Just had battered sausage just found a bit of plastic in there. I bought 2 now I have to chuck them out not risking any more plastic in there.

I ordered from here a few weeks back and I remember it well. I went to pick up my order and everything was correct, however I noticed that they use the same deep fat fryer for Chinese food items as they do for fish from their fish and chips offerings. I'm absolutely not a fan of that! Everything we ordered, because it was all deep fat fried in some capacity, tasted faintly of fish. If it wasn't for this, it would have been much better. Service was good and quick, and the food that we ordered that didn't come out of that fryer was good.

Ordered food tonight and was told it would take half hour to arrive. Hour goes by... I ring them to ask where our food was. Lady on the phone told me it was currently being wrapped and would be with us in 5 minutes. Half hour after that .....still waiting. Ended up ringing to cancel and asked for a refund which was given but no apology or explanation. Not reliable unfortanally.

The fish and batter are excellent as is the carton of curry sauce. The chips are ok but go hard as they cool down. Otherwise all good.

Not very happy when ordering Chinese from new city as was told it would take 45 minutes to deliver to my address yet was waiting near enough an hour not very professional on the phone to find out where the delivery is and then when about to eat it it was cold

Despite being super busy at lunch time, the staff were calm, efficient and organised. They never appeared harassed or rushed and they had very good staffing levels so that no customer waited beyond 3 minutes whether it was for their sandwich to be heated up or for their coffee. They had clear signage reporting that cold drinks were not available because of a faulty freezer so that no one wasted their time queuing only to be told that something was not available.. I was well impressed by the management of the store who understood thier customer base and peak times and matched staffing levels accordingly.
