Great but really busy! Will be visiting again though.

I applied for a waitressing job before, the owner said yes to a trial period. But found out I was lied to and ended up in the kitchen. I then left an honest review and She had the cheek saying it wasn't a nice thing to do. Well guess what you miserable old bat, it's not exactly nice to lie and say one thing and go the other! The owner's a nasty old person.

Staff are brilliant. Food is always amazing. Big bowls of love are great, especially the sweet chilli chicken one.

Ill start by saying my partner really enjoyed his food. Although he did, my steak san was disappointing. It only tasted like the bottom of an unwashed wok. Same for the onions with it. No other taste to it than that. The glasses brought with our drinks had already melted ice in them rather than fresh ice? Not so sure what happened there.The staff were not rude as such but most certainly need to smile ALOT more and work harder at making you feel welcome. Answered questions when asked and did their job but as i said, no smiles whatsoever between all of them and quite blunt- except for the one person that i did know personally. Quite an uncomfortable environment personally and would need to work on focusing on customers and keeping them comfortable and happy. Alot more work from the chefs toward the cooking of the steak and onions is advised aswell. I didnt hate it i just think it could be alot better than the level its all at atm. Staff mainly need trained more on customer service. Prices are fair! Just needs a tiny bit of work is all :)!

Second time eating here. Lovely food and setting is quirky

No salad garnish with chicken goujons is ‘miserable’. Charging £1 extra for ‘hand cut’ chips is just simply rude. My meal cost £17.50 including salad and tea. The same meal in Moy Larder costs £9.30, their salad with homemade coleslaw is really good and the staff are extremely welcoming. Enjoy your extra £1 for the chips, I won’t be repeating that experience.

Very nice Christmas Dinner and burger very busy was worth waiting for.food was very hot and fresh.

Absolutely top class, an elegant well appointed restaurant near the top of Lurgan's Windsor Avenue. Delicious food to suit most palates from a healthy varied menu. Ice cream parlour and small gift section also available. Street parking outside but spaces near the premises are usually snapped up quickly.

An excellent find today. Very clean, stylishly decorated, pleasant staff. The prices were very reasonable. We will be back to try more substantial food.

Highly recommend food is great . Service from staff brilliant 🤩. They very supportive me and my service dog Skye . We tend go before walk lurgan park it’s close by . I go breakfast and lunch . Do really nice milkshakes and have ice cream and sweets 🍭 great kids

Perfect for breakfast and lunch 😋 Everything I've ordered so far was delicious. Best iced coffee in town. New Heaven also has a lovely wee gift shop and outside sitting area ideal on sunny days 🙂

Would have been 5 stars but for the fact that when you're standing at the door waiting for someone to show you to seat a member of staff walks right past ignoring you. Only when asked did she stop and show us to the many empty seats obviously because lunch time was over.

My wife and I have been coming here for years. Staff are always friendly and the food is always delicious - especially breakfasts!

V disappointed...in here a fry is 1 sausage 1 strip of bacon an egg a quarter of a soda and half a slice of potato bread.. get this a large fry is the exact same with beans mushrooms and a hash brown which was absolutely disgusting for £9🤮🤮 a fry isn't what ingredients u decide in a cafe a fry is a fry and a large fry is more of the same I was expecting 2 sausages 2 bacon a half of a soda bread and a whole slice of potato bread! No black pudding or white, the beans tasted v cheap didn't eat them and they ruined the mushrooms putting beans all over them.. not worth half of the price ! I WILL NOT BE BACK NEAR IT

Busy cafe with plenty of seating in a lovely setting however was not greeted upon arrival with a few waitresses walking past me. The lady that took my order and another lady from the kitchen was pleasant. The food was nice but found my dish a bit on the small size. Coffee was yum. Lots of traybakes and scones to choose from, the temptation is there!!

Beautiful building fabulous food buzzing atmosphere only problem is I need one closer to home.

