We came from Barcelona, ​​a good place to eat while passing through, Rocky who served us was very friendly and attentive, very rich and delicious food, if we come to London again we will return!!!

Rocky made us a very nice take away. Afforable noodles, nice flavours and broad choice of fillings. Very handy to take with as a take away when you do the Christmas lights tour naar Big Ben. Also vegetarian friendly!

Rocky was amazing! We just got back from a trip and were looking for a cheap food in good quantity. I ordered the egg noodle with Thai spicy hot sauce and I loved it. Excellent value for money. You can go without fear!

I visited Neds noodle bar today on the southbank 14/12/24 with two of my daughters ( both Adults ) & 14 month old grandson. I asked if there was a toilet i could use and was directed to a pub up the road ( which i declined). we ordered our food and whilst waiting my grandson was laughing and babbling when a member of staff came over and told him to be quiet because they had other customers ! no one was bothered by him at all except this member of staff . there was hardly anyone in the shop at the time and i wouldn’t say he was excessively noisy at all. And i would just like to point out , as you sell alcohol and seat more than 10 people and are open till 11.30pm, by law you are required to have a toilet for customers use..

The noodles here is amazing as always. I have to come back again and again. The staff, Rocky is super helpful with food suggestions.

We visited in Aug 2024 but I haven't had chance to put a review up until now. The woman behind the counter had ZERO customer service skills. She was abrupt and absolutely unwilling to help with our questions. I am a vegetarian so I was exploring my options and also ensuring I did not pick the wrong items. The kids boxes only has a choice of 2 sauces which is a bit odd, because they have so many more flavours available for their other noodles. We were told to hurry up by another worker because he needed to mop the inside, and had to sit outside. That's despicable service too, being told to hurry so the mopping can be done. The food did not taste how you would expect in a place which boasts numerous food awards. I expect the owner to reply in a sarcastic and negative way, but they need to acknowledge ALL feedback, ESPECIALLY THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK SO YOU CAN LEARN AND RECTIFY THE FLAWS IN YOUR BUSINESS. It's a shame as we had eaten at Ned's ( I think they were in a different shop but still in the same area, just around corner possibly). It was amazing back then hence we returned again during this trip. We won't be back, and they need to read how many others are saying the same.

We happened upon Ned's walking around near our hotel. The aroma drew us in and were pleasantly pleased with the menu and our food was absolutely delicious....so much so the 3 of us a craving for it w days later!! The staff is VERY friendly and accompanying, due to a glitch in the credit card reader I was charged twice....no problem since we were there to satisfy our craving for a 2nd night I wasn't charge for my meal and they added a soda for the inconvenience. Great place!!

Hi’ Got to Neds today someone brought me to attention during the service. I soon as I walked in Mr Rocky’s welcomed and he engaged with me through the whole service with his great smile. Proper customer service 👍…thank you Rocky for the service.

Got the Singaporean sauce with rice noodles and veg+tofu. Wish I got another box of it!! Glad I stopped by at the end of the night. Made my day. Wished I got more. Came back the next morning and got 2 more boxes of noodles for my train trip to Edinburgh!

The ordering machine broke (?) but staff did not attempt to find anyone who's order was not documented on the ticketing service. We waited around 45 mins before I queried where our food was and they unapologetically just took my order again. There was also a mix up with the size of one dish so unsure if my boyfriend got the actual portion size he paid for. The food was not nice. Even without wait times and ordering issues, would not recommend. ETA in reply to Neds comment: not sure why you're replying so passively when you control the customer experience, which on the day we dined was a miserable and unapologetic experience. Would not recommend and would not return.

We were on our way to another place and saw this one, we ordered 2 boxes and 2 sodas but at the very last minute I decided to change one of my sodas for hot tea since it was a very cold, rainy and windy day. They charged me the same for the tea as the price of the soda. £1.85 was the tea and the soda was £1.95, it’s only 0.10 p so no worries, but dishonest on their end. The food was meh, I had better noddles at China Town, way more flavorful. The gyozas were good actually! I requested the toilettes at the end of my visit because you have to use the toilettes every time you possible can when you’re walking through London as a tourist, they said they didn’t have toilettes. You’re charging more than £10 for every item on your menu and you don’t even let your paying customers use your toilettes?

For the price it is 5 stars. Food is good enough

After trying many fancy restaurants, I can say their service and also chef Rocky is just as good. It's quick, and the prices are fair for what you get.

After a looong day in hospital with some difficult tests and meetings, it was a relief to get to Neds and have my usual duck in oyster sauce with udon noodles. Never fails to lift my spirits, and my chaperone's taste buds were delighted to be introduced to Neds for the first time too. Thanks Maria, Aru and Mr Chef, noodleicious!

It's truly astonishing how they managed to make noodles taste so bad. The prawns were downright awful, and the vegetables were just watery mush. But the noodles? I didn’t even know it was possible to make noodles taste that terrible!

Tuesday I came over to Ned’s noodle a Khareem made me the best noodles and the best service will definitely be coming back.

There are no bathrooms for clients.... You ask them and they act stupid like I don't understand you. You have to drink the drink from the bottle and when they bring you the food it is already hot. The food was good, a box full of pasta with meat... I would remove the ginger....
