Ordered garlic naan. I received plain. Asked for my curry to he abit spicer than average. There was no spice in it at all,Plus was not very warm. Starters were nice. Best part of our meal

The takeaway arrived over 2hrs after the order was placed. I was assured the food was 10mins away when I first enquired and had to make a further two calls, eventually 45mins after the latest expected delivery time, our food arrived. However when the delivery driver arrived, he was on the wrong street and I had to open up Google maps to work out where he was and then direct him to find me. The food was hot and tastnice but the order was incorrect, by this point, I was just glad to eat anything.

Really nice food, plenty of flavour. Chicken Karahi is the best for me.

VERY rude staff. I ordered and got a call from a man saying they wont deliver my food as I left a bad review saying my food was late- which i absolutely DID NOT. Ive never had this experience before and it completely took me by surprise. I was hung up on multiple times when trying to explain my side. pretty sure he got me mixed up with someone else. nevertheless, should not be talking to customers like that. will never order from here again. absolutely disgusting.

I just think the place is quite addictful in regards to this particular type of cuisine so to speak thanks 🙏

Just great. Great service. They missed a can of coke on delivery, i just was going to leave it until 30 minutes later, the driver came back and provided it and apologised. He didn't need to do that, but that's great service.

Ordered mixed biryani, no prawns or king prawn, 2 undercooked pieces of lamb but was plenty of chicken. Waste of money won’t be ordering again…. Poppadoms not fresh was soft, was looking forward to this n went in the bin!

Only ordered two naans and a mixed starter, over two hours after placing the order we’re still waiting Driver just called saying he’s outside, no he isn’t, he’s at the wrong address, hire drivers that can read a sat nav Restaurants aren’t willing to admit “we’re really busy, your tiny order will take 2 hours to reach you” Because had we been given that information, we wouldn’t have bothered with nazma tandoori cuisine The food itself was fine, but there’s a complete lack of regard for us as the diner, it’s a takeaway, there doesn’t need to be a red carpet, but if it’s two hours then tell us that before we order, decline the order if you’re busy, I’ve had takeaways do that before and although inconvenient, it’s less of a waste of time than tonight has been JUSTEAT needs to hire better drivers, I didn’t realise delivery meant “I’m sat in my car two streets over and can’t be bothered to deliver the rest of the way”

Lovey food. Buhna prawn on a puri is my new favourite food. I was a bit unsure about the raita which was just plain yogurt on top of cucumber onion & tomato. I thought it would be mixed up & have mint sauce in. Otherwise though would defo order again

Fab food, our first choice every time

We were first time orderers and received it on time but unfortunately were given someone elses order (these things happen). After phoning up, we were told our order would be made again. 50 mins later we received our correct order and it was delicious. We will be ordering again, as the food was very good.

Nearly £40 on food and it was beyond disgusting the lamb you couldn't even get with a fork never mind trying to chew it,it was all chunks of fat ,way too much coconut in the curry no flavour it was just a red sauce with 5 chunks of lamb fat in it definitely wouldn't be ordering from here again

Best takeaway curry we’ve had in a long time! Chef special chicken achari and mushroom pilau rice is amazing! Highly recommend!

Fist time in years ordering from here.never again.the lamb tasted like beef and was tuff and chewy I ended up throwing it away.the chapati tasted not cooked enough. and the curry sauce was watery and bland

Been ordering from here for a while and the food is great. Yesterday I stuffed up timings when I ordered and ordered it for an hour later than I needed. When I realised I rang them up and they were incredibly helpful and brought my delivery as far forward as they could. Fantastic service

Lovely food and fast delivery but my order was missing my chips, I called the restaurant to let them know expecting to have them dropped off but no chips ever arrived.

I don't like to leave a poor review on restaurants has I know how busy it can get, but this was actually quite a joke, I ordered at 6PM , at 6.55pm said driver on his way, at 7.35 my husband rang the restaurant as it said on the app rate food like it has been delivered, they did apologise and said we make it fresh now, which yes the food was hot and nice when it has arrived I do admit, but got delivered around 8ish ,which by this time of a 2hr wait we was pretty much past it and my son ended up having to grab something else! , on the plus the food was nice but you need to work on your delivery times has I see quite a few have said the same!

Excellent food and service. Onion Bhajis were beautiful. Loved that they were soft and had lots of flavour. Curry was lovely too. Special thank you to the delivery driver for letting me know about my keys. Highly recommended. Will definitely be purchasing from you again.

