Burger King in East Riding of Yorkshire

went to the drive thru on my lunch 2 cars in front of me and no idea how long they were waiting but was behind them for over 10 mins before the first one was asked to order painfully slow I wouldn't rush to go back unless you have 3 hours for lunch 😩

Painful service stud waiting to be served as I was paying with cash . Noticed I was getting no where . they seemed more interested in the drive throw orders . So I walk out jumped in the car and drove through the drive throw. Waited so long i turned the engine off . After 10mins I just backed up and went else where . There was only one car infront of me and no one at the service desk . Very poor

I have visited the restaurant a few times recently, I've always had great service. The staff are very friendly & the restaurant is very clean.

Food is what you would expect but when you ask for Fanta still and get fizzy it's disappointing. Not only that but paid extra for spicy mayo and asked for ketchup but then it's not in the bag! #not a happy customer

A clean, new location, Pocklington is quiet in the evening, but located next to the busy A1079 York Road. When I visited on a Saturday night after a late finish at work, I opted for a Royale Meal. The staff were efficient, friendly, and very cheery. I have previously used the store and had a similar experience.

Don't know if it's burger king or me every time I go it's always cold food chips probably the best thing about the place

There were special needs guys in eating with there young carers, The noise was so bad people just left ..disgusting behaviour. FOOD cold ,the bread was dry and crumbling. Never again .

The food is ok, but it's expensive for what it is. I had the crispy chicken steakhouse burger, which was tasty, but not much difference to other fast food places. My husband had the whopper, which he said tasted good, but the bread bun completely disintegrated, so it was very messy to eat.

Friendly fast service. The restaurant was clean and constantly had staff available if you needed anything. The food came out quickly and was really tasty and fresh. Once we finished and were about to leave, we had friendly staff thanking us for our custom. So much better than the one star KFC across the road.

BURGER KING UK - POOR!! Bought 2 large double whopper meals and loaded fries and unfortunately the food was poor, even though I did click and collect and had to wait on arrival for food, which was supposedly cooked fresh. Burger was at best luke warm and dry, lacking sauces and tasted like it had been in a warmer for hours. The loaded fries (whatever they was of them), as you can see by the pic the portion size is really small, and again hardly loaded with no very much topping!! Again the fries were luke warm even though they had supposedly just been cooked! - certainly not worth the extra £1.25. Total cost of meals £26.20, there is no way 26pound worth of food here, Total rip off!! Just come back from Spain and Burger King over there couldn't be more different!! Cheaper, bigger and more tasty burger, bigger fries and generally much more filling. Only wish I'd now taken a pic so could compare the two. Sorry to say I won't be going back to Burger King, not in the UK anyway. Burger King UK, you seriously need to up your game.

Burger King at pocklington, clean , and staff friendly, service was a bit slow but to be fair was at a time when everyone was finishing work and obviously calling in for tea time food.

awful , ended up in bin the patties had cleary been cooked a while ago and were dry and rock hard .

Drive through extremely slow and there were only 2 cars ahead of us! Took 30 minutes in the end Just been again no patty on chicken burger pathetic! 26 August 2023, went today again as my wife wanted burgers, rolls and chips were stale, not going back final straw! Last time I went food was stale thnk due to them not having enough customers due to bad service and incorrect orders

Went through the drive through and had to wait for the order a significant amount of time. Then, we had to wait and wait with others for the order. Looking on the receipt it was 20 minutes. I think this is unheard of in the 'fast food' business.

Burger king still the best in my book you get good standard of food and service at a reasonable price.

Dire service, waiting 25 minutes for food

Staff are frendily food is lovely and they have refillable drinks. Also, if you get the BK app, it can work out much cheaper. I fed myself and my two young children for under £15.

Worst burger King ever. Took ages to take my order then gave me a burnt burger with no cheese. It was nearly £9 I was to far to turn around when I found out.

All of the team was lovely, food was great, but one of the managers, Charlotte was completely horrid to the staff and made the experience quite uncomfortable.

Came through the drive through, speed of service was brilliant, was served by Carmilla she was really pleasant, made sure my order was perfect. Lovely place to get a bite to eat.

