Ordered via Deliveroo, and received a call from Deliveroo advising me that the restaurant had no drivers. The restaurant themselves provide the drivers, so this was on them, and they waited 45 mins to inform me, by which point it was going to be too late to order anything else. From the other reviews, it looks as though I may have dodged a bullet…

Absolutely disgusting should be taken off Uber eats picture is of a crispy pancake roll .. what May look like sauce is actually the fat dripping off and found a hair in my chop suey

My go to any time i fancy Chinese takeaway. Delivered hot and tasty. Never disappointed and now never order from anywhere else after trying quite a few different takeaways. Would 100% recommend.

i ordered a Special chow mein tasted like washing up liquid called the shop to tell them for a refund or an exchange but didnt offere no suggestion bad service

Not as tasty as it usually is. The dumplings were still as delicious as ever but the chicken in my black bean sauce had that strange slippery texture that you sometimes get from Chinese takeaway food.

Delivery was very late and food was cold upon arrival. Such a shame as the food and service is usually very good!

Food came on time, was also hot , sweet and sour sauce smelt strange though, also they forgot my 3 drinks , 3 of them although he gave me the money back was disappointed , won't order here again.

Hate to leave this review as most orders here have been excellent. Original order time was extended by 15 mins and then was 45 mins late after that. Food arrived luke warm and disappointing. Yes it's a Friday night so expect a small delay, but can't order from them again!

Not impressed with the service. After adding 15 minutes to my original delivery time the food did not arrive until half and hour after that which meant that some people had passed hungry while others sourced food from elsewhere. Due to the late delivery time this meant that some of the food was cold. We have ordered from here before and had a similar experience but thought we would try again, unfortunately this was a mistake.

Not our usual takeaway place but so glad the usual was closed early.. thanku so much everything was delicious.. will def recommend and order from you again soon

Food was meant to be delivered at 19.25. It turned up just before 20.00. The order was placed at 18.12 - so the food turned up nearly 2 hours later. The starters were cold. Not great.

We did not use the restaurant. The portions are always generous but unfortunately the order took a long time to be delivered and the food was not very hot.

Marked down due to being later than estimated time, was only by 5 minutes but considering they added 10 minutes already to estimated time when ordering. When arrived food was warm so had to reheat. Food was nice tho, only complaint was prawn crackers tasted plain & really greasy

Asked for delivery at 6pm... came at 5.10.... not ok.

After 2 hours cancelled order. Disgrace. Never again

45 mins late- the delivery man didn't believe me when I said I was allowed a discount and started arguing. So I had to make him call the restaurant. Eventually did get discount and food was good

as usual the food was amazing but this time the delivery time was poor, we waited for over 1 hour 15 mnutes and when we called the restaurant they didn't seem to know where our order was. still great food made up for it.

Usually have really good food and delivery but on this occasion Food was ok and delivery was 30 minutes late.

Fast delivery, fresh, hot and delicious food! My favourite takeaway. The only thing I didn't really like was the free can of fizzy drink, I don't drink soda, a free bottle of mineral water would have made the meal perfect.

I did not like the King prawn chow mein as it had a few prawns and not worth the money

Food was really nice good quality and cooked well enjoyed every dish ! my only fault on food was the dumplings were abit soggy and had gristle in. portions are brilliant. Also the bill was £24.50 on just eat but driver asked me for £25.50 and sent me a txt saying " you paid £1 less" . I'm only subject to pay what the bill states please don't ask for tips and claim delivery charge .

Food was horrible . Food was bland. Ordered chicken chow mein with black bean sauce and it was so bland and actually was disgusting.it went all in the bin.the salt and pepper chicken was horrible to . No flavour and chicken was hard . Straight to the bin again. Won't be using again and I don't advice anyone else to .

Took over two hours to arrive, no phone call or apology from the restaurant, When we called t 8.30 to ask where the food was they said it would be half an hour, arrived at half past 9. Terrible customer service.

Ordered my Chinese at 7pm and it finally arrived just before 9pm. It is a Saturday night in fairness, but two hours waiting for a take away is unacceptable. The food was tasty, but perhaps because we had worked up an appetite!

App says my order has been delivered (45mins late) but it hasnt arrived. Call restaurant who said it would be another 20 mins and hadnt actually left the shop yet. Very disappointing.

The chop suey was so sweet, it basically tasted of sugar and no other flavours. The chow mein was totally bland with no flavour at all (the only redeeming factor was that it wasn't greasy). The spare ribs with chilli and salt had no chilli in them and were also very sweet - although the meat quality was good. I won't be ordering from this place again.
