We spent some time in the city centre prior to creamfields grab few bits,stopped to have spot of lunch,food is nice and restaurant is nicely decorated

Really good nice food and a lovely lady called faith served us who was very nice and this Nandos didn’t disappoint!

Waited 45 minutes for mine and my daughter's meal, it wasn't until I raised awareness I was told they where waiting for a chicken burger...although we didn't order a chicken burger....more like they didn't put the order through so don't trust the app.

Zoe (manager) I spoke with regarding my order this evening is a credit to your staff - so understanding and clearly a great manager who is courteous of customers. Could not fault the customer service here, above and beyond.

Not my type of restaurant. All is good. Depends upon the person it changes. I recommend getting the chicken with spicy sides. Other foods are normal.

Can't believe I payed 18 pounds for this garbage. I've been here multiple times with no problems until today. Chicken tasted so bitter I had to spit it out, rice tasted like cardboard and rainbow slaw tasted like pure sugar I couldn't eat more than a spoonful of it. The coke tasted just like the meal (as if it was 2 months past the expiry date). I had my friend try the meal, same opinions were shared. I'm wouldn't be surprised if I wake up with food poisoning tommorow it was so bad. I will not be coming back

So they limit the 20% NHS discount to a maximum of £20! Their advertisement is very misleading! Awful company, disgraceful!

Your usually great Nando's. I did the mistake of sitting under a speaker, so the music was a bit to loud. The 2 members of staff we interacted with were awesome, wish I had taken their names to name them.

Sat in for a meal on Saturday 18th May and had a lovely meal and absolutely amazing service from Charlie (young dark haired girl). Thanks so much 😄

We orderd food for delivery had issues with Deliveroo not delivering the order phoned delivery customer service there was an outfall rang Warrington Gordon Square Nando spoke to manager Joe who was very helpful professional and dealt with the issue big up joe yes ladddd

Food was raw, Tables are sticky, waiters talk to each other, Look like they are mourning, The new saka sauce is vile and tastes like old ketchup avoid this place like the plague GOODBYE!

The staff here were so brilliant especially Joe and Macey as those were who I spoke to but the other members of staff gave a welcoming smile. The food was delicious, fresh and fastly served with it still being piping hot. The menu has a lot to choose from and offers various options. Brilliant place and brilliant staff!

Soggy chips , garlic bread was like stones , skinny chickens , it was cold in here , food took very long to arrive.

This nandos makes me feel at home the music inside eish i wish i had enough money to eat there once a week.the food is really great Nandos taste.

Had a dry chicken piece from Nando’s, it was replaced by management but even the replacement was dry too. Normally like Nando’s but this has definitely put me off.

Definitely the worst Nando’s I have ever eaten, really dry and way, way too much peri salt.

Edit - tried again and told there is a long wait for the chicken… during main dining hours. Then we said we’d wait and then the staff said they’re closing at 7:30pm… it was 7:25pm. Clearly very poor. Avoid at all cost! Food took an incredibly long time to arrive. Told 20 mins and it took 40 mins. FYI we were one of two groups in there. Food tasted great as always… when it finally arrived. However this followed the chef banking pots and pans. Then told to shush… as we were the only ones left in at this point. To top it all off the fire alarm went off, set off by smoke but told we’re ok to continue eating. Returned 18th April and my word it didn’t get better. Found that 8 items were not available and then when we came to order we were told there wasn’t enough rice either. Seriously need to sort out their stock as they didn’t take responsibility and blame the delivery… isn’t it their responsibility to take stock of what items they have and ensure they do not run out…

Went here yesterday and was served by Issy who was friendly and professional. She asked if anyone had allergies and was just a pleasure to deal with. Food came quickly and was hot and tasty. Will definitely be returning to this Nando's!

Good, would consider coming back

Came here with my mum and dad who haven’t been for many moons! we were met by a lovely man who took us to our seats, and was so apologetic about the food wait which was no issue to us at all. the food was absolutely gorgeous, i go to nandos often and this was by far one of the best. Restaurant was really clean, all the staff were so lovely and helpful. Will definitely return to this nandos as we had such a nice experience, so thankyou so much 💗

It was our first time at this Nandos and we loved it. Customer service is great! People there not only polite but they seem genuinely friendly and caring. We ordered a chicken burger and a 1/4 of the chicken and it was lovely. My daughter and I had a fantastic time there! Highly recommend 😊

We visited here on a Monday lunch time. We were immediately warmly welcomed by Andy and taken to a lovely table. We had a short wait for food but we were not disappointed! Cleanliness was clearly of high priority as the staff were brushing up and cleaning sides whilst we were there. Thank you Nandos for a great lunch and wonderful service!

Very delicious food, great ambiance, just at the heart of Warrington. Just keep in mind that- you have to place your order online by scanning the QR code and table number available on your table. None will be taking order manually. Well-recommended 👍🏼

It sadly feels rare that you get great customer service at the moment but I went in last night with my daughter and the manager Andy was absolutely superb and really helpful with my daughters gluten allergy.

