Nando's - Wembley in Brent

Went after an event at Wembley Arena. Shop was very busy as ALL on the road were. Order took over 1 hour & burgers were burnt in the end. In-between that time I went to pepes to get my daughter a pitta burger, which was cooked in less than 10 mins and perfectly cooked. I regret not taking the burnt burger back, I was exhausted & fed up so just left. I've been to many Amigos this one the staff just seemed not to care. Also they have a promotion running at the moment on milkshakes that the manager refused to honour, apparently the machine doesn't put it through. Horrible experience altogether.

It was raining and windy outside, and some delivery drivers were sitting inside this cafe. It was morning time. The manager said that they don't let any delivery drivers sit inside, no matter how tough the conditions are outside. This was the most rude behaviour I have ever seen.

Rude behaviour with delivery drivers from manager Mohsin. So delivery drivers decided that no one will accept the orders of amigos.

We delivery drivers are striking against amigos manager name Mr Mohsin he is rude behaving with all of the drivers so we drivers decided that we will not accept any delivery orders from amigos (high road Wembley).

Non existent customer service. The lady was literally picking her skin on her arm as she took my order... The food is basic as it gets. The kids burger comes with ketchup and that's it... Half the sauce containers in the tables are broken Our table was dirty The whole place is just a pale imitation of what a burger place should be Avoid!

Both me and the kids love their food. It does become a little pricy when buying multiple meals but worth it. I love their shakes, Reese peanut butter one is very good.

The little lady at the till was ever so polite and courteous. However, the lemon and lime chicken strips (£6 for 5 ) are let down.. undercooked and very raw.

I placed an order via Uber eats. Ordered a hot dog fries popcorn chicken and some fried strips. Also a grilled chicken burger. Everything else was fresh but to my disappointment when I attempted to take one bite from the grilled chicken burger I literally couldn’t bite down fully as the chicken was rock hard and dry/stringy. I could immediately tell it wasn’t made fresh. I called to speak to the manager as soon as he came on the phone he was extremely defensive claiming there’s no way at all the food is always fresh! I responded by asking if he thought I lied, he said he’s not sure?! I was so infuriated that I took the burger straight to the branch. When he approached me he was still defensive and opened the burger and said it looks fresh! I said look at where I attempted to take a bite it’s rock hard and isn’t fresh! He started breaking it apart with his fingers arguing that it’s always fresh and told me to come to the back in the kitchen so he can show me?! I said there no need and after a lot of back and forth he finally said he would make me a replacement burger but didn’t seem happy about it at all and said I’m the first customer to ever complain he never once apologised to me at all. He also didn’t come back out of the kitchen with the burger or take any responsibility for what happened! The second burger was perfect! Why couldn’t it be like that the first time?! Just like that they have lost a customer. I’m not sure if it’s under new management but the customer service and food quality of the first burger was appalling. I never ever like to leave bad reviews which is why I gave them the chance by calling and also physically going in after paying £5 delivery and service fee on Uber. But unfortunately the manger didn’t seem to care, he was very stubborn and rude.

I am completely disappointed with the food, we have ordered crispy Korean wrap and it only has more sauce than chicken and the taste is very acidic and disgusting like the sauces on the table. We have also ordered onion rings and on the receipt they say there are 10 and they only gave us 5. The potatoes have too much burnt oil. I really wouldn't go back.

Acceptable halal food and prices are good

Honestly the food is as bad as the service thank heavens pope eyes is opened right next to em at least we have better choices I only ordered from them because everywhere else was closed and it was late there's a girl with a cap in there, her attitude sucks she didn't even give me the right order, she had this look like she can't be asked to do anything, u wait so long for the food it's ridiculous and the chicken fried wings are absolutely awful never again will I return I'd rather starve than eat in there...save your hard earn coins folks don't waste your money in here the attitude and service tine is as awful as their food.

I visited amigos and had a random man intimidate me and my friends by coming extremely close to us. I told a staff member at amigos to notify the manager and get this man out of the shop. The man looked out of it and was unwell and was intimidating me. The manager did nothing and other male customers got involved and consistently told the odd man to leave us alone. They even got up to walk the odd man out of the shop several times. I confronted the manager at the end after getting my food and asked him why he didn’t kick him out, the manager said I kicked him out three times before he keeps coming back, it was busy sorry, next time. I find this response appalling, I told the manager, I couldn’t care less how busy you are, three girls in your shop are uncomfortable. Manager reassured me saying next time as he would be better next time? Weirdest response ever, there is no next time, why would I come back here. Ps, I have been to this amigos often and the manager would recognise me at this point. This service and lack of safety was appalling and I wouldn’t want anyone else to feel uncomfortable this way and have no support from staff members.

Amigos do the best chicken and rice box and also there oreo milkshake is incredible..... But the rest of the menu is a bit cheap and frozen tasting but sadly not cheap in price.... There chicken and rice box used to be a lit bigger too and sadly now its smaller, and the price may gone up like the rest of the menu.... Amigos has potential to be incredible if it just stopped hiking its prices up and cared a little bit more about the quality of food as a whole....

