just very ordinary and more expensive than similar outlets nearby will not return. Prices on wall did not reflect what I was charged

Tasty food. Excellent service from friendly staff. The best chips I have ever tasted in a take away/sit in cafe. Very good value for money

Ordered through website which I knew I would regret, due to previous experiences with incomplete and wrong orders, but had no choice this evening. Waited almost an hour even though app said it would arrive in 30 min. The chicken gougon supper would in no way fill an adult. There were 4 gougons in the box and two of them were the size of a finger. Rang shop as I was horrified that I had paid nearly £9 with almost another £3 delivery and process charge on top.

Absolutely fabulous chippie! Food delicious, staff so friendly, spotlessly clean snd excellent value for money.

I wouldn't bother. Ordered, waited 90 min, driver went to wrong address despite my instructions to find my house, cheeky staff when i wanted a refund. Wouldn't recommend at all

Called in at lunchtime, the cafe was not busy. Ordered food at the counter and sat around the corner. Took a long time to arrive (more than 15 mins) whilst cook seemed to be busy assembling food boxes. When it arrive food wasnt hot, it had clearly been sitting for a while before it was delivered to our table. But the worst thing was that the plates were totally freezing cold. Absolutely stone cold and obviously the food quickly became just as cold. How hard is it to heat two plates. Anyway the food wasn't too bad but definitely needed a heating up before serving. Attention to detail makes all the difference. Will we go back? Probably not.

seven of us called in for a late night bite to eat. Really welcoming and our fish and chips, tea, bread and butter were perfect. Everything was so fresh and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Huge menu if you fancy something different. Give this place a try. We will be back.

I ordered from here last night for the first and last time hands down one of the worst takeaway experiences I’ve had. Firstly the card machine was broke we had to leave to get cash, this wouldn’t be a big deal if it was the only issue but it was just the start of the shambles. We ordered a veggie burger, a kids fish bites meal, x2 battered sausage hot dogs and chips, cheese and taco. We ordered in person and it took almost an hour, I sat there for at least 45 minutes and not a single member of staff apologised even when I got the order there was no apology for the wait. I over heard the conversations between the staff and it was clear the hold up was because someone forgot to tell someone to put the sausages on, the man cooking was clearly annoyed about this as he was swearing about it, this felt very awkward. I heard the woman at the till remind him they were battered, when we got home, they were in fact not battered. Veggie burger was cold, fish bites were over cooked. I also had to remind staff that the child’s meal came with a drink and no one gave me one or asked what I wanted. £32 odd for that experience honestly feels like a scam. To top it off I messaged them on fb messenger to complain about the experience, this was read 15 hours ago and I have been ignored, clearly customers experience is irrelevant to them as long as they profit.

We are usually fans of Nemos but the last couple of orders we've had have been really disappointing. We got battered fish meals and the batter was too thick and doughy and undercooked eventhough we asked for 'well done' We normally love Nemos its always the first chippy of choice but this has put us off.

Waited 2 hours 20 minutes for delivery. The machines went down so they couldn’t process the order is what I was told when I phoned 1 hour and 20 minutes later. The woman apologised but when I phoned 50 minutes later to ask where the food was, I was told it should be just around the corner, no apology and couldn’t get off the phone quickly enough. The driver left the gate open too. Terrible service!

A straightforward order for a double cheeseburger became an ordeal in unimaginable poor customer service. After 5 customers had been served before me, I cancelled the order and took a refund. I have had much better service from this restaurant before and I hope this is a rare bad experience for them.

We had a fantastic cod supper takeaway from Nemos Finaghy yesterday evening, there was enough for three!

Discovered this chip shop last week and I have been twice already! Their curry sauce is something special, I would highly recommend it. I had a beef burger which was also delicious (lovely burger bun used!) :-) And I have heard that their chicken burgers are amazing too! Staff are very friendly and I would genuinely rate this place higher if I could.

Fast and friendly service and the food is always delicious. You can't beat a fish supper from Nemo's.

Card machine has been out of order for the past year now, order on the app and you will wait longer than people walking in and ordering over the counter - happened to me on two occasions now... On my most recent and last visit I had to wait 32 mins from time food was ordered on the app, staff were so rude, swearing and not one wearing mask whilst handling food

Have always been a fan of nemos until recently. Waiting time for delivery is shocking and staff on the phone (one that I am nearly sure is the boss) so rude!!! Decided to do collection the following week only to get home and find not all of my order was there. Rang to explain again rude staff member on the phone! Won't be back!

Ordered fried chicken family meal for collection and went to collect it at tbe given time with my 5yr old daughter but was not ready. It was a busy sat night so i reckoned fair enough dont mind waiting for a bit. However i was getting annoyed when people came in to shop ordered and left with their food before me who had ordered online for a collection. They explained that they were cooking off fresh chicken and it would take a while and it did. However fair play they realised i was getting annoyed and gave my daughter a milkshake for "waiting so well" which made my daughters night and threw in a free large coke and garlic bread. I work in retail and know sometimes these things happen so just wanted to say well done on turning what could have been a disgruntled customer into a happier one with a happy kid oh and the chicken was lovely.
