me and my friend ordered curry chips and found a larger hair in it disgusting went back in and they refused that it was their hair when it was a nice lady was trying to solve the issue whilst a man was shouting at us and pulled out a knife at three 14 year old kids and a old lady shouting at us aswel telling us it’s not there hair . We were asking for more chips we were still very mad and they are still shouting at us and being very un reasonable 0 starts if I could worse Chinese restaurant in leamington and they don’t even give us curry chips just plain absolutely fuming

No flavour to the curry at all chicken balls too doughy

Ordered sweet and sour chicken balls only got 9 only ate 2 they were disgusting one tiny bit of chicken battered and cooked over and over untill it looked big

Never trust a meal that arrives 30 minutes before stated. And especially don’t trust one that arrives. 13 minutes after ordering. Prawn crackers are stale .. chips in curry sauce congealed. Chow mein was nice. Last time I order from here

First time trying New Kitchen and I have to say that I am very impressed. Excellent food. Great delivery service. Would definitely recommend.

We used to order our usual takeaway from another place but since it’s closed on Mondays, I decided to order from New Kitchen and I think we’ll be switching to this place now! Lovely food, prawn dishes actually contained prawns (some places can be very stingy on them for some reason) 🤷‍♀️ good number of items on the menu (plenty to choose from but not so much that you get put off by too much choice) I highly recommend this place!

The food quality has seriously changed, my sweet and sour chicken balls were mostly batter (soggy). My prawn toast was soggy, my Singapore rice and Singapore noodles were both tasteless, I don’t know what’s happened, but the quality has definitely gone, no more for me thank you.

So disappointed tonight! Ordered via Uber eats at 7.05 order value £56. Time for delivery changed once order was received and 45 minutes was added! At 8.05 we are receiving calls to say it’s going to be another hour taking us to 9.15! We were given the option to cancel however I asked if I could collect instead and was told it would still be a further 30 minutes. When I went to collect our order was bagged up on the floor ready. I expressed my disappointment at the poor service tonight and they said it was about drivers but they have the option to not receive orders or put them on hold if they are overwhelmed and there was another gentleman who walked in and tried to order and he was told he would need to wait for rice to be cooked! I was offered a free bottle of Diet Coke but you are always given this anyway, or I have previously so as I pointed out that was extremely poor and to be honest the customer service was incredibly poor as they really didn’t care even though they recognised me from previous visits. When the food was dished up at home the pancake rolls were soggy and the curries were gloppy and solid in their container! In short no apology, food was not up to previous quality and standard and obviously taking more orders than they have staff to cover so sadly we will be looking elsewhere

Luke warm food bland chicken chow main with mainly noodles and hardly any sign off chicken ....bbq ribs no meat just bone in a sauce that's awful will not be ordering from here again

This Restaurant Takeaway within Leamington Spa is one of my favourite places to get Chinese food. The Portions are always nice and hot and each portion is a very generous serving. The staff are always very friendly and happy to assist with any questions that you have. The egg fried rice is always perfectly cooked and seasoned. The menu itself is well priced and they have the options of meal deal packages for single persons upto families. The food was delivered by the Restaurant and came nice and quickly and handover was very pleasant and prompt. I would always highly recommend this place all round for Customer service, well priced and nice food.

First time ordering from here and it was absolutely awful. Food took over a hour to come then it was absolutely disgusting. Tasted greasy and dirty.

I was a regular customer for around 2 years at this take away , been there 30 times or more . There food portion and quality are consistently great and I mean every single times. Never disappointed me once . Definetly one of the best Chinese take away food in Leamington spa. The quality never drops and price is alright too .

Went to open the satay sauce, it actually exploded. Splashes all over my fingers on my left hand. Spent the night with my fingers in a bag full of ice, decided not to go to the hospital as I didn’t want to over extend the resources we currently have in the nhs .. fingers are still stinging, skin is very tight . Will be speaking to my dr tomorrow

First time we used this Chinese takeaway. Delivery was quick and the food looked good served up. Sadly the food was incredibly bland and tasteless, to the point that we couldn’t eat it. What a waste of £22

missing a few bits, genuine mistake but so worth everything. All the food was incredible thank you can't wait for our next one.

Good Chinese food and friendly staff

The food was very bland and disappointing. We’d ordered the salt and chilli chicken and chips but there was no spice to them plus they were very soggy. I love a Chinese and I normally eat far too much but this wasn’t tasty and I only ordered here because there was a 5* rating. I will not be ordering from here again. Plus they don’t even give you free prawn crackers!!

DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU ARE VEGGIE/VEGAN/ANY DIETARY REQUIREMENTS I ordered sweetcorn soup (specifically not the chicken version) and veggie rice, both of which turned up with chicken in them. I phoned the restaurant immediately, and they hung up the phone on me after I told them what had happened. Please please please don’t eat here if you have any sort of dietary requirements whatsoever.

