and the food is really lovely. You get a lot for your money too.

Brunch was delicious. Quick and friendly. Sat outside and enjoyed the warmth and a breeze. Enjoyed the walk over from Hilton Angel and thought I would get ice cream after but this gave me a bit of everything. Savory sweet and awesome.

We dropped into New London Cafe while the neighborhood looking for lunch. What a pleasant surprise! Between the 3 of us we ordered breakfast, lunch, and burgers. Excellent quality & welcoming staff. Definitely worth a repeat visit.

Dropped in after reading the reviews on here, it was lovely. We had a mixture of dishes - burgers, eggs, sandwich and the breakfast pancake. All of them were very tasty, and the pancake could have fed an army!! Great coffee too.

I had a mid morning coffee with the best ever croissant on a Sunday morning. As i was on my own I sat at the counter but the high chairs where very comfortable. There were many tables occupied and the brunch plates looked very appealing, there seemed to be a good mix of locals and some tourists - looks like it has the local stamp of approval.

This comfortable but unpretentious café offers friendly, prompt service and the sort of food that makes you say "that was just what I fancied". Lots of vegetarian options, a wide range of soft drinks and freshly prepared food like hummus, tomatoes and rocket on ciabetta, French toast, crepes, bacon and egg sandwiches. It all looks good and tastes great. Incredibly reasonable prices. A real "go to" place.

Lugar aconchegante, bom atendimento e ótimo lugar para experimentar o café-da-manhã inglês. Se você não tem estômago para comer tanto no início do dia, sugiro dividir o prato com alguém, pois vem muita comida. Foi um pouco estranho comer feijão no café, mas o tempero é bem diferente e ele chega a ser quase doce. Recomendo o lugar.

I had breakfast last weekend in this new cafe. It was my first time and I'm happy to say that the service provided and quality of the food satisfied me. The price was normal comparing to similar shops (not expensive). I will recommend people to visit and eat from this place.

After reading rave reviews we visited New London cafe a couple of times in quick succession. It's undoubtedly a cute, quirky setup and environment and our first visit was pretty good (albeit the place was teeming). However, our second visit (for a weekend brunch) was made very disappointing by really poor service - the staff were having an argument behind the counter, our food was slow and my wife's had to be sent back.

Since the new owners have taken over this cafe I have noticed a considerable difference in the quality of food that is been served up. The muffins and burgers have shrunk in size. Also sausages and tomatoes have been replaced for what seems to be cheaper alternatives. Its a shame because the menu price does not reflect these changes.

Have been here twice for brunch now, and highly recommend their well-priced, delicious menu, and great service. The full english breakfasts were fresh and hearty, and from other accounts at our table their French toast and savoury pancakes were also winners. Good range of smoothies too.It's a cosy little cafe, so there may not always be seating inside on a weekend, but they do have an outdoor area as well.

Best brunch spot in North London. It is only quite small inside, so better if you're not in a large group. We all really enjoyed different items off the menu, and there is SO much choice. The waitress had some confusion with our bill at the end, but it was sorted quickly, and we all got a complimentary brownie for the mishap. The inside is absolutely beaut and there's a lovely tucked away terrace area too.

It is not often I write a review for home unlike my second home in the south west but I feel this place is very deserving.My wife & I have been here a few times now & the standard is always very high.If you like a good breakfast than this is the place to go as the eggs benedict are to die for, the full English is also very good. The coffee is excellent both my wife & I are very fussy on our coffee & this place never disappoints.

Walking to the station on Sunday morning saw this cafe, my friend and I went it, greeted by a warm and welcoming gentleman, the table we sat at was old desks which was just as i remember them and even had the ink well. We decided on the English breakfast but there was lots of choice. The breakfast was lovely all tasted of very good quality. Great value at £8 if you included the tea/coffee. will use this cafe if we are in the area again, even better if you didnt want the full breakfast you could chose a few items

This is a really cool cafe with a retro design from old phones to old radios it really does make you feel at home very cosy. The food is amazing never dissapointed always satisfied with the food in here I would definitely recommend if you are in the area always welcoming staff is very friendly and attentive.

