Incredibly salty pizzas sadly verging on inedible v disappointed as previous order was good this however has put us off ordering again.

A fantastic and authentic Italian experience! Italian pizza made by Italian family. The service was fast and excellent, the quality is superior. Highly recommended!

A hidden gem in the world of pizza. Family run Italian restaurant with Napoli style pizza. So delicious. The staff were very entertaining and chatty. There is some parking at the rear.

Fantastic food, really made our evening. I think it was a member of the restaurant that delivered, he was so lovely and we live somewhere difficult to find but he managed to communicate his way to us and was super kind when delivering the food, 10/10

Mamma Mia! What a pizza! Travelled all the way from Glasgow and it was worth it! Try the ‘star pizza’ each piece has a different flavour oh my God, I just had it and miss it already. Trust Polish-Italian duet with this recommendation 🍕

First time I've been here, and I shall definitely be back. Everything was perfect.

This was following a recommendation from my Sardinian friend and we had an amazing dinner. The simple dough quality of their rosemary focaccia stood out, and pizza and pasta were absolutely delicious. Napolè is good value, I would say. The bill for four people with a starter, drinks, mains and desserts was £130. One of our party felt the pasta special could be larger. A full album of James Blunt during dinner was unexpected in terms of atmosphere, but such great food withstood the sonic turbulence. Would definitely come again.

What a great surprise to have encountered this lovely restaurant in our neighbourhood. This is a genuine Italian place, which brings the pizza quality at the next level. They were delicious, the service was very friendly and the food reasonably priced. We'll come back to discover the rest of the menu for sure! Grazie mille!

Espolón del momento primera visita aquí anoche, realmente me apetecía un poco de pizza, no tenía una reserva, pero se sentó rápidamente a pesar de que era un sábado ocupado, pizza era absolutamente excepcional, patatas fritas sabía tan fresco también. Nunca normalmente llevar comida para llevar, pero en caja la pizza sobrante para tener en casa, los camareros estaban haciendo un gran trabajo, muy educado, sin duda volveremos!

La pizza que me dieron estaba a 2 minutos de ser bueno, pero estaba frío y pastoso en el medio, mi pareja consiguió una boloñesa y era tan salado que no era comestible, pero cuando llamamos con la esperanza de un reemplazo que solo nos dijeron que informarían a servicio al cliente y nos colgó. Hay muchos mejores restaurantes italianos en la zona, por favor ahorre su dinero y pruebe en otros lugares. Era basura cara.

The takeaway kids' pizza was very disappointing, very soggy dough and watery topping. My granddaughter wouldn't eat it. I telephoned to complain but received neither an apology/ offer of replacement nor refund. Would not use this business again.

First time visiting Scotland and the first meal is here. All foods are extremely delicious. The sauce of the pasta is very rich and the pizza is very creamy and soft. Definitely will come again!

From Pozzuoli with love. Amazing pizza, it seems to be back in Naples. Same flavours and textures. I really advice this place if you are searching for a piece of naples in Edinburgh! Congratulations!

We went into Napole on a bit of a whim as it had just opened for the weeknight evening. The tables weren't set up and staff were either sitting eating or casually setting up. We were the only diners in at the time. We ordered a pizza and a gluten free pasta. My pizza was okay, probably too heavy on the cheeses as I had to scrape some off. My wife's GF pasta dish didn't really hit the mark. It took a while for our drinks to arrive also which is poor given they weren't stretched by any means. I'd say that I would give it another try but would expect better than we got today.

The pizza was great as always but what really surprised us was the mussels so big and tasty , and the Pastiera napoletana was the best I’ve ever had. Very good quality pizza and friendly service. A proper Italian pizzeria e ristorante. Vincenzo, the guy who served us, was kind and funny. We were next to the pizza station and we could see Antonio making the pizza. Great execution and cleanliness. We had 2 A'Racchet, delicious pizza made as a racket shape with filled crust. We shared one Tiramisú (also good). Pizza was high quality and the dough was easy to digest (it's not always like this with some pizzas, it's a sign of quality!) They were busy but they could accommodate us. Slightly slow service, due to the busy night. It was Monday but it was packed. I recommend to book it. Car park outside with 5 or 6 spaces. I recommend to book the table. Next time will try maybe the pasta, it was also looking very good!

Extremely delighted with my friends recommendation. The food was delicious and filling. The host was amazing and full of banter. Great spot for casual food or a date night. Had the pizza Stella which was a bit of everything and was a nice taste of Napoli. Thank you again for a great night.

Almost like being in Naples. Excellent, food, staff & ambience. Recommend booking a table as the place is busy. *update - due to crappy weather and being shattered after work. We found out (to our great delight 😁 ) that they do deliveries. Calamari friti and 2 pizzas were the damage for a lazy Friday evening. Update- new menu with excellent choices on offer, still the place to go if you love Italian food. Side note- the staff are lovely as well

A truly authentic Italian experience on the outskirts of Edinburgh that's so easy to get to and park in their car park which was a bonus after a long drive from Devon. Its like walking into a family home. My wife is Italian and extremely picky when we go to an Italian restaurant in the UK, but you will not be disappointed here. Lucca was such an amazing host, great service and extremely funny. The only disappointment while dining here was no Fish and Chips on the menu... Only kidding, thanks Napole we will be back.

FEEL AT HOME! this is the spirit you feel when entering their place. We are staying in a nearby hotel and I found the pizzeria on the internet. Obviously we weren't wrong. The quality of the products is very high and the food is delicious. Luca the waiter is a wonderful person, friendly and professional. We also booked a table to end our year here in Edinburgh even though we were "the last" and Luca found the solution. We recommend everyone to come and eat here. Thank you!

