Received a leaflet drop through the door recently so decided to try as our usual Chinese takeaway does not open on a Sunday. Big mistake. I ordered a special fried rice at £6.50. Listed as King prawns, beef, roast pork and chicken. This was the worst special fried rice I have ever tasted. All the meat was very chewy and I could not dicepher which meat I was eating as it was all so bland. The rice was over cooked and the chips that I also ordered were cold and had to be re heated when home. This is certainly one Chinese takeaway that I will not be returning to and I strongly recommend others to follow suit but reading other reviews, it seems like I am not alone.

Used for the first time..DO NOT ORDER absolutely terrible food.. Beef in the special curry inedible, very chewy.. chips overcooked.. food soggy on arrival, took over an hour. Rang to raise complaint and told beef is supposed to be chewy and if i dont like it try chicken.. customer service non existant.. no refund offered for any item.. abysmal.. this place should be shut down

Means arrive soggy, like they have been sitting in the cartons for ages. Used to be a great takeaway but been extremely disappointed the last 3 times we’ve visited. We won’t use again, try Hindle Street in Darwen instead, much better.

Extremely disappointed, the last few times we have ordered the food has arrived cold, soggy and like it has been sat in the packaging for too long. Decided to try again tonight and even added a polite note to ask as we have spent quite a lot of money over time please could they ensure that the order was fresh - order came and it is was cold, soggy and chicken was like chewing an old boot. Given them enough chances now will not be ordering from them again - would rather spend £20 elsewhere and get a decent meal.

I can't thank you enough. I had my meal delivered it was fresh nice & hot food taste wonderful I would differnatly recommend this food plenty of it, The ribs were big and meaty. And they even pop in free chicken pieces. Thank you so much for the lovely meal. X

Food was OK very hard to understand what they say..... They got our order wrong, so called them and told me nothing they can do.... Although food was OK customer service leaves a lot to be desired.........

This place is soooo annoying, prices just keep on going up and up now delivery as, the food is getting smaller, it takes over an hour on delivery everytime, stay away spend somewhere else.

Wow what a meal I had today.Really was tasty and good definitely good food . If you are visiting this restaurant I would recommend it

Ordered special fried rice and chicken skewers in satay sauce. The rice was average but the skewers were inedible and went in the bin. Massively over cooked dry and hard. Wasn’t worth the hour wait. Won’t go back

Hard to give a food review when it never turns up! Been waiting nearly 2 hours and habe already made myself dinner.

Dirty takeaway needs a good clean Rude and vile staff Avoid and spend your money somewhere else You will be disappointed

Great takeaway foods good and delivery is quick . Good still hot when arrives so bonus . New menu so give it a try .

Visited this Chinese as it my local and what a shocker, the waiting area was a disgrace with how dirty it was, with a big plant stuff in the corner gathering loads of dust and growing mould on the soil, chicken was disgusting and to be honest looked nothing like it in the salt and pepper chicken it was just batter with dried brown strings; after looking into the kitchen I think environmental health might need to look into this place

I had a takeaway meal delivered which included a sealed bag of prawn crackers. After eating some of them, I found one that had 2 flies stuck to it - absolutely sickening. I rang the takeaway to give them chance to try to make amends but they wouldn't even accept what I said, despite me still having the food and also offering to send them a photo of it. All they said was "they shouldn't have been there" - well, I know that! I have now reported them to the local environmental health department and am waiting for them to respond to me. So - if you don't like dead flies, I wouldn't order from here!

