It turned to being delivered at 7pm it did not turn up untill 7:31pm. 5mins before it arrived it said it had been delivered which we were still waiting. The food was nice but it wasnt very warm unfortunately probably due to the 30min delivery time.

ordered meat and chips. the chips looked and tasted like they where from yesterday and reheated the meat was cold the garlic mayo sauce was watery won't use them aging

Always our go to in driff. Tried every takeaway and the rest are just shocking. Friendly staff & drivers. Foods always hot & the taste is by far the best in the area

Best of the choice in Driffield. Always pretty consistent but I always have a plain burger and ask for an extra slice of cheese as I don’t have anything else on it but I never get it! If anywhere else opens up that’s good I’ll be there but up until then they’ll do. Good food is very thin on the ground here.

Burger was cold and garlic mayo was missing

arrived cold, chips all over the top of the pizza box & because they were cold ended up throwing half of them away as they had gone hard.

My boyfriend ordered food via just eat. Delivery driver arrived to his hotel 8 minutes from the take away, the driver tried to charge him and extra £4 as a delivery fee as it was over 4 miles away??? Drive argued with my boyfriend and called him rude for not paying the £4, even though delivery is included with the order on just eat. Obviously getting cash in hand to pocket and rip people off!!! Food ended up being collected by my partner and it was absolutely rotten, cold, pizza looked horrendous and inedible. Honestly don’t waste your time ordering from here. Take away server had absolutely nothing to say other than suffering and making up excuses for the driver. Says nothing in the terms and conditions on their own website about additional delivery fees! Horrible horrible little robbing *****

Pizzas absolutely delicious chips too, couldn’t fault it.

delivery driver attempted first delivery but did not ring the doorbell. I saw the driver leaving but was too late to call back. had to call restaurant to get driver back. delivery arrived another ten minutes later. The driver at no point rand the doorbell or knocked on the door. very poor service and to reliant on me to watch out for the delivery person walking up the drive. must do better in future.

We always have a good meal from Napoli, although they don’t deliver to my address, the food was still lovely and hot tonight by the time I had got back home with my collection!

Ordered omlette chips salad forgot the salad and had happened many time s asked for the salad from last week no still no salad. So will not be ordering from Napoli for a long time shame as good food just always miss food off the order

7pm ordered and was told it would take 40 minutes 8pm phoned up and was told that due to staffing issues they have just started to make it 8.30 it arrived. The drink order was wrong. The quoted price had changed / inflated and also I was short changed by 80p

Waited over 100 mins to be told I’ll do it if you want it. Won’t be using again. Rubbish service and loads of attitude from staff when chasing where are food is. DO NOT USE.

Not really a bbq pizza. Pizza with bbq sauce squirted on top. Was expecting better. Chips had chip spice on which wasn’t mentioned. Disappointing. Delivery bang on time however. Not to my taste.

So far ordered food regularly from Napoli, usual we got a free garlic bread and delivery spot on, but on last occasion, even ordered food worth £20, the delivery was late 30mins and no garlic bread, also no one updated me about delivery time until I asked, very disappointed. I will think twice to order again.