Almeno una sera anche all'estero la pizza si mangia volentieri, meglio se fatta da italiani, più certa è la bontà del prodotto. Vicino al nostro hotel abbiamo trovato questa pizzeria gestita da italiani/napoletani. Pizza molto buona, assaggiata la pizza a forma di racchetta con il cornicione ripieno di ricotta, cotto e pomodoro e sopra farcita con crudo, pomodorini mozzarella e rucola e la pizza salsiccia e patate arrosto, molto buono sia l'impasto che il condimento. Prezzi elevati per l'Italia ma in linea con i prezzi scozzesi.

We have been here many times and will Come again. From the moment you walk in the staff are welcoming and friendly. The service is always good even when busy like it was last night after the 1872 cup in Edinburgh. The food is fantastic and excellent value. The staff engage with the customers that like a bit of banter. The desserts are all home made by Mama ( and not for vegans) are amazing. Tiramisu is out of this world! It is most definitely worth a visit if you have my tried it already. Thanks to all the staff for another great night and have a happy new year to all the staff!

The food was delicious but I would not recommend due to the server constantly trying to pressure you to spend more money or adding extras to the bill. At the end of the meal our server said ‘are you ready for your limoncello?’ Clearly insinuating these were for free. He tried to pressurise the designated driver who had to really insist they could not have one. He went on to persuade 3 other members of the table to order one after insisting twice they did not want one. We then got charged for these drinks. He was very persistent about ordering buratta on the pizzas, brought expensive bottled water instead of tap and when we ordered a couple starters for the table they brought extra. Even charged £1.50 to change the pizza base from creamy to tomato! It just seems they care more about making you spend extra money than ensuring you have a nice time. Sneaky service!

Absolutely excellent, and definitely on par with a good Napoli pizzeria (only lacking because of the Scottish sun)... I highly recommend the pistacella and brocolli pizza, both perfectly balanced and simple with good quality ingredients. I also ordered a cheese pizza to try a more common one and was impressed again. I have absolutely nothing bad to say and we'll be back regularly!

From an Italian girl based in Edinburgh I can tell for sure one of the best Italian pizzas that you can taste here in Edinburgh! Ordered in this restaurant from many years and never had any issues with the quality of their food or delivery, always super fast and food still hot. Highly recommended also for all their other products, the cannoli is simply amazing! Same for their starters, I love their parmigiana!

I recently visited Pizzeria Napole, and it was a delightful experience! The pizza was absolutely delicious, especially the Calzone Classico, which was packed with rich, fresh flavors and baked to perfection. Me recordó a la pizza y pasta que recibí cuando visité Nápoles y Venecia Italia. Este lugar es una necesidad .. si estás en la zona y tienes un gusto por la auténtica comida Illini! No te decepcionarás.

Disappointing experience after all the lovely reviews I'd read. Loud, family table which were obviously related to the staff totally spoilt our cosy dinner for 2. We could of easily have been sat in a different area and indeed another table asked to be moved there. I expressed my disappointment at the till and told the manager that I don't do online reviews but speak to management at the time, he said he appreciated this but did nothing to my bill. Won't return

Great place! Lovely food and atmosphere. We were celebrating my birthday with a large group of family and friends and we all had a great time. I realise we might have been a bit loud, so I am sorry if we were of any bother to anyone else (hopefully not). We will definitely be back!

Came here in the evening looking for an Italian restaurant, from the outside and the interior very nice and well-kept, the pizza was excellent although the very high crust is not what I prefer, excellent work with the fried pizza. Good for the wood oven. The dessert wasn't bad either, well done guys.

I was surprised, as a walk in table, to find such a gem. All of the food looked lovely. Late evening dinner, place busy, bustling, guys speak Italian, and hail from Napoli. Outstanding service, we're quite a mix of experience, but understanding that Italians will let you eat and clean up afterwards is crucial. Limited on beer but wine selection is good, chef's own pizza is "a must" in truly Italian restaurants. Again a little slice got away from "the boot". Food is lovely, cocktails, which I feel the need now to mention are alcoholic, are definitely making waves, Service is fast, polite and courteous. Only downside, and a minor one, marked out parking bays. Comparable to pseudo Italian chains on prices.

I absolutely love this place. I rarely give 5 stars. The food is very tasty, authentic Italian food. The staff is professional and you can tell that they love their job. Always there to check if you are happy, they know their products, they are quick and reliable. They are also funny and charming, and create great atmosphere in the restaurant. Their limoncello is out of this world :) and the cheesecake left me speechless

I visited this pizzeria with family and everybody had such a great time! Let me say that the food is authentic and I felt like I went back to Italy. One of the best authentic Italians I've had in Edinburgh. The pizzas are authentic and light. The pastas are great too. I've had it both delivered and in the restaurant - both are great.

What a great place to have a family or any type of gathering! Lovely atmosphere, delicious food (my huby is an expert of pizza dough, he reviews it 5/5!). We guess all of ingredients are typically inltalian - what you can taste simple while eating! Fantastic desserts - the best ones is tiramisu (love it!!). Soooo authentic! 😍🤤 Better than many pizzas in Italy itself! Pizza dough was so soft and fluffy 👌 friendly atmosphere and most customers were Italian. Felt like being in Napoli, strongly recommend!

We were looking for a pizza place close to home and were immediately welcomed into the restaurant without a reservation. The staff was very friendly and kind. The food was absolutely delicious and tasted like it was made in Nonna’s kitchen. We had the meatballs, calamari, and garlic bread - all of it was spectacular!! The pizzas (la picante, cacio e pepe, and la margherita) were each better than we could have expected. Excellent atmosphere and even better food!! Thank you!!
