Franco Manca at the Trafford Centre truly delivers when it comes to amazing food and exceptional service. The pizza was absolutely delicious with that perfect sourdough base and fresh toppings that hit all the right notes. This was my second visit and once again I was blown away. The first time I came I received what I would call A ⭐️ service and this time it was even better — A star star service. What really made this visit special was our server Lily. She was the absolute star of the show. From the moment we arrived she greeted us with the warmest smile and her friendly welcoming demeanor instantly made us feel at home. She was attentive kind and genuinely hospitable. It felt like she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every part of our meal. She truly elevated the whole dining experience and made it memorable for both me and my sister. I would highly recommend this place if you love a good pizza and appreciate great service. Franco Manca Trafford Centre is not just about fantastic food but also about people like Lily who make you want to come back again and again. Loved it. Can’t wait for our next visit.

The food was excellent, the staff were attentive to the fact we needed gf food, with the allergy free food being served separately to the rest, avoiding cross contamination. The waiters, especially Frankie, were friendly and chatty throughout the evening. HOWEVER... There was a huge wait between ordering and the starters arriving and then between starters and main. We were told that they were a member of staff down in the kitchen but this didn't excuse us being given a different table's food. Luckily we didn't start eating before it was taken away again! There was a half hour wait between courses, meaning we were there for over 3 hours in total! The speed in the kitchen needs improvement if this restaurant is to meet the expected standards of service. However, the quality of the food and drink was excellent, which helps the overall rating of the restaurant. Definitely worth a visit if you have time on your hands!

Celebrated my dads 80th & husbands birthday on Wednesday 30th April..The staff were amazing and very helpful & accommodated our needs.Thank you to Grace & Cian as nothing was too much trouble.The food was excellent (my daughter said it was the best steak she had ever had)and the BYO is a bonus..I thoroughly recommend Chez nous
