Nayabs Take Away Food Shops in Sheffield

Really disappointed with our meal. We got a menu through the post and thought we'd give this place a try. The prices looked pretty good and I'd had a look on here at some reviews. Some were good and some bad, we thought we'd see for ourselves. We ordered the Set Meal 3 (curry deal). The curries were very bland. All you could taste really was spice and nothing else. The rice and fries were ok. The nan bread was very doughy and didn't seem to be fully cooked. Everything just seemed to be very cheaply made. The poppadoms were also pretty bland. I don't think we'll be returning back here any time soon.

Order a curry meal and no rice turned up and when it finally arrived the shop was closed to ring back. Not impressed at all back to Millennium Spices from now on.

We have enjoyed nayabs takeaway for over 7 years now and its the best. The curries are spot on kebabs are really nice everything we have tried here has being really nice. Fast speedy delivery too.

I ordered prawn korma mushroomonion rice popadoms and they send me chicken I cant have chicken so it's all in the bin

I only give one start so I could write a review we always normally order from here and I always say there pizza bases taste old and horrible so I won't eat from here but my partner ans son order from here the other night he had fish and chips and with in two hours he was throwing up and had runs its disgusting never will we order from this place again never had that problem with popeyes at wolf road sort your hygiene out and your food because he got food poisoning from not stored properly fish

Normally the food is ok from here.but I swear the fish I had with the fish n chips was rank and may have been off as I've been throwing up and had the squits don't get the fish it was disgusting and has put me off ordering from here again.

Arrived in 15min food was piping hot kebab was nice wedges were nice il be ordering again

Ordered a tikka kebab not a salad kebab no sauce what was ordered not happy so ordered els where so disappointing as it's nice food but paying £18 for mostly salad not good enough

Tase is very average. We had ordered zinger burgers and we are very diappointed after receiving order

Food is nice. The staff need to improve on there customer service there quite rude now it's new owners. The new owners need to learn there staff customer service!

Just ordered a meal for 3 and was very good quality especially for the competitive price. Great job guys.

I asked for donner meat and chips with garlic mayo and a "tiny" bit of chilli sauce I got it drowned in chilli sauce and a smidge of mayo and it was un edable for my pallet really disappointed in the food the chips would of been nicer without being slightly cold and dowsed it chilli

Very nice staff everyday greet me and are nice also have got some new spicy chicken wings very nice would recommend

We placed an order on new years eve and waited until 3am our food didn't arrive. I have just phoned them to resend the order. I was told the food was left on my doorstep and there's nothing they can do about it. I would not recommend ordering from this place. I will not be ordering anything. The staff were rude and not helpful at all. Horrible people . Horrible service.

Just ordered an apna style pizza my partner is rather funny about ordering this as noone ever gets it to his expectations but this pizza was by fat the nicest thankyou so much recommend here 100%

Great food, been ordering on and off for many years ,when sab ran it, however curry’s are a bit too spicy for me now. I’ve been eating chicken tikka Masalla for 40 years and never had one as spicy as it is from Nayabs. It is supposed to be medium but this is hot! Make it a little less spicy guys then it will be perfect again!!!

Good curry don't like paying delivery fee when paying top price for food for that reason won't order again nothing said on phone about delivery fee

I used to really rate this takeaway, but not anymore, ordered a nan kebab with full salad, all I got on it was cabbage and onions, and the price they charge for deliver £2.50, I would have least expected it to be of a edible temperature but no it was luke warm at most.

Had our first takeaway from here tonight. Very quick and absolutely delicious.

I've just ordered from here, we've just had a very nice 10" pizza (sfc) and a meal box for one with salad and sauce and a curry, rice and starter all very nice. Quick delivery.

Waited 1 hour 15 mins for kebab and chips, paid £15 and whole order was stone cold, VERY POOR SERVICE

Always order from these. Brought wrong pizza and can't even bring me out another one (my mistake or not) shouldn't matter! Won't be ordering again! Could easily take this one back and bring another

I live in pontefract and we call every fortnight after seeing grandkids in sheffield chicken bhuna is absolutely lovely.

We don't normally order curry for here but thought we would give it a try... Best curry weve have had in along time!! for £17 we could have fed 4 people with the box meal 😍 everything was cooked nicely no Greece in curry which is a massive bonus 👏we ordered from jumaira a months ago hardly got anything was awful we ended up binning it and it cost me £35 pound 😒 this place is defo value for money and plenty of left over 👌 will be definitely ordering again

I travel all over the UK n av tried kebabs in lots of cities! Nayabs is hands down best kebab I've ever had! Garlic naan mega kebab is just amazing, n price is so low considering the size of it! Staff friendly, naan fresh made, salad fresh, kebab meat perfect!

