Cheeky Chillies in Bridgend

We love the food in cheeky chillies, never had a bad meal from here. We have known Bruce for years, he's so lovely and all of his staff, including his son are very friendly. Nothing is to much for them

Only fault was the kebab meat wasnt well done like asked for when phoned to requested all meat well done.

The pizza was stuck to the lid of the box, there was very little cheese on the cheesy chips and was quite cold when it arrived

Food was delivered with missing chips. Was told chips were on their way. Over half an hour later still no chips. Called the shop, staff were extremely rude! Raising his voice and put the phone down on me. I will never use this takeaway again. Rest of the food was freezing waiting the chips to arrive. Not edible! Terrible service.

Avoid!!!! Ordered through just eat 1 hour 25 later after a couple of phone calls chasing the food that both said it was 3 minutes away it clearly wasn’t. 2 lovely drivers turned up and tried to give me a pizza and chips out of the bag that was labelled for us. Turned out that didn’t even have our food. Another 40 minutes later and after calling the shop just to be repeatedly hung up on the food arrived. The delivery drivers were really nice and apologetic.

Phone to ask where my food was as I’d not received it. The man on the phone said it was delivered half an hour ago, I said I’d not had it. He spoke with the driver who said he’d left it on my doorstep. He didn’t knock my door or phone me. My food was stone cold. Very disappointed as I’ve ordered from there for many years, but I won’t have food from there again!

Cheeky Chillies Porthcawl delivers a tasty punch! The large mixed kebab was loaded with perfectly cooked meats. The kebab wrap meal was equally delicious and the onion rings crispy. The chilli sauce adds a flavorful kick! The food is top-notch and the shop is spotless. Friendly staff makes it a great experience. Highly recommended!

Never received my food no contact information about my food, so I've paid for something I haven't received

If there was a 0 I'd give it for the delivery service waited an hour for food then half my order came... we wanted to eat as a family but then had to wait 35 mins for other half to come ... the food wasn't great either tbh !! And small potions !

The caspians box wasnt worth the money u pay i got a couple pieces of donner meat loads chips and cheese so really paid for a big box of chips there was more meat in the wrap than in the box

Well I ordered a kebab with salad and sauce and they didn’t even put the effort to put it on they gave it to me in separate boxes also the delivery driver was a very fat ignorant man

They were mentioned to me by a local retailer as 'a bit of an inconsistent, hit or miss, kebab shop'. Regardless we gave them a go.. A mixed kebab 4 nights ago was absolutely lovely... Been back tonight for the same mixed kebab.. doner meat under cooked and stone cold.. Chicken meat was also cut stone cold, warmed on the griddle and placed on top of the stone cold doner meat. The both Chicken and doner grills were not even alight when they 'cooked & cut' my mixed kebab meat! I will definitely not use again or recommend to any of our caravan/ campervan & camping groups. This post is aimed at providing customer feedback which, in turn, may help promote a more consistent customer dining experience, and not just a complaint.

brilliant food, brilliant delivery, felt so bad as delivery guy was trying to ring me for directions, but I have no phone signal, maybe WhatsApp would be a good idea. not the delivery guys fault at all, it's a thought that's all.

Ordered a bbq texas pizza, now i got the same as i have last time, extra cheese, bacon, chicken and onions, tell me why the hell it looked completely different to last time, the bacon was quite literally terrible, and why the hell was there bell peppers on my pizza when i didnt order bell peppers, do better

food was delivered within the time scale, unfortunately there was an item missing from my order so had to ring and get it sorted

We phoned up the restaurant and we ordered food on just eat, and were given a 40 minute (maximum) delivery time, as they were only 7 minutes away. 40 minutes passed, so we phoned them. they explained how they were just packing our order and would be on their way. another 40 minutes passed, and within this time we had tried to phone the restaurant multiple times but was unable to contact them. after waiting for 1hr 30mins, the delivery man turns up, rude and unapologetic! food was disgusting!!!!!

It was an easy process, ordered online & delivered to our door all within 30 minutes. The food was hot & tasty. We had a pizza & a kebab. We used the 20% Tuesday discount code.

Delivery did seem to take a while, maybe Saturday is very busy as this is my first time ordering, so I know to order before we are starving next time. Got our pizza and it was the best pizza I've had in a long time, cooked to perfection and enjoyed by all.

Wouldn’t of even given a start if it was possible Ordered food over 3 hours ago,no answer from the shop finally get an updated to say it’s going to be delivered to watch the men in the car outside drive off and claim they tried to deliver the food whilst watched in the window mind, to them then being so rude over the phone saying “well we’ve left your street now” will not be ordering from here again, absolutely disgraceful how they can call themselves a fast food place, no idea how they still in business either by the amount of bad reviews they got. They just like to take your money and never deliver the food

Waited over an hour for my food for the driver to not even bring it to my place of stay and made me walk to the car park at half past 12 at night. The is an absolutely appalling and I’m pretty sure the chips aren’t even cooked properly, the chicken tastes of nothing.
