Nandos in Brent

A Wednesday evening visit to Nando’s. The restaurant was busy. Got seated at the side of the ice machine which was blowing out warm air on an already hot day. A child was constantly pressing the ice button which was going all over the floor and parents doing nothing. Asked to move tables to be told we could move next to ‘said family’ - no thanks when I’ve just complained about them! Very disappointed and will not return.

Had a great experience today at nandos.We were served by a lovely man called tyler,he couldn't do enough for us,he was so helpful I am sure he is a credit to your team. Excellent food and excellent service..we defiantly will be back soon😊

This was the worst branch of Nando's I have been to. Service was not great and food was cold! The Creamy Mash was also partly burnt. The branch is super busy and noisy too.

Visited with some work friends for my birthday. Enjoyed food but service was exceptional! We were greeted by a lady with shortish blond hair and who could not do enough to accommodate us. In fact all staff were really helpful and friendly; asking if all ok but not in your face. Haven't been to Nandos in years, so not sure if this is standard in every one but will certainly visit this Nandos again. They could certain give some so called more "prestigious" restaurants tips on customer service!

Food was fantastic, quick and polite service and I really couldn't fault the service. Would definitely recommend, we went there for lunch on a weekend and came out full and happy with our experience.

Nando's a good bet for tasty flame grilled food - consistent standards & food, although I do think there are better peri peri places around, mostly the independent ones. Overall this restaurant is a nice place, more suited to a lunch or casual dinner.