Order a royal cheese n bacon come home to find out there’s no cheese n bacon in the burger at all. They need to read orders carfully & add the labels to to right burgers because giving out the wrong food to wrong people is not good all waste of money l. Probably won’t ever come again. Most staff to busy on their phones and sat on the sides and can see them vapping as well seems like mangers can’t sort the staff out allowing them to that absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff

Fantastic place to grab a bite to eat whilst waiting for my car at a nearby garage, lovely and clean inside - probably the cleanest burger king I have ever been to, tables and customer toilets were spotless and staff were nice i will come back again

Went in today payed for large fires but they wasn’t even a large portion more like a small portion and order chicken fries but didn’t have cheesy bit on them no mayo on the bottom of the royal

I've visited a few times it's never been busy however always had to wait 10 plus mins for my 1 double whopper meal.

I went in for lunch today,The service and food was appalling,when asked a member of staff for ketchup they throw it across the counter, Then when I looked into kitchen some of the staff were sat on the work surfaces,Is that not a food hygiene problem,And hair net's should be worn at all times disgusting places

Absolutely fantastic location. The staff are always friendly, and the food is always great. Locale is big enough to bring the family out, and enjoy a meal. There is additional fenced off outside seating in the summer. Every visit this far not a single machines been down, it all runs smooth, very efficient. Personally my wife and I always order ahead in the App and collect in store to eat. All in all its a great location in most every regard.

First visit to Burger King in years and wow I can’t seem to understand why I have not been more. Food was exceptional. Much better than these other fast food places. Price is slightly higher but if you want the quality then it’s definitely worth paying it. Staff was very friendly and bent over backwards to help place my order. When I got my food after a few minutes wait it was so tasty and hot. I can’t wait to return. Thanks for such a pleasant experience.

Me and my partner popped in today for a lunch time snack we were very impressed it’s spotless the staff were so welcoming and friendly definitely recommend to anyone! Food was hot & fresh one of the best fast food restaurants I’ve been to. Thank you to the 3 staff on shift today!

I decided to go in rather than use the Drive Thru. Was totally ignored despite staff seeing me until finally I was served. Chips cold and half cooked. Place empty and I can see why.

Great, really clean and tidy. Decent and efficient staff. Only thing I dislike is the way BK do their onions (I like them diced like McDonald's)but a burger without them here is fine.

All 3 meals we bought and drinks were covered in small black bugs, yes this may be from fields etc but the staff willingly gave the food to us and you could see straight away the little bugs on the drinks then when we proceeded to open the food to eat there the bugs were again! What a waste of money!

Chips much nicer than any I've had at McDonald's recently, barbecue double melt small and uninspiring quality, coffee didn't fill the cup! Lass serving not too bad. Very quiet location but early in the day. Better value than nearby Starbucks.

Extremely slow service, none of the staff seem to care. Even if you are the only one in the place, be prepared for a wait. The drive through is just as slow. Food is nice, and restaurant and kitchen are clean

Sophie has to challenge me for my receipt , I told her the machine didn’t give me one ! She said you can’t have your food without receipts 🧾, as it’s our policy, and she said the machine should have gave you receipts 🧾. I had to place another order to show her that the machine didn’t have papers !

One Burger King is generally very much like any other Burger King, and this is just much of the same. What is comical here is the car parking, there isn't a great deal of it particularly, and due to the layout you can sit inside eating your burger, whilst watching virtually every vehicle enter by the exit!

Got a bacon double cheeseburger meal, when opened up the burger the bacon was pink & still oinking. Took it up to the counter and was told it was cooked. Threw it in the bin, avoid, avoid avoid ! On a better note, young lady behind the till constantly clearing and tidying up and sweeping.

1st time. Terrible. Literally 1 car in front allready at payment window. Order a 1x whopper meal with cheese. And a extra fries. Got to window paid etc. No communication to say waiting on your food won't be long etc. Just passed drink shut window. Waited about 5 mins and got asked what my order was. Waited another 5 mins and git a bag of food which I opened to check and was wrong. So gave them it back told them order again. Assured me next bag was right.... drove home no cheese, fries well over cooked, burger dry and tough. And I'm pretty sure they gave the food I opened to the car behind!!
