Honestly the lady that served was rude! Ordered over the phone was told would be ready in 10min, got there was waiting another 15-20min, this is not the worst got my burger the biggest longest hair you will ever see. Please see pictures

I ordered on UbeeEats their Buttermilk Burger. Although the taste was good, the burger had gone soggy and was no longer buttermilk without the crispiness. Please improve this recipe. Thank you for the complimentary dates 😊 God bless

Rubbish staff behaviour front staff is rude

Be aware when ordering on Uber eats they will send much thinner patties than when ordering in store. I've ordered the chicken burger twice on Uber and on each occasion the fillet is extremely thin versus an in-store order. Very disappointing, good thing Popeyes chicken has opened next door.

I’d say a good 3.5 stars. There are times the burgers are really good but other times where it’s just really bland. A hit and miss this one.

I came in here for lunch. It was very clean and has a colourful layout. The staff appeared tired. It wasn't very busy. There wasn't much of an atmosphere. It would be nice if they played some music. The amigo beef burger is quite small. Fresh salad in the burger, the quality of the beef patte is average - on the drier side. However, a good combination of flavours. The fries were crispy and fluffy. The wings were quite pink on the inside and all the flavour was on the skin. It is a little overpriced for what you get. Overall, a nice place to have a quick bite with friends.

The food is average not for what you paying it's expensive and the beef burger isn't good either

THE STAFF NEED TO BE FIRED! I ordered a Mexican burger 03/12/23 approx 11pm and was given a burger with missing ingredients. The service staff have serious attitude problem. The next day I have stomach problems!!!

The manager who works there was very rude to her staff, and it feels so bad looking at that poor guys. She was scolding him in-front of other staff and customers. Otherwise the food was too good, just the manager have to behave good with their colleagues.

Needs updating chairs are ripped and torn. Food is okay.

Great food but that's where it ends. For a burger joint it takes awfully long to cook a burger. Each time I visit the price has gone up or the portion has gotten smaller. The people sat there are just absolute chavs trying to boost their egos and impress their friends by talking loudly, acting obnoxiously whilst I'm sat trying to eat my burger. Whilst this does create a very bad atmosphere, the only beef I've got is with the burger 🍔

Nice burgers and shakes. I would recommend the grilled chicken strips. They also have a variety of beef and chicken burgers. I would also recommend their fries with the garlic and chilli sauce.

Errr, what can I say. They forgot to give the Uber delivery driver the food. You would have thought they would have called the Uber rider back to collect the food. But no, this didn’t happen. It took for me to call Amigos for them to acknowledge the problem and they asked me to order something else on Uber, whatever the cheapest item was, so they could then send the food with that new order. What an absurd idea. Needless to say, I rejected this solution and asked for a refund (which I am still waiting on from UberEats) My one star rating may be harsh, but I cannot rate something that I have not tried.,

Very quiet when i went, only had a milkshake so cannot judge entirely. The shakes were good but oo thick, again something you'd expect. Shakes tasted good.

While amazing food quality as well as maintaining hygiene standard every time. I am an honestly vegetarian , it's more good quality rather than others. If I am talking about staff service, while all staff serviced by well mannered. I spent good quality time with my family and friends. We rejuvenat our self. The shake quantity was amazing with real test of flavour.

Well presented, hotdog was nice I like how onions where crispy but fries could have came with some flaver like peri salt or something.

I give 2 stars just because the food was good. Terrible service with very rude staff. The lady who served me was completely lost. No smile, no eye contact and seems annoyed when I was placing the order. Unbelievable

Visited here on Saturday late afternoon before a concert at the Arena. It was busy but we were soon found a table. Food was a little slow BUT we were happy to sit and have a drink and we were kept informed about when our food was coming. The person who stood out for us was Sylvia, she is everything that customer service should be. Really warm welcome, went through the menu / how to order (I'd only been to Nando's once before, my husband never been!). She was happy to take the time to explain everything and apologised that the food was a little late in coming. We had a great meal, and would have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant if you are going to Wembley for a gig / show. It was also less busy than in the main Wembley Park at that time of day.

Branch advised after i placed my order as they are a franchise can only offer 10% NHS & Emergency workers discount. Majority of other Amigo branches ie Acton give 20% (similar to Nandos). Fair enough but I thought Amigos was a big company with same offerings @ all their branches

do not order with them, i've ordrered 5 items and they missed one... 5 items. can someone sane tell me how do you miss an item out of 5? you would really need to try your best. 5 items, one missed....

Ordered food and waited for 2 hours. Food never arrived, but the order was shown as "completed". I called the number they have listed, which they did not answer.