I can't give you a review of the meal from New Kitchen as it wasn't delivered, where it went to i don't know, but it wasn't delivered to my address, so i shan't be ordering from them again, and you're going to have to give me a good reason to use your services again. M.T.Pritchard

Called at 21.15 because app said food had been delivered and it had not, it didn’t turn up until 21:40 and it was not hot.

Very average, all food taste the same🤦 spicy soup wasn't spicy at all.

Since being taken over. We have had amazing food. We always use New Kitchen only as have tried several Chinese an this tops them.

Used to be brilliant with the old owners, I think it's under new management and it's poor customer service.

Unfortunately, the fried rice was missing from the order, very disappointed after waiting over an hour to have missing items.

The Singapore vermicelli was disappointing- lacked flavour and the prawns tasted funny. The beef curry was lovely though. Honestly mistook this for happy kitchen which is lovely but noticed when the food didn’t taste as good! But the beef in the curry was nicer than happy kitchen!

Food arrived and there was a lot of it. The food was bland, not a lot of flavour. The chips didn’t have any salt on them at all and the sweet and sour sauce was the consistency of half melted jelly with little to no flavour :(

I think this is the first time we have ordered from here. It was ok, but nothing special. The vegetable spring rolls were delicious. We both said that, if the mains were as good, we were in for a treat. As a main I went for one of my regular favourites, crispy shredded beef. The dish can be a bit of a lottery because it's usually described as being "spicy". This can translate as anything from mildly tongue tingly to hot enough to melt your tongue. Sadly, this one was almost tasteless. It was so disappointing. My partners main was prawn chow main and she enjoyed it. We will give them a second chance and order again. Hopefully it will be second time lucky

BEST CHINESE IN LEAMINGTON! Amazing value for money. The second time we had this take out and extremely impressed both times. I am now a Chow Mein convert thanks to their Singapore Chow Mein!

Deliver driver very friendly. Food, fried rice tasted reheated, beef chow Mein the beef was just fat couldn’t eat any of it.

BEST VALUE CHINESE IN LEAMINGTON AREA!!! Our first time ordering from here and the food was all really good. We had Singapore Chow Mein (Hot), Large Pancake Rolls, Spare Ribs in Barbecued Sauce, Chicken & Sweet Corn Soup and Salt & Chilli Chips (Hot). The Chow Mein was our favourite and had the perfect level of spice. The large pancake rolls were like thick spring rolls and the ribs were very meaty. The chips were not soggy at all which we were really impressed with as we can't remember the last time we had salt and pepper chips that weren't! Moreover, the food actually came early so was piping hot! We will definitely be ordering from here again :)

They sent me the wrong food. Singapore fried rice supposed to be spicy, this was plain rice.

Chicken and sweetcorn soup was nice but the Beef chow mein was pretty poor. Noodles were dry and beef was over cooked.

30 minutes late I live 5 mins away from restaurant but food had been out with delivery driver for 30 mins so the restaurant told me. The food was so cold I had re microwave which meant dry noodles and horrible chicken! Never ordering again from here

I order from this restaurant every week and love it normally, however this week I ordered vegetable sung and as I began to eat it realised that it was meat. I am really disappointed by this.

Very tasty food...what I would change is to cutt a bit smaller the pieces of onion but per total I enjoyed!

Everything was delicious with the exception of the prawn crackers. I find this to be the most exciting part of getting a Chinese as I dip them into satay sauce, but I was severely disappointed as they were stale and chewy! However the rest of the food was moist and full of flavour.

One of the worst Chinese takeaways I’ve ever had . Spring rolls tasted like sweaty feet , beef fatty and had to get a carving knife out to cut the chicken balls they were so hard . Wouldn’t feed this to a pig .

Food was dry and cold tasted old and chicken balls were not fresh. Chicken skewers were tough and rubbery sausa was slimy . Yuk sun had no flavour and our ribs were missing from the order . Driver dropped the box and ran off without taking payment when he came back we gave him the money and told him there were items missing he said he would let the takeaway know. But didnt offer to call them to tell them so some discount could be applied for the missing item. The order was £66.20 and sadly the quality of food didnt reflect the price we paid

Delivery was quick but the food was awful, was cold and chewy. Left an awful after taste in my mouth. I've order from here a few times and never had a problem before. After today's meal I won't be rushing back

Really friendly and apologetic but unsure how or why it was late also a little cold which was disappointing after waiting so long. However up note my husband is vegetarian and he said it was one of the nice curry’s he had therefore willing to give another chance.

My duck order was made up of one third roast duck, one third shredded crispy duck, and one third beansprouts so clearly they ran out and filled up the tub with whatever they could find. No plain noodles/chow mein to order. Barely any sauce with the meat so the food was very dry. Dry rice isn't the nicest. Rice was also very salty. Arrived late. Very poor experience, won't be returning.