Nice little local café situated on the corner of St Pauls Road and Highbury Grange. Does rather nice pancakes, a good solid English breakfast and has free Wi-Fi.

Called in on Friday morning, and between us had a variety of items from the breakfast menu, including the full English and the full Vegetarian. Servings were big and very tasty - the mushroom in particular was topped with a delicious garlic butter.Drinks were very nice and the service very friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Great place! I was in London for two days and for both days this was the place I ate! I found it as it was on route to where I was staying so I went in! Met by wonderful kind staff! The cafe is beautiful inside, well designed and an artsy feel! The food was amazing! And it was well priced! On my trip back to the tube I had to pop in again! Wonderful place! Next time I'm in London I have to make i back here!

Now visiting often for breakfast. Coffee served with a biscuit and the full english are absolutely top-draw. Ingredients are obviously high quality. This place knows what it does and it does it well. Very, very well.

It really was the best poached egg breakfast I have had and the chef clearly took pride in their job. We stumbled on this cafe today and then looked it up on Trip Advisor after breakfast. We were not surprised at the number of excellent reviews and have no doubt they will keep coming. To be honest we chose it because it was one stop away from Kings Cross Station and a 4 minute walk. That makes it accessible from anywhere in London :) Are you in London and looking for somewhere great for breakfast? Then take virtually any tube to Kings cross, change to the Victoria line and go one stop to Highbury & Islington Station. You won't regret it.

Restaurants in London can be on the expensive side but not at New London. I've had multiple breakfast as well as lunch and the food was delicious. My son lives their and we took him out to breakfast at another place. The bill was 30% higher with the same food. Great food, good service, and fair prices.

Looking forward to a pot of tea & a cake, I chose to sit indoors though there are a couple of tables outside looking out onto the busy little junction.The tea was good & arrived quickly but I could tell my cake was stale as soon as I cut it with my fork. I asked if it was always this dry & was given another piece no problem. The second piece was lovely & moist.The point being that they shouldn't serve old end pieces

This is a great Caffè with a interesting but delicious menu, the chovacado was soo delicious, chorizo's was soft and juicy and my friends burger looked amazing. They also serve organic muesli my friends muesli looked unreal. Staff is very friendly attentive always greeting and full of energy.

I've come back after more than a year and have been rather let down with the quality and taste of the food. Ordered a Chovocado - Chorizo was definitely undercooked and chewy. Quality of bread was very poor. Feel sad really - as I used to frequent this place in the past and the food was fresh and tasty and the service and ambience a delight. Something has changed - I hope the owners take note and do something about it.

Not sure how all the good reviews came about ....... Unless it used to be a lot better than it is now! Had full English breakfast and the quality was very poor , as was the chicken burger. Everything seemed to be just low quality frozen , processed food. Not cheap either.

We came here for late breakfast and really enjoyed the food and the cafe 's atmosphere. Personel is friendly and kind. Also nice fresh flowers at each table. Had crepes with berries...yummy! My daughter had scrambled eggs with ham and excellent bread; her dad had a typical English breakfast (eggs, bacon, bread, sausage, beans ecc). Very generous portions and great cook in the kitchen! I reviewed New London Cafe last year and gave it top ratings, yet unfortunately this cafe has changed A LOT in the last year. The service has become very lazy with no manager running the floor. We used to go almost every other weekend, and the decline is the quality of the food, service and care to customers is very obvious. Very unfortunate. I believe the management might have changed and the old manager/founder is not there anymore which is probably why the rapid decline. The last time we went on a Saturday afternoon they we only a 1/4 full...

An interesting menu with plenty of options for veggies and non veggies. Nice enough surroundings, with a bright and airy back room. Service was very slow though, but they have us free brownies by way of an apology.

At first sight it looks like a cosy and friendly place...the menu looks nice...I did order the mad med breakfast..to be honest... what a delusion...eggs not fried and partly raw..the olives was a basic tin' olive and the roast pepper was definitely not roast and from tin as well. The service was barely acceptable. I'm a chef and definitely I felt like somebody, sometimes lost his passion for making good tasty fresh food.
