Ordered food, being stingy on chips, they were soggy !!! The burger looked like it needed help! Lettuce was black!!! Never will I be ordering from here again.

80 minutes for delivery. Food arrived, soggy boxes, cold reheated chips, doner meat thicker than a steak. Massive disappointment, won't be going back!!!

Ordered a plain garlic bread, got home, about a 20 minute walk and it was cheesy. Allergic to cheese and couldn't walk back to sort it due to childcare!

My food did not get delivered but I was charged and now just eat will not refund me

I always order Asian style pizza from Nefertiti. It was amazing and very tasty. I have not ordered any other food from here. Because I am addicted to Asian style pizza. Now Nefertiti is my favorite pizza spot🫶🩷. I don't know about other food but I promise you guyzzz....you can order Asian style pizza from Nefertiti....you will never regret it...😁❤️

Food dodnt turn up, they said on the phone they would refund me and then never did and now won't pick up the phone

Normally the food is amazing from here but tonight we ordered a zinger burger and a normal chicken burger with chips. Not what we got at all we got the zinger burger and another spicy chicken burger of some description. It was so spicy it burnt my mouth. Awful burger that I will not be eating. What a waste of money! Couldn’t really do anything about a replacement either because we paid in cash.

Its been a while since I am addicted to Nefertiti Pizza# Asian style #. To be honest I don't eat takeaway most of the time but I can't say no to this. Great hospitality and service. Thank you!

What a guy the owner is. Not only is the food lovely compared to most places at the same price, the owner is a kind, funny guy who always make me laugh while me and my partner wait. Could not recommend more, I have and will continue to direct people to this place. :)

This review is from the girl with the “nice necklace” What nice staff that work here, my friend was desperate for the toilet and they let her go in the back, they also gave me a bottle of water cheaper because I had a headache and wasn’t going to pay £1.50. If this is on the corner near smokers choice it’s the worst place I’ve ever got take away from, delivery took well over a hour and food was cold and hard, order at your own risk, not sure how they get sure high rating because the food was shocking, also deny every bad review, I have screen shots of you begging for custom every other day you send messages I just can’t work out how to post them, if your not based on the corner of smokers choice I apologise for this review

A wonderful hint from old Egypt 🇪🇬 Perfectly prepared and cooked foods, great menu and food variety, wonderful staff they’re always happy and smiling with great chat all the time, absolutely recommend this place for dine in, takeaway and delivery.

The food is amazing love it from them also the drivers get on time to me nice and friendly 🙂💯👌

Not sure where the other reviews came from either people are on drugs or they paid their employees. The drinks and the salad was the freshest thing out the whole order. Had a chicken burger meal that looked like it had been stood on how flat the bread was with no butter nor toastes. And a doner kebab that had more oil than my kitchen frying pan, and dont get me start with the naan bread pretty sure i lost a tooth eating it. Better for playing fisbee with. Certainly wont be ordering from here again.

One of the best take out in Hanley.Just wonderful.The food is amazing.My partner and I are regular customers over other after a long day of work we occasionally go in there for a zinger burger meal it's absolutely wonderful.The spicy zinger patty is just heavenly.The owner is so amazing he is one of the most friendliest guy I have ever met.I would recommend everyone checking it out.

This is a easily one of the best and most friendly takeaways I've been to, one of my favorite things to eat here is the chicken Calzon. If you drop by definitely try it you love it. I will for sure be dropping by again.

Really delicious kebabs, any my son said the chicken burger was the best he'd ever had (and he's had a few!). Nice friendly staff too. Shame we don't live nearer.
