food was cold I refuse to take and ask for the one I ordered, driver delivered 3 customers before me at this temperature you can guess how the food turns, ask for refund or new order

The food tasted great. Delivery driver couldn’t find the address. Had to call the restaurant. No cutlery came with the food. How should we eat when we are not at home? Please put spoons or forks with the food and also paper napkins.

The only thing I appreciated here was the support from the lady at the restaurant. The driver was rude sat in his car and never cared to ring the doorbell when I literally tested it right in front of him. He made no contact or anything simply if I hadn’t checked my app for my food, the driver would have never delivered my food now I’m left with cold food that I have been waiting for 40 minutes when the restaurant 5 minutes away. Also since when is just eat allowing ppl to deliver with cars???

Fast delivery tasty flavoured food perfectly cooked

Very disappointed as a Chinese delivery that is less than 10mins away took over 1.5hrs to be delivered even after calling the place to find out how long it took an hour from that call as well as expressing this order was for young children. When it came the salt n chilli wings were tough day old and hard to chew had to throw those away. The noodles, rice and chicken balls were dripping with grease. It was devastating waiting so long to then have to throw majority of the food.

Best as always! Also they have the best chicken chow Mein, and I have tried few places on just eat but here, sooo good! My new favourite takeaway!

Great food. Nice balance of meat to veg to noodles. Dim sum lovely and juicy and flavoursome. Only thing that let them down is, that the dim sum took longer to prepare than the rest and the collection time was about 10 minutes later than listed.

Food smells like it had gone off

Instead of giving free prawn crackers...trying giving people edible chips that they paid for. Had to throw the chips in the bin, as they tasted old and disgusting.

Singapore rice was not spicy and quite bland

I got the House Special Ho Fun noodles with gravy. The noodles were quite bland but the sauce and meat and veg were nicely seasoned. There was a disproportion of meat and veg to noodles so that’s the only thing i would improve. okay experience overall

The chicken balls were dry over cooked and tasted old so put them in bin, the sweet sour chicken Hong Kong style, again chicken was dry over cooked etc it was a disappointment and massive waste of money, I have eaten there many times and never been bad like this but unfortunately as it cost £26 I won't risk wasting my money again

Don't expect any vegetables in your fried rice or fried noodles as it just plain rice with meat on top and a weird sauce on top... Or plain noodles with meat on top with a weird sauce.... Not impressed at all. I also ordered chicken wings and the quality of chicken was poor, purple bruised wings.... I will not order again...

Exactly on time hot large portions and free prawn crackers. I think a lot of people are expecting gourmet food from a local takeaway. I never do but it was fine.

Chicken Satay on skewers & Singapore rice. I've ordered different meals from here but wouldn't recommend the Satay. First it was dry (the sauce is separate), second it was tough and stringy (almost rope like). Third the Satay sauce turned to liquid after stirring. Singapore rice didn't have a lot of meat (chicken, pork or prawns) and wasn't particularly spicy. Sorry John

We Normally order from a different shop but this time we thought to try a different shop and we made a mistake the noodles were burnt and didn’t have the usual vegetable mixed with it and they didn’t sent us any sauce as the other shop dose so no way I order from them again

Ordered the seafood house special fried rice. I've had these from various places, but the fish flavour from this one is way too strong and overpowering. Also had multiple bones the size of tiny pebbles in the food, one of which I accidentally bit into and it made my gums bleed. Terrible food quality, couldn't even finish half the meal.

Everything I ordered had the wrong flavour or texture. The pork balls are made with donut batter and sweet, the satay was sweet and oily. The salt and pepper chips were dry without seasoning. The broccoli and ginger uses uncooked ginger so that it is a sharp and inedible flavour. Wouldn’t recommend or order again.

My order took an hour and a half to arrive. When it finally did it was cold because it had clearly been sitting out for ages. Aside from that, the beef in black bean sauce was really bland. Overall a rubbish experience :(

Was lucky enough to get an order for quite late but unfortunately the food was not the best. The duck and pork noodles were nice but we're not advertised as having BBQ sauce which they were drenched in. The chicken roll was soooo greasy it was quite inedible. The mix starter was not terrible but if the prawn toast and ribs were any smaller they wouldn't have fed a baby. The sweet n sour sauce was quite odd it was very dark and didn't really taste of much.

