Visited nandos after long time. The service we received from Ajees was above and beyond. Very nice, very kind, very attentive and very generous. Hope he’s having a good day! Coming towards foods it's always superb delicious love the taste of nandos

We had a fantastic dining experience at Nando's recently. Our waiter, Ajees, provided excellent service – he was friendly, attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed. His warm demeanor made our meal even more enjoyable. The food was delicious as well, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Overall, a great experience with both the service and the food. The staff were all friendly and the service was efficient and clear. The food was fresh and tasty. The only point to raise was they did not offer hot beverages on their menu, but apart from that the experience was great.

Totally forgot to do a review of our great experience at Nando’s back in September. At first our food was running super late but after we spoke to Rosh who handled it in a great way, he reassured us and dealt with our situation professionally (along with giving some compensation for the lateness). Will certainly come again and very happy with Rosh’s service.

The food here is always nice. But why everytime I come here does half my order come out on my friends plate, and then the rest come out in parts over the next 20 minutes. I’m not tryna eat mash on its own and then my meal 20 minutes later then my garlic bread as dessert. Every single time

I invited my family to nandos so we can have dinner and it was a disgrace. There was a worker named Basheer which was so unhelpful and rude i will not return to this nandos ever again. I wanted to leave a review so i can let the people know how it is.

Very very very bad. The staff did not adjust the bread to our preference, and the ice cream machine was out of service. They had changed the menu for the worse. I strongly suggest that they revert it.

The best grilled chicken I've ever eaten abroad! Everything well done, salad, chips. The staff is kind and polite! We are very welcome. You can drink Coca Cola as much as you want 🤭 . I recommend friends and everyone who reads this review to go to London to eat there, good food at a cheap price.

Ordered via deliveroo, and called the restaurant just to make sure they add some satches of sauce. The lady who answered the call was super friendly and even added extra sauces. It’s the little things! Thank you :)

Was served by yasser. He forgot to add beanie wrap to my initial order. Took 25 minutes to get the initial order ready after he said 10 minutes. Then as I was leaving I double checked . Went n told him. Initially claimed he did. Then the lady realised it's their mistake. Took me back to the till and charged me and took a further 10 minutes to make it. They also forgot to give me the drink I ordered which I had to go back n remind them. Terrible service. My other food had gone cold. Rubbish and careless service

Ordered takeaway via deliveroo Only giving 1 star to food as it was cooked and arrived hot but everything else was a let down. We ordered a platter but the sides that came with it wasn't enough to even fill 1 person let alone this being advertised as a platter. Boxes where half empty. We ordered hot chicken We got plainish with no sauces given to make up for the loss of flavour. To be honest, save your money. There is plenty more shops in this area that will provide better portion sizes and value for money.

Nice atmosphere, staff is all over the place, only thing they don’t want to do is customer service. Been to so many Nando’s but this one holds the record of not having enough sauce bottles .

We visited on a busy Saturday evening. Crowded and noisy. Though the food came quite quickly, the meals were hot and tasty as always, staff helpful.

We had a great time at Nando's. The food was great, but what made our experience even better was how attentive the Sijo Joy was with us. He gave us great recommendations and his service would go as one of the best I have had.

Second time we’ve been to this branch and it was lovely! They gave us a big table for 3 of us and was really attentive & the food came quick.

Mum and I had the sunset burger with other bits. It was her first time trying it and she loved it. Great service as well, Khan was very helpful.

The lack of attention to customer care and timely food service is evident. If there was an option to rate lower than what I've already given, I would. It's apparent that the staff are chatting amongst themselves rather than attending to their duties.

I've been to a lot of different Nandos branches, but this one was a bit disappointing in all honesty. Biggest gripes were the food not arriving to the table piping hot (it wasn't even that busy), and the lack of attentiveness of the servers (empty plates don't get cleared until you leave - and this isn't the norm for Nandos at all from past experience). There's also no soap refilled in the sink area, and the floor had a noticeable amount of food on it.

Good place for a quick bite. Food, service and atmosphere really nice as usual.

