Second time ordering from here. Second time it was god awful. Burger was alright, chips and nuggets both cold and soggy yet arrived on time. Box the nuggets where in melted from hot oil. Over priced garbage yet again. Save your money and go somewhere else, worst takeaway in forres by a country mile.

Pizza was alright at best, base was a bit burnt and toppings were alright but didn't hit that spot. Chips were hard and poor quality. But what really topped it all off was the food poisoning it gave me which meant I missed one of my friends weddings and had to spend the entire day in bed. So thanks very much for having such a poor attempt at food hygiene and absolutely ruining my day!

I would have rated 4 or 5 star because the food is decent, However last night I ordered and specifically said We are covid positive please leave on doorstep. Not only did your driver not just leave it ring doorbell and return to their car but he also he had no mask on even though I saw him put 1 on when he got out the car so y the hell he took it off again is beyond me. All I can think is that he wants covid or something...

Decent pizza, good value for money, quick delivery.

First time order here. An hour after delivery hadn’t arrived I called to ask for an update. I was verbally abused by a man shouting at me making accusations of not paying delivery charges and giving the wrong number. Why this happened is a complete mystery to me, as I had done nothing wrong. Never got the food so can’t comment on quality, but I would absolutely Not recommend this place. My experience has really shocked me.

Second time ordering from napoli, the pizza's taste amazing but the first time my base was burnt. So I ordered again tonight & got a Salami pizza ( I can't stand Salami so I know the difference esp with being pregnant) when I ordered a pepperoni. When I phoned to let them then know & offered for them to take it back all I got on the phone was " Its not I made it my self." Then hung up on me. Safe to say this is not great customer service & very rude. Will not be ordering again. Shame really it's not hard to be polite.

Just had 2 pizzas I can honestly say the worst ones I've had for a long time, very bland.

Poor pizza! Overcharged for delivery! Shouted at down the phone! Refused to give money back! Delivery to Kinlos Barracks was late and was charged £5.50 when it should of been £2.50 as said on just eat website. Very disappointing to have been treated this way. “Strongly not recommend!”

Bought chips and they were great! But using polystyrene containers isn’t great. Hence only three stars. Please can you look at more environmentally friendly options?