Only had a chicken balti lately and even though it was a more spicier balti than from other places it was very good indeed. Large amount as well and plenty of chicken. I'm not keen on their naan bread seemed a bit elastic but as the curry goes it was spot on.

Mega donner nann is basically a kebab now not very big at all used to be value for money but now not so sure not even the length of my forearm and hand

Can't be arsed writing reviews good or bad usually but this place is worth shouting about! Been ordering curries from these guys a couple of years now and they're consistently superb, in fact wouldn't order a curry from anywhere else cos its always a let down after Nayabs!

I ordered 3 pizzas two were right and one was wrong, I ordered a chico pizza and received a margarita with jalapeños! How different can you get? Very disappointed with this as I have ordered before and been very pleased with my pizzas.what is going on?

Used this takeaway a few times. They are a friendly bunch of people. Food arrives hot, it is tasty & any problems they are quick to resolve. I can’t fault this takeaway,

Ordered a special burger along with some other items and gotta say the bun they use are a disgrace falls to pieces soon as you pick the burger up and then have to throw it away won't be having anything else from there again " Buying cheap tacky burger buns that crumble as soon as you pick them up ain't the sort of thing you wanna have" Any body else have same issue?

Ordered food through direct website. Charged. 80 minutes later checked where food was, was told closed. Now got to try and claim money back as well as order food from elsewhere.

I orderd my takeaway at 7.36pm it didnt turn up until 9.10pm and when I did come it was the world's two scabiest chicken drumsticks iv seen. None of the food was hot. Im very disappointed as I use nyabs all the time but after today I doubt I will be useing them again 🥲🥲🥲

Fantastic food and fantastic staff! I eat here fairly regularly and have only ever had an issue with my order once with it taking fairly longer than expected meaning the pizza wasn't as hot as usual. I explained this to the manager and he replaced my entire order and even personally brought it to the car for me, explaining that they were a driver short due to sickness, what more can you ask for! Again amazingly tasty food and great friendly and reliable staff! 😀

Even thou you have to wait for your food it is well worth the wait. Just had chefs special curry and king prawn masala 5☆

My only regret is not discovering these earlier. Their Chicken Balti Pizza is an absolute game changer, so tasty! Potato wedges are real wedges, not the half moon frozen ones. Staff friendly and delivery quick. Would recommend to anyone! All the best from your friends at number 2! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The staff in this shop are very friendly and as for the food I have never had a meal that could be faulted just had a chicken Madras and as always it was excellent I can thoroughly recommend this take away.

Called into Nayabs & the staff were friendly & helpful, we sat in car to wait & they offered to bring it out to us, The food was spot on. I had a meat masala & asked them to spice it up & it was lovely, nan was soft & tasty. Everything was great, so much so that we have been back a few times & had them deliver too 😀 5 stars for food & lovely staff Thank you xxxxx

Just realised why I stopped ordering from here. Soggy raw chips, kebab manages to be soggy and chewy at same time. Not good

Uncooked chips, soggy (literally dripping in fat) kebab with thick, doughy naan bread. The food was inedible leaving me feeling really unwell and my husband going out to get food elsewhere. Do not eat here.

The staff were friendly and helpful and didn't treat me as though I didn't exist whilst I waited for my food 🍲. They were certainly busy as just eat delivery drivers came in 7-8 times in 20mins. I wasn't waiting all that time I chose to eat there. I would certainly go again although it doesn't pass the Mum test. It's difficult to say how you pass my Mum test. If I find anywhere that does I will let you know ❤️

There has been beard hair in our food multiple times. The food is of OK quality but the service is not and a family friend once found a dead wasp in their burger!! Dont waste your money!

Absolutely fantastic food you can tell it's fresh ordered a set meal tonight I find some restaurants give you less for set meals. Nayabs wow jam packed with meat beautiful thick sauces. Ordered so many times from this takeaway for Indian food and would never use anybody else. Prices are fabulous too for the amount of food you get. Highly highly recommend please try you would not be disappointed.

Ordered a Pizza. Most likely the worst pizza I've ever tasted. The cheese on the pizza tasted off and quite frankly disgusting. Never again.

The most stupid people. i oredered a 3 piece boneless chicken and chips and they brought a normal chicken and chips. Okay when i rang up to ask them what was happening, i told them i understand, these things happen. But when they say we'll send you a 3 piece boneless chicken straight away, actually send me a boneless and not a normal one again!

Spot on. Food was hot and made to my liking.