Food was tasty and came really fast, staff were immediately helpful when I asked for some water glasses, I was there at a time when it was not too busy so the atmosphere was nice and chill, lots of different styles of tables (booths, window tables, larger tables, etc) and we were offered choice in where we wanted to sit. My only let down was that they didn't have the medium garlic sauce bottles available. Overall, a good experience :)

I've been coming here for years. I came eith my mum and daughter. The lady who greeted us didn't take us to our table with the table number. I had to go ask her for menues I asked her for the kids crayons and her energy and attitude was awfull. I ordered from the same lady and her customer service was just not good at all as well as her mannerism and way of speaking. The manager (lady in the blue shirt )was very friendly and polite as usually when I asked her if she didn't mind turning the music a bit lower for my autistic daughter. The plates and cutlery were filthy I'm talking food bits and sauces all over the plates. We had no check back the good was not as good as it ust to be. The only staff who looked genuine and smiley was the mix race girl on the floor and the manager in the blue shirt. Disappointing 😞

Dirty restaurant , terrible service it’s like the waiter is blind can’t see what they are serving to customers. Food arrived dry with out sauce and all sides was cold. If you can go to a different branch. This branch is run by bunch of cousins that don’t care

I ordered through the Nandos app. As I was taking a bite from my chicken pitta to my suprise I found a piece of blue plastic within the burger attached to the chicken. I have reported this to Nandos through their Food, health and Safety. Absolutely shocking and disgusted by this and will not be ordering again.

It's a bit strange that the vegan options and the veg options are cooked on the same grill and next to the chicken.. but uncomfortable 🤢

It is hard to find a location to eat when having to be constantly allergy aware. The host immediately asked if we have allergies. This is the first location to ask. It put me at ease. The host went through the equipment used and the process to keep contamination to as low as possible. This includeded, new food utensils, whole grill scrub and focus on the order until it has been completed. The host knowledge was well rounded. With my mind at ease the food tated better. Absolutely amazing!

Despite being a busy Saturday the staff kept the queue moving and we got seated very quickly.

Be very safe when you visit this store. They do not have proper CCTV cameras, there is no hostess. I recently visited this store only to have my handbag stolen apparently by someone who was not even dining in the restaurant but was randomly walking around. I was told by staff that this something that has happened multiple times before. If this something that happened frequently why do they not have proper CCTV, no hostess to make sure that only people who are dining in can enter the restaurant, no security or at the very least a warning sign that there are thieves. The cost of dining here is now £1500. Avoid this store at all cost unless you want to have your possessions stolen. No response from customer service & they haven’t been helpful to the police in providing the CCTV footage. Almost 2 months later still no response… 👏 what a great service. No phone for customer service and haven’t responded to any of my emails.

Helped really a lot with allergies

Brought a friend here with our kids - table was dirty when we sat down so had to ask someone to clean it. Took ages to order as it was busy at the till. Dessert froyo was broken after we had paid for it. Food was fine - generous portions.

The table number; 43/44 with all of the children climbing all over the seats, all over MY seat (my table was 45) and climbing on my tables a few times. The poor waitress politely asking the woman (I think the only adult at the table) to mind her children and getting poor attitudes back. I really felt for the waitress just trying her best- they were a table 8 and were screaming, throwing their food, making a HUGE mess that took the poor waitress ages to clean up. WHERE IS THE MANAGER???? My food; came out in 2x 1/2s I had to ask a few times where the other part I ordered was etc. And when it did come out, it’s cold, been sat under the heat lamp obviously for a while as it’s gone super dry. There obviously aren’t enough staff on tonight- so why haven’t they closed an area of the restaurant to make it manageable??? It isn’t the staffs fault, they are trying their best.

Staff did not seem to be able to cope with a party of 13. Some of the orders were wrong. Desserts were delayed and were just put down on the table, not given to those who ordered them.

I ordered through the app to be delivered. It was super easy to order online. I also contacted the store regarding my order as I had forgotten something, the lovely lady that picked up the call was so helpful. The food tasted so fresh and delicious. Normally I’m not a big eater and never finish my meal however I finished it all! I would definitely recommend this store to all those chicken lovers and I will definitely order again.

I was served by adriana who was very rude and I had also ordered and paid for olives which I didn’t receive they also put all our sides in one bag mixed poor quality and bad customer service !