Wow food was amazing really good and still hot when it arrived Best Indian food.

The food was okay but it was really bland for an indian. No spice or zest or ‘kick’ in any of the curries or bhajis. The food was super oily and it spilt all over the bags in the delivery so it was very messy to dish up.

We had visited the restaurant a couple of times before and it was fine, however, having picked up a takeaway today we were so disappointed. The curries were completely bland and tasteless. How can a restaurant with all those spices at hand make such a tasteless curry?! The naan however was the nicest I've ever had. Don't think I'll go again though.

Consistently reliable high quality food. This is our go-to Indian take-away. We would like now to come back & be able to dine in, but apparently that is no longer an offering which is disappointing.

Really nice food just not enough meat for me

When I got the meal it was really cold!!! I’ve ordered from here many, many times before and sometimes it has also been cold. So this time I thought I’d let you guys know! Don’t like to be pessimistic but I didn’t enjoy my meal at all this time!!!

Delivered bang on time, and piping hot - great stuff! Chicken Dansak was 100% perfect! Probably the best curry I've ever had - yes really! Juicy, and not too thick with lentils, a little spicy, and plenty of pineapple. Chicken cooked great too. Just couldn't fault it at all! Brilliant. Wife loved her Lamb Kurma too. I've had good food from Nazma (and some poor efforts too) in the past, but this was the best ever!!! Thank you.

Lovely curry! Plenty of chunks of onion and pepper (as it should have) and a brilliant Peshwari Naan. Bang on lads! Ontime, and nice and hot.

Erm food was erm sort of okay! Nowhere near enough peppers or onions in Jal Faraizi this time - and was all a dark coloured stodge. The poppadom was folded into ¼'s!!! It was a stodgy lump. Couldn't eat it. Chips were reasonable - wow!

Found something in it not sure sure what. Think it's packaging of some sort Food did taste good mind but had put me off eating out for a while Didn't fancy the butter chicken Tin Foil

Was missing item/items on my order called them and I had to call again 45 mins later as still no missing items delivered. They put the phone down so I called back again and they requested we send the food back before they will send out more. As u could imagine the food was cold going back so 1 can only assume what happened with the curry’s at that point… feel sorry for the next person ordering a curry warmed up either in a microwave or mixed back with the curry in the pan…

Normally good curries but last night very dissapoineted curries had a weird taste to them and wasn't to normal standard.

Driver struggled to find my house and ended up going back to the restaurant

Driver got "lost" I gave him clear instructions which he told me he was going by the sat nav. I again gave clear instructions, as he seemed to want to give up altogether trying to find my property. Eventually he arrived. He was apologetic but that didn't help my food which had gone cold. The drive from the restaurant is 7 minutes. (10 Max) I had a notification at 18:48 advising my food was with the driver, he rang me advising he was outside, which I could see he wasn't, I gave him directions & then he hung up. I called him back as still no sign of him around 5 minutes later, he said he was still looking & ended the call again. He was sat in his car for over 15 minutes "looking" for my property which is crazy as the area is signed & I gave clear instructions to direct him several times. The food was tasty but would have been more enjoyable had it of been hot. Based on delivery I don't think I'll be ordering again which is a disappointment.

Nearly 2hr waiting for our food

My order was missing items and when I called the restaurant several times. I finally got through explained the situation of my missing items and I had the phone put down on me. I could not then get back through.

Also I ordered and paid for 2 garlic naans and only rec'd 1

Don’t know what’s happened to this place, used to be lovely! But not been the same since lockdown. Wrong order was delivered, driver arrived on time and I was paying cash, he was stood there trying to sort change out for almost 10 mins. Think I just gave up in the end and he got an extra £4 out of me. Think I’ll leave this place for a while.

Fuming! First of all we got sent the wrong order then after phoning to the them they tell me driver is stook in traffic after just setting off! When phoned again he said going to re cook our order because ours would be cold! Then order come 5 mins after the call? So hasn't been recooked! Then forgot things off our order and tried saying we didn't order them? Won't be coming here again shambles man

Wow really upset to write this review, was the worst curry I have ever had from this restaurant it was bland and un appetising after nearly 4quid I didn't expect frozen samosas considering the onion bargi are spot on xx very disappointed hope my next order is better or like I normally get to be honest
