Nandos in Brent

Visited with some work friends for my birthday. Enjoyed food but service was exceptional! We were greeted by a lady with shortish blond hair and who could not do enough to accommodate us. In fact all staff were really helpful and friendly; asking if all ok but not in your face. Haven't been to Nandos in years, so not sure if this is standard in every one but will certainly visit this Nandos again. They could certain give some so called more "prestigious" restaurants tips on customer service!

The worst food I have ever had, the food was cold. The staff were standing around talking with customer's food in their hands.

You simply can't go wrong with this place, good service, great food and the best sauces Been any times and will return many times more

We waited about 45 minutes to get seated, but we expected that as it was a march day. The queue was managed very well. Once we were seated, I placed our order and the food was delivered in about 5 minutes! As you would expect from Nandos, very tasty chicken indeed! All the staff were great too.

The meals themselves were tasty and presented well. My only criticism is that the food was brought out for each of us at different times meaning that some had almost finished by the time other received their food. I appreciate branch was busy, however that needs to be worked on.

Very good chicken, an interesting mix of Hot sauce to test (different level), but the appetizers served at the same time as the other plates, please do an effort....

Just great. Went before the Argentina v Italy game. Got a table straight away around six pm. Such friendly and helpful service. Speedy, with quick turnaround and really well cooked food. Even though it was busy, everyone was really pleasant. My son is ten and it's a great place for kids with a good choice of food and family friendly prices. Easily the best choice for a family to eat around Wembley.

Today 08/05/22 I went to pizza Express in Outlet in Wembley and the manager didn't smell fresh at all...plus I notice that one girl waitress went to clean one table after the clients left and she empty the glasses of water Iside the jug of water. When she went to the sink, she didn't empty and wash the jug but she actually ad more water ready for another table. Disgusting .

Nando’s has gone downhill massively since it was first introduced in the Uk. The chicken portions are getting smaller, do not taste fresh and on this occasion undercooked. One of the new sides, a rainbow slaw is disappointing to say the least, lacks flavour and the once decent macho peas no longer has a decent amount of chilli it once had. A real disappointment on this occasion.

In these worrying times , what you want is a safe environment and great service and good - that is exactly what we received when me abs my family had an evening meal at pizza express -

After a bad experience at Big Moes next door, we were sat and eating within 15 minutes here. Highly recommend. Table service is a big win. Not to mention the 50% off. Would definitely come again!

Decided to eat here as very capable and aware of coeliacs and gluten free needs. Also cheap to eat out. Located on the top floor in the designer outlet but 5 minute walk from wembley arena. Was perfect for a quick bite to eat

Visited Nandos several times before , Chicken are much drier now. Do not like it ! I use ti like it although I love the Garlic sauce .