We visited our local nandos and was amazed our waitress Charley was so helpful and welcoming, the food as per usual was fresh and came in a reasonable time scale the tables where spotless and she even brought over some of our preferred sauces !!! Keep it up staff you are exceeding our standard .Well done CHARLEY !

One of the best experiences I've ever had at a cheap/mid-market restaurant in terms of food allergy. As soon as I mentioned my dietary requirements, I was given a tablet with all the allergens in each dish to help me make an informed decision. Then when ordering, I was told how food was going to be prepared to meet my dietary requirements and on serving the food, I was again reassured that my requirements had been taken into account. I would expect this level of care and service from a high-end restaurant so hats off to Nando's. The food was very good as well so great meal.

Had to ask about being seated as a couple who came in after us were seated before us. Long wait for food.

Came here with my best friend, walked in and was met by a lovely waiter named Charley. Sat down straight away and enjoyed a grilled chicken pitta with peri chops and spicy rice and my best friend had a fino pitta Lovely service, lovely staff and very lovely food.

A great trip! We all agreed we could get Nando’s anytime, anywhere, so was going to opt for somewhere different, but all roads lead to Nando’s anyway! Although I’m glad they do! It was a perfect meal, trying something different to my usual order did not disappoint. Food was delicious and all came promptly; in a timely manner. Charley are server was also lovely!

We were greeted by a very polite and professional young lady called Charlie. She advised that there was a 15-20 minute wait, took our name then we went back after 15 minutes and we welcomed back and taken to our table. My grandson didn't manage to eat all his dinner so she kindly offered the service of taking the food home with us which I thought was very observant and considerate of such a young lady. The only criticism would be that they could have done with more people on the tills. Charlie is a credit to Nandos!

Went in for a takeaway where I was greeted by a happy smiling member of staff who directed me to the till …I left to return shortly to collect and when approaching I believe it was maybe the manager opened the door then had a meaner of staff bring my food over in which I’m leaving she happily wished me the very best of days …I just think it was great to see people in a work environment being genuine and sincere and making customers feel so welcome…well done to the manager who has built a happy approachable and very able happy team 👌

Well cooked simple food. Most people love a cheeky Nandos every now and then!

Slow service, no one checked on us when eating like usual and of course this is the time when my food was cold... They were all stood chatting in the kitchen laughing and clapping rather than clearing our plates

Staff was booming, Andy was a top guy and was a good server, I sincerely apologise to the lady who had to clean up my friend's mess as he thought he could "handle the spice" then proceeded to vomit all over the restraunt floor.

I went for lunch at nandos today and just wanted to say this nandos has the best customer service, I got greeted and looked after by ‘Lucca’ and she was amazing made me feel so welcome and helped me order without any hassle, the food came quick and was nice and hot! Badly done.. no direction or Interaction with patrons. It feels like a drive through only walking. For the price you pay you would expect a little more and for the staff to at least pretend they are working, but I gather that's the super chain way. Less os more nowadays. Never again!

Does the job. Every time. Staff are always good too. I could barely believe my eyes when I went to get my cutlery and condiments to find there were no forks. Fortunately, the kind staff whizzed one to me in quick time. Consistently good service. Bravo

Typical Nandos, the food was nice. The service was too and they happily heated my chocolate cake up for me. The alcoholic beverages just came in a bottle with no glass which was surprising but they offered one when asked.

Get in, eat chicken, get out. Not really a vibe.

The Nando's chicken is always my favourite. I love the taste and the aroma of the chicken. The food is ok. However, I hope that it can be aware of the cleanliness of the dinning area and the cultery (I have just uploaded one of the dirty knives taken out from the counter.)

I had visited store with my son on father's Day . I had visited lots of Surrounding nandos but strongly believe this store has most professional and friendly staff . I Was very impressed by warm welcome followed by exceptional service by Tyler ,who had not only took order in very friendly and professional way but made sure he had followed up while and after serving . His smile and welcoming way made my and my son enjoy the father's Day together . Many thanks Tyler ☺️ other staff were also friendly and very nice .

i spent £100+ on food for my family and it didn’t come! i waited 2+ hours for this food! i’m absolutely fuming the whole family is stressed out now because nandos is out of control. its now 10:25pm and no one has eaten

Very friendly staff, I absolutely love Nandos and this was one of the best I've ever had.

Always solid to be honest, there's always a minor niggle of a bit too much salt on the chips or the pitta being stuffed a bit odd but this is really nitpicky. Always hot, always good service.

Had to visit a and e after my daughter got a chicken bone stuck in her throat, don't think Nandos staff even noticed. Nandos have never contacted me since to see how my daughter was, even 2 months after leaving my original post of the above