The chicken chow mein is the best I've had & my husband likes the singapore vermicelli & the beef in black bean sauce, the crispy chilli chicken wings are delicious,we've also tried the curry and crispy duck & all have been lovely, we can't fault this traditional Chinese takeaway it's not a lot to look at but the food is very good

I can remember this place used to be pretty good a couple of years ago (so thought I'd head back as my usual was closed). Wasted £20 in the process and I thought I'd share my experience to hopefully save you the same fate! I think they must have new owners as I didn't recognise them... I gave my order and whilst waiting I was aware of a lot of complaining between the staff in the back of the shop and the guy at the front taking the orders. The woman who I presume was the owner was also quite vocal, complaining about the uncertainty regarding what telephone orders were going out and the financial upkeep of her sons over the summer period. I heard the guy who'd taken my order joking about the food being 'edible' and making reference to 'microwave power' with someone else in the back (presumably thinking they were out of earshot - or just not caring if they weren't). On reflection, the place didn't look as clean as it used to and there were some boxes piled up in the waiting area. Upon arriving home with the food I'll admit it was edible (so the guy was right) but it wasn't good. It wasn't even alright, it was very disappointing. The chicken in pineapple I'd ordered was definitely the worst I've had. Barely cooked chicken in some kind of watery sugar solution with some vegetables swimming around in it would be about right. Didn't eat that so ended up with just the fried rice. As our order was over £15(?) we got a free portion of salt and pepper chicken wings. The top two were okay (not great) the rest however were buried in grease and got left. Hopefully you've got the message by now and will take my advice to spend your money elsewhere!

good chinese chippy just across from ewood park a much better option than the awful burger vans around the ground havent tried the chinese food yet.

The food in this place is shocking, customer service is even worse. Every otder was wrong and when you call them about this they just laugh at you down the phone. Order from some other place to avoid poor quality food and service.

Pensamos que habíamos pedido una China, como un día de boxeo. . Que mala decisión. Nos enviaron el orden equivocado y cuando llamamos a ellos, antes incluso tuvimos oportunidad de hablar con la mujer, aparentemente estaba en su camino de regreso a nosotros. Después de más de media hora, 3 llamadas de vuelta a ellos y, finalmente, habla con alguien que entendía inglés mejor, resulta que ni siquiera sabía que tenía el orden equivocado! Servicio de atención al cliente absolutamente horrible y la comida era incluso peor. Definitivamente no sería el fin de ellos y definitivamente no lo recomendaría a cualquiera.

Empezó a pedir y nos dijeron que el menú ha cambiado, no hay problema me pareció que voy a leer, ¿eh?. . La comida tenía también blimmin cambiado! La mitad de lo que queríamos no existe, entonces me dijeron que había cambiado de manos? ! ? ! Sinceramente, con lo que conseguimos que se suponía debía ser de platos similares, deseo de modificar su número diría que también porque no es la misma, y no es muy agradable. De hecho, iría tan lejos para decir que era terrible! ! Si este era su habitual alternativa? Luego encontrar una alternativa. . . Permanentemente. 0 / 10

Vienen aquí para peces n chips antes de cada partido de la noche la noche en cerca de Ewood Park. Por una nueva familia y ahora es horrible! Los precios han subido considerablemente y que ya no uso patatas frescas peladas, utilizan chips congelados. No se viene aquí ya!!!

Vine aquí esta noche para una China con pollo al curry y huevo frito arroz chino como mi habitual estaba cerrada y es seguro decir que volveré! Amaaaaazing caliente, comida deliciosa a un precio estupendo! Precioso

Solía ser una gran comida para llevar. Esta noche me tenía la peor comida para llevar que he tenido. Los aperitivos estaban tan salada estaban incomible y mi plato consistía en los productos transformados viscoso pollo en salsa gloopy. Para no repetir.

El Solía ser muy bueno pero pocas últimas veces que pedimos calidad de la comida parece que han bajado. No creo que como usted pidiendo demasiado cerca de cierre. Pedimos una comida 20 minutos antes de la hora de cierre, y estaba literalmente a 10 minutos a mi puerta. Sin duda creo que calentamiento de microondas

I get takeaways from here at least once a week and I always find the service to be excellent! The food is always fresh and hot and tastes fantastic! They have plenty to choose from on the menu. The only downside for me that they aren't on just eat or hungry house, but it hasn't stopped me from using them again and again! I highly recommend a try!
