Far too heavy and greasy. Normally I can eat fish and chips easily and still want more. From here I struggle to finish them and feel a bit queasy. Not sure if they don’t drain them properly?

Calverley Bridge
We called in as part of a sponsored charity walk on a busy Friday lunchtime. We were welcomed like old friends, staff worked really hard to serve 80 of us with quick and friendly service. Lovely pub and great owners, many thanks from everyone on “Johnny’s Walk”

Victoria Quarter Harvey Nichols, Leeds LS1 6BG EnglandMrs Bore and I had a salmon and ham sandwich respectively. Both really well prepared on fresh bread though just short of £10 each. The one thing preventing 5 stars is they had outside heaters that nearly singed my hair.