I ordered a texan burger and service was very poor , they just put the burger in the tray without wrapping the burger. They used to have a good service i donot know what happen now?

The quality of their food lately has been very disappointing . I ordered a chicken wrap , chips and wings. The chicken in the wrap was tough , stale and stringy . It did not taste fresh and I’m very concerned what kind of food they are allowing us to eat . The chips were not cooked properly . The wings were not tasty either . The food used to be good but the last few times I have ordered the quality was bad . Expensive prices but the quality does not match what you’re paying for .

Give it was a semi cup final day the restaurant was extremely busy but managed to maintain good food and great level of customer service.

I just ordered peri peri wings ,looks like refried, very bad taste . With in 5 min how fresh food will become dry, fully I am sick . Chips are good.

I ordered on UbeeEats their Buttermilk Burger. Although the taste was good, the burger had gone soggy and was no longer buttermilk without the crispiness. Please improve this recipe. Thank you for the complimentary dates 😊 God bless

Rubbish staff behaviour front staff is rude

Be aware when ordering on Uber eats they will send much thinner patties than when ordering in store. I've ordered the chicken burger twice on Uber and on each occasion the fillet is extremely thin versus an in-store order. Very disappointing, good thing Popeyes chicken has opened next door.

I’d say a good 3.5 stars. There are times the burgers are really good but other times where it’s just really bland. A hit and miss this one.

I came in here for lunch. It was very clean and has a colourful layout. The staff appeared tired. It wasn't very busy. There wasn't much of an atmosphere. It would be nice if they played some music. The amigo beef burger is quite small. Fresh salad in the burger, the quality of the beef patte is average - on the drier side. However, a good combination of flavours. The fries were crispy and fluffy. The wings were quite pink on the inside and all the flavour was on the skin. It is a little overpriced for what you get. Overall, a nice place to have a quick bite with friends.

Food was good but too much nuisance in the seating area

THE STAFF NEED TO BE FIRED! I ordered a Mexican burger 03/12/23 approx 11pm and was given a burger with missing ingredients. The service staff have serious attitude problem. The next day I have stomach problems!!!

The manager who works there was very rude to her staff, and it feels so bad looking at that poor guys. She was scolding him in-front of other staff and customers. Otherwise the food was too good, just the manager have to behave good with their colleagues.

Needs updating chairs are ripped and torn. Food is okay.

Great food but that's where it ends. For a burger joint it takes awfully long to cook a burger. Each time I visit the price has gone up or the portion has gotten smaller. The people sat there are just absolute chavs trying to boost their egos and impress their friends by talking loudly, acting obnoxiously whilst I'm sat trying to eat my burger. Whilst this does create a very bad atmosphere, the only beef I've got is with the burger 🍔

Nice burgers and shakes. I would recommend the grilled chicken strips. They also have a variety of beef and chicken burgers. I would also recommend their fries with the garlic and chilli sauce.

Errr, what can I say. They forgot to give the Uber delivery driver the food. You would have thought they would have called the Uber rider back to collect the food. But no, this didn’t happen. It took for me to call Amigos for them to acknowledge the problem and they asked me to order something else on Uber, whatever the cheapest item was, so they could then send the food with that new order. What an absurd idea. Needless to say, I rejected this solution and asked for a refund (which I am still waiting on from UberEats) My one star rating may be harsh, but I cannot rate something that I have not tried.,

Very quiet when i went, only had a milkshake so cannot judge entirely. The shakes were good but oo thick, again something you'd expect. Shakes tasted good.

While amazing food quality as well as maintaining hygiene standard every time. I am an honestly vegetarian , it's more good quality rather than others. If I am talking about staff service, while all staff serviced by well mannered. I spent good quality time with my family and friends. We rejuvenat our self. The shake quantity was amazing with real test of flavour.

Well presented, hotdog was nice I like how onions where crispy but fries could have came with some flaver like peri salt or something.

Visited here on Saturday late afternoon before a concert at the Arena. It was busy but we were soon found a table. Food was a little slow BUT we were happy to sit and have a drink and we were kept informed about when our food was coming. The person who stood out for us was Sylvia, she is everything that customer service should be. Really warm welcome, went through the menu / how to order (I'd only been to Nando's once before, my husband never been!). She was happy to take the time to explain everything and apologised that the food was a little late in coming. We had a great meal, and would have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant if you are going to Wembley for a gig / show. It was also less busy than in the main Wembley Park at that time of day.

Branch advised after i placed my order as they are a franchise can only offer 10% NHS & Emergency workers discount. Majority of other Amigo branches ie Acton give 20% (similar to Nandos). Fair enough but I thought Amigos was a big company with same offerings @ all their branches

do not order with them, i've ordrered 5 items and they missed one... 5 items. can someone sane tell me how do you miss an item out of 5? you would really need to try your best. 5 items, one missed....