I haven't ordered from Just Eat in years because honestly I'm never really satisfied with the service but I thought let me give it another go. I have never been so disappointed in the quality of food before. The prawn crackers from New China house were stale (soft and non crunchy) and the sweet and sour sauce wasn't sweet and sour sauce at all. It was almost brownish in colour had a funny smell and didn't taste like S&S sauce- it tasted tangy like something had been added to preserve it. I'm truly dissatisfied with the quality of the food and will not be using just eat in the future- I'd therefore like to request for a refund to be credited back to my card.

What a absolutely disgusting takeaway! Ribs were tasteless and dry as a bone (literally), the special fried rice turned into mushy noodles mixed with large bits of chicken! Taste, bland unappealing and the chicken roll must have been sitting in a bowl of oil all day, was saturated! Worst Chinese food ever, pure disgust and waste of money

When I order it the website said 35-50min wait however as soon as I paid for it the estimated time was 60-90mins from when I ordered. I wouldn’t have done it if it was that long. The egg fried rice was a little undercooked and the sweet and sour sauce was an interesting flavour and extremely dark in colour. The starters were very expensive for what came. I won’t be ordering from here again. Never mind.

Writing a good comment would not do justice to the delicious experience that is this restaurant's dishes. Have visited this place for almost 20 years. I stopped for a few years as they have changed maybe the chef, but gave them one more try because of something else and am glad they are back to their usual high quality. I will definetly order again and advice others to try it.

Great food every time I've visited, the portions are big and a great value for money for solo eaters and for the family. Wait times are a bit long but that is to be expected with Chinese food

Normally order from chinese nearby they are closed on tuesday. Can easily say nastiest chinese i had. Special chow mein had 1 piece of meat each and curry prawns was watery like a microwave meal. Dnt recommend never ordering again.

A pot of soy sauce was old and had skin on it. Rang to complain and was offered a half refund. Not full as you would expect As it put us off the food we didn’t eat it. Have used a lot in the past and have always enjoyed but will not use again. Disappointed at their response

Crispy Chicken Wings with Salt & Chilli was over cooked, dry, almost incinerated, Deep Fried Spare Ribs with Salt & Chilli was incinerated, inedible. You feel comfortable serving food like this? I payed £30 for this meal and had to throw the main meet for this meal away. Sweet & Sour Chicken Balls was oilily and the plain chowmain was definitely plain. Will not be returning.

Absolutely horrendous. After realising immediately the wrong postcode was entered, called to adjust /cancel, was told it was to late(day before had ordered food for a friend) . OK fair.. But my friends (at the post code entered) never received the food either. So, was charged for something no one received. The ladies response was along lines of "tough sh#t", you need to speak to "just eat" to get refund... Once again... Neither me OR the actual postcode recieved any order

Food was late. Ordered salt and pepper prawns, had from other places but would not order from here again. Very little onion, diced so small they disappeared, chilli again little and not even hot. Very disappointed with the food and speed.

Worst take away ever. Asked for prawn rice which looked burned and had absolute no taste at all, not a pinch of salt, pepper or greens, nothing at all, just plain brown looking rice. The prawns had been boiled by the looks of it and were sitting on top of the rice, really? Not even pan fried together? Anyway, it all went to the bin. What waste of food, my time and money.

The food wasn’t worth £17 the starter for 2 person was small and overcooked there was barely any meat or flavours, you’d think they bought frozen food from Poundland and deep fried it, the rice was small for a large no flavours just lots of oil. Will not recommend and I will never order here again. If you can’t make food with love do something else, this ruined my mood.

Amazing service! They called me to inform me that the spring rolls I ordered contained meat, just because they noticed I had ordered veg food. And they were right- I actually wanted the veg rolls and I had chosen the wrong option! So considerate! Also, food came with free prawn crackers which I loved. Tasty and clean too. Thank you!

One of our dishes was incorrect and the other dish was full of chicken bones! The chicken was rock hard and inedible. I have photos of the bones

Food over an hour late. They didn’t have items we ordered. Food tasteless, watery or bone dry. Restaurant were no help and stopped answering calls. I would never order from here again.
