The whole team are fantastic...led by a passionate and friendly manager along with Dipak the assistant manager. The food and drinks are well made. Great atmosphere and always a pleasure to visit. Highly recommend. It's a shame I now work in London Bridge as I won't have the daily pleasure of chatting with the team.

My first visit to the Salt Bar restaurant was a delightful experience! We ordered the small mixed grill for £12, which was a generous portion containing two succulent kebabs, two perfectly cooked chicken wings, two tender lamb pieces, two flaky fish pieces, and a large, flavourful lamb chop. It was cooked just right with a warm and aromatic blend of spices – truly delicious! We enjoyed it so much we decided to order an extra portion. For our main meal, we shared a fragrant Lamb biryani, flavourful bindi (okra), rich Keema, plump king prawns, and a wonderfully garlicky chilli naan. Everything was exceptionally well prepared and utterly delicious. The staff were also polite and attentive, adding to the positive experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the welcoming atmosphere at the Salt Bar pub!

It needs a cadre of female workers with morals, good behavior, and good service. Those in the hall do not have these morals. Treat them in their annoyance. You ask for the simplest things and they do not provide them. I am very upset with their behavior

This one is a hidden gem for chai lovers and street food fans! Their masala tea is spot on—fragrant, strong, and comforting, just like you'd get back home. And the vada pav? Crispy, spicy, and served with that perfect chutney kick. It took me straight back to Mumbai streets. The vibe is chill and welcoming, and everything feels fresh and made with care. Whether you're popping in for a quick chai break or craving a proper desi snack, this place delivers every time. A must-visit if you're in the area!