Popped in for a cup of tea with a friend. Service was great and the atmosphere was lovely. It's very clean and spacious and relaxing environment. They also sell second hand books so I managed to get a few bargins as well

Very poor, regular fry and Americano came to £8.60 ish. Egg was so hard the yolk actually crumbled, and the sausage ( I'm being kind here describing it as a sausage), was only matched by the forlorn piece of bacon. Better places about imho, and its not even table ordering

If you're thinking of going to this place for breakfast, think twice. Queued for 16 minutes eventually getting in and was ordering on the stroke of 12 only to be told that WE are no longer catering for breakfast. Customers are always right; not here!! If a place doesn't treat you right somewhere else will. Off to Vibe then!!

The chilli chicken big bowl of love is unbeatable. Comes with thin air fried type potatoes and , sweet chilli sauce and cheese. Just what you need on a cold day

We ordered the beefburger (£10) which came in a Brioche bun with 2 onion rings, a pot of salsa and we ordered sweet potato fries instead of potato fries which was £1 extra. To order the fries or sweet potato fries as a side it was £4 a portion on the menu so I couldn't really understand why there was a charge of £1 extra. Having said that, the meal was very nice. The burger was moist, seasoned nicely and all lean meat. Apparently a local butcher supplies all the meat. We had to wait to be seated. If you have any room after your main course, they have a good selection of deserts, cakes and scones. I had a pot of tea for £2 and had 2 cups out of it, there was still some left in the pot. The O/H had a latte. Really worth a visit.

Ordered a warm cesur salad, terrible. Sour taste from it and no parmesan cheese in it,dried tomatoes were bitter, chicken looked pink. Definitely not worth £10

Great place for coffee, scones or more! The homemade scones simply can't be beaten on their amazing recipe and flavours. Lovely surroundings with soft chairs, nooks with bookshelves and very stylish decor. The staff are helpful and attentive. I'd give it 10/10.🌟

It one thing to get lovely coffee and traybakes but to be surrounded by artwork as well. Well that's just brilliant.

Nice place to go to. I think a bit expensive for what you get but food was nice. Something that struck me and I'm not making a big issue of it is that NO ONE asked us if our meal was good/bad or interacted with us at all. There doesn't seem to be any customer contact other than serving food and taking money. 🙄

Cosy little spot with lots of character which is perfect after a walk around Lurgan Park. A good menu with lots of variety for brunch. I will definitely be back again.

Lovely building, first time visit on recommendation from a local shoe shop. Great staff, varied menu of fresh food. Great portion sizes and tasty coffees. Was in for lunch and menu bag a range of lighter bites, tapas plus then the usual expected items like burgers etc. Gift area too. Will be back next time in Lurgan

Lovely cafe with a wide selection of food to suit all tastes. Meals, soups, desserts, sandwiches, scones and tray bakes. Atmosphere is busy but relaxing at the same time and the setting is varied with nooks and crannies. Suitable for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a coffee. The staff are friendly and helpful.

This restaurant gives out good food, good service and priced moderately. I suppose the downside is parking....that's what most people I've met say when they're deciding where to go for something to eat. Another wee point is that the owner should smile more for the customers....

Lovely, homely restaurant. Staff were really nice and good at wearing masks. You place an order up at the till which is then brought down to you. The food came really quickly and was delicious! Hot chocolate was really good also. Highly recommend.

I'd never been here before, it's tucked away near the park, and it's great. Fantastic breakfast menu with so many options, good coffee and milkshakes, comfy seats, no pressure to move, and pleasant wait staff. It was busy but the staff were lovely, I will be back.

I visited NH late pm yesterday & even though it was officially closed my order was fulfilled & as I was making my way to my car the manager (I .assume) gave me free scones. The service was obviously excellent & the staff very friendly Would definitely recommend

They have the best sweet chilli chicken ive ever tasted! They r also amazing at mentaining covid rules, at each table there is a bottle of hand sanitizer and they always take down ur details for tracking

Had the breakfast and I was not disappointed

This is a fantastic restaurant. We have been there on two occasions, one for breakfast and one for lunch. The food was amazing, well priced and served by very pleasant and attentive staff... Service with a smile!! Really looking forward to going back.
