Neat Burger in City of London, Westminster

We went here to grab a quick lunch after checking the allergen menu. Almost everything is marked as having gluten in but several are marked to say that the gluten can be "removed", meaning swapping out the bun for a gluten free bun. When we went to order and filtered by gluten free, no options came up. When I queried this I was told that they weren't actually gf because some of the ingredients still had gluten in. I queried this because I assumed those are ones without a note they can be removed. He then proceeded to say that they could do a gf bun but you can't order it and they don't recommend that you do. He then proceeded to mansplain cross contamination - pretty sure the people with the intolerance are going to know what that is... In the end we left without ordering. He told me he was trying to help me, he wasn't. I did tell him that. Anyway don't go, the staff are rude and the allergy menu is just a con 🙄

My 13yr old son spent £31 on an online order. The branch then called to say we don't deliver and refused to give a refund. They said go online. Guess what? No online customer service, no one to speak to, no contact number, no refund. Had to raise a chargeback with Revolut. Will never pay for a neatburger again. Abysmal experience.

My son and I both had the cheeseburger. The buns were served cold, I think they were supposed to be but overall they were very nice. We had chips which was a very large portion and a watermelon lemonade which was very sweet and flat. The restaurant was very nice and the food was very good. Overall this was very good value for money and i would definitely return.

Lovely plant-based restaurant visited on 9th July 2023 it was well decorated with lots of colour and different designs and a quiet visit. The food was also very nice. However most of the tables needed a bit of a clean and there was no healthy options just junk food

If you have a dairy allergy this is a must do!! Completely dairy free menu with all of the things I don’t normally get to eat. I enjoyed a cheeseburger, Oreo shake and churros! The mini churros were by far my favorite. If you don’t like artificial meat look at the menu ahead of time. Lots of their items include fake meats but there are plant items too. A great place for a dairy free treat!

I usually come to Neat Burger when in LDN. The food is still generally great with some decent meal deals which makes it still a decent option in LDN when in a pinch. They offer two meal deals, one for £12 with a burger, side and a drink. The other is £17 for a burger, 2 sides and a drink. They have stopped their free fries Friday offer (which was sad to see). It’s also a shame that you can’t get the smokestack burger as part of the non-premium deal. I don’t want another side - but would pay a little extra to get the burger I prefer. Additionally, I will say I did have the new loaded fries on one of the days I was there and was not the biggest fan - the amount of mustard was overpowering and the flavours didn’t quite marry up well. I think you can still get a good meal at Neat Burger, but it’s not as competitive as it was before. Staff were friendly as usual.