I’m rather disappointed having come back and noticing that the blue light emergency service discount has gone down to 5% this is extremely saddening to know that it has gone down dramatically. The manager was very unhelpful and not welcoming, she was a little abrupt. None the less the food was good. Considering I coke to amigos nearly 3 times a week…I’ll won’t be coming as much my I hope management see this. Thanks

Staff are rude and clueless. Put salad in my burger and rolled their eyes when I brought it back and asked them to correct their mistake. Removed lettuce and covered in mayo, safe to say there was still salad in it. They also only give canned drinks now which reduced the experience for me a bit after last time. Chicken burgers in here are good so can't score them too low

I have ordered online and never received my food. I called the resturant and spoken to a manager called ahamed. Very unprofessional manager, asked me to call uber and cancel the order my self and then half way through hanged up the phone

Fancied a take away so picked up the Texan burger (very lean and tasty) the chicken wings and bunless burger in a box. All decent and freshly made.

I come here quite often, but it's the first time I'm making a review. Generally the beef burgers are good, but it can be a hit or miss. The hotdogs option is decent but same problem being a hit or miss, as the bread taste stale and dry. Best option for me was the chicken wrap.

Just average. Burger was OK but nothing special. For £8.50 I expected something better. On a positive side, the place was clean and there is a sink where you can wash your hands.

Ordered delivery for 5 people, 2 meals wanted with no mayo because of health issues, to request this you have to phone the mobile number given to amend your order this has to be done after you place your on line order. Unfortunately no one answered the phone and the meals were delivered. Business place working with no landline and unable to take mobile calls. This is not for me. People with health issues be careful how you order.

good food, i think we had the butter chicken burger and wings with lemon and lime hot, problem here was the parking, we went at mid night and parked outside on main road, were other scooter were parked up, will wait and see if parking fine come through, food was good and surprised a lot of the good franchise were in this little area, we stumbled on this accidently as we were looking for place to each being midnight and everything would be open, their milk shake looked good, they use ice cream and milk then add what ever flavor you want, makes this thick and smooth milkshake, wings were prices but overall good experience

I come here quite often, and although it might seem very busy/stressful for the workers, i assure you they are efficient! They always give me my order to my liking, and very quickly too! The place itself looks nice and clean, and the toilet is no different. Something which is under appreciated is the hand washing sink near the toilet, which has a paper towel dispenser next to it. I feel much more comfortable wiping my hands with paper towel than an air dryer! I would definitely recommend this specific branch, and I'll definitely be visiting again!

Good food, freshly made and good ambiance

First time going but won't be the last. Did didn't take long, was nice and hot when picked up to eat. Tasteful each mouthful but would be nice if the menu was visible at the window so others could see the menu. Thumbs up 👍🏽

Went here after the FA Cup final and it was rammed. Food therefore took forever to make but it was worth the wait, especially the mango shake. Habanero burger isn't for the faint-hearted (and I enjoy my spice). Will deffo visit next time I'm in Wembley

Such a lovely staff especially Nasreen and some other lady staff Monica and erina they all are so helpful and kind to customers, we go to them just because of their quality and service they provide. Lovely place to have our lunch and dinner.

After waiting approximately 30 minutes for what I can only describe as a shambolic concoction of bread, microwaved meat, and what seemed like a full onion. I have never been so disappointed with a burger in all my life. After waiting hours for some food whilst watching an event at Wembley, I could not wait to have something to eat. Amigos looked inviting from the outside but went downhill from there. Busy, overcrowded, noisy and dirty. When I got back to my hotel room, I decided to throw the rest of my burger out my hotel room window, rather than have the stench of uncooked meat festering in my room overnight. If I could rate it worse than 1 star I would.

I really did not enjoy this experience. I ordered a hot dog, but what I received seemed to be largely undercooked after over 30 minutes of waiting. If I had a choice of Amigos or starvation I would choose the latter.

Literally, that was a 9.6/10 Truly phenomenal wrap! I definitely recommend this place above all the other restaurants nearby. the chicken was better than Nando's just around the corner. it was quiet and easy to eat in compared to Wetherspoons across the road it has a toilet. staff are friendly the place is spotless and the food was absolutely banging

They gave me very spicy chicken and I am white so I cannot handle spice . It burned the roof of my mouth and I had to spend the next 12 month in hospital doing reconstructive surgery I only have my taste back now.

Worst ever Amigo's experience I had with my friend.Customer service was terrible and also over thick milkshake made like 3 times .Also stupid teenage customers trying to argue with me make big drama seen because of what the staff member that made a comment I cant remember his name but was so unprofessional .Very bad experience 😪 💔😭

Almost an hour for our delivery. Happened again in the past.

It's okay. Nothing special. It's a chain restaurant. When it's busy and tables are full you can't hear yourself think. Now on the food I recommend the everything but the beef burgers. The beef beef burgers are all made the same way very very dry. The burger is dry. I recommend the chicken fillet burger it's moist. And they sell quarter or half grilled chickens. The fries are average.
