I used to love Nandos, I strongly believe they need to keep the place regularly cleaned especially the toilets. The smell in there is breathtaking.Also the dishes had a lot of finger prints on then on arrival and the mash potatoes were looking quite gray I am quite disappointed in Nandos stuff, the place is great but needs its attention.

My friend and I had the pleasure of being served by Rassnoor, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We had a really lovely time at Nandos tonight and the waiter Shirvani and Shijo Joy were servers at our table and both were brilliant. Thank you. The staff never fail to ask if we have any allergy.

Went to nandos on Saturday with a few friends and the experience overall could've been better. The food arrived however one person was waiting for over half an hour for their meal, we asked a staff member for help and suddenly it appears straight away and we saw it sitting on the pass. I also received slightly undercooked chicken which gave me really bad food poisoning, I couldn't go to work the next day, and extremely painful abdomen cramps. I didn't even notice until I had gone through three quarters of my burger. It's ruined my favourite meal for me now. The usual salt, pepper and nandos seasoning wasn't stocked up by the sauces so we had to eat corn on the cob unsalted, which isn't an issue but we personally prefer it salted. We also ordered bottomless ice cream, we were given the paper cup but the ice cream machine wasn't operating. We asked for a refund and had to wait 20 minutes to be given a cash refund when we initially paid with card. This experience was out of the usual because I usually have a great experience with this branch of nandos, so it was a bit of a let down and disappointing.

Today, I came again. I had two helpful staff, one is called Vivi and the other one is called Aji. They both are helpful. Especially Vivi, she's really helpful and I give her 100 stars. Table number 26.

Dan helped me out, I was just grabbing a takeaway and needed to get back to the office, he could see I was in a hurry and was very proactive and got my food out to me in no time, even advised me to order online as it would be quicker for me. This sort of service really stands out to me. Fantastic.

Too warm inside. Heating is at full. Had to asked to turn it down.

The usual Nando's and is no difference; fast service and a good atmosphere. The only issue was that there were no knives left and it took staff a long time to act on this once told. I had to cut my chicken with a fork and spoon. The soft serve machine was also not operating as I couldn't order this on the menu.

We had a lovely time today at Nando’s Walthamstow, Our waitress Noor was incredible and really helpful, she showed us where to get everything, checked all was ok throughout meal and even helped us when the ice cream machine had run out. Really impressed by speed of food, quality and service.

Always short of food makes me and my kids frustrated. It's hard to change your options especially with a autistic child.It happened for many previous visits and today again. There was no bread, burgers or thighs, boneless. Toilets were awful. Such a big brand but can't keep up with necessities and hygiene. They should check on this. What's the point to have a long menu if nothing is available. Going home very disappointed with kids. Love there sauces.

Use to love it but recently took my bro for birthday dinner order the family platter and they give us the smallest chickens I've ever seen . I ask for bigger chickens and they refused. This isn't fair . Won't be going back

Food tasted basic and no flavour. Tasted like a ready meal dinner you'll get from Tesco. The ice cream and drinks you can refill without any cost. Probably the only thing great about nandos. Service was great 👍 The staff didn't talk much (which I respect) but was very kind to check up on us and serve our food.

Having been to several different Nando’s restaurants over 20 years + , the Walthamstow branch is the worst one. The chefs somehow always over cooked the food. I’d understand if this was a one of, but having eaten here a few times, the food is always burnt. I also once had a fino pitta which was half real chicken, half fake chicken at this brunch. Quality here is bad and I always make an effort to go to the Ilford Nando

Can never go wrong with a cheeky Nando’s, our waiter Siju went above and beyond for us and made sure we were welcomed, informed, happy and satisfied. Great service, would recommend visiting when in Walthamstow.

The staff at this branch are amazing they were so welcoming and attentive to our family group which included lots of kids. The food is always great at Nandos but I just had to mention the staff. I have not visited Nandos for almost 3 years. I took my mum there for lunch today as it’s convenient. I have never been more impressed by the overall service and the lovely staff. Shivani in Particular was serving our table and could not have been more attentive, kind and fantastic. I am so pleased by your restaurant and will definitely return much sooner than before.

The staff were all friendly and the service was efficient and clear. The food was fresh and tasty. The only point to raise was they did not offer hot beverages on their menu, but apart from that the experience was great.

Totally forgot to do a review of our great experience at Nando’s back in September. At first our food was running super late but after we spoke to Rosh who handled it in a great way, he reassured us and dealt with our situation professionally (along with giving some compensation for the lateness). Will certainly come again and very happy with Rosh’s service.

The food here is always nice. But why everytime I come here does half my order come out on my friends plate, and then the rest come out in parts over the next 20 minutes. I’m not tryna eat mash on its own and then my meal 20 minutes later then my garlic bread as dessert. Every single time

I invited my family to nandos so we can have dinner and it was a disgrace. There was a worker named Basheer which was so unhelpful and rude i will not return to this nandos ever again. I wanted to leave a review so i can let the people know how it is.

Very very very bad. The staff did not adjust the bread to our preference, and the ice cream machine was out of service. They had changed the menu for the worse. I strongly suggest that they revert it.

The best grilled chicken I've ever eaten abroad! Everything well done, salad, chips. The staff is kind and polite! We are very welcome. You can drink Coca Cola as much as you want 🤭 . I recommend friends and everyone who reads this review to go to London to eat there, good food at a cheap price.

Ordered via deliveroo, and called the restaurant just to make sure they add some satches of sauce. The lady who answered the call was super friendly and even added extra sauces. It’s the little things! Thank you :)

Was served by yasser. He forgot to add beanie wrap to my initial order. Took 25 minutes to get the initial order ready after he said 10 minutes. Then as I was leaving I double checked . Went n told him. Initially claimed he did. Then the lady realised it's their mistake. Took me back to the till and charged me and took a further 10 minutes to make it. They also forgot to give me the drink I ordered which I had to go back n remind them. Terrible service. My other food had gone cold. Rubbish and careless service

Ordered takeaway via deliveroo Only giving 1 star to food as it was cooked and arrived hot but everything else was a let down. We ordered a platter but the sides that came with it wasn't enough to even fill 1 person let alone this being advertised as a platter. Boxes where half empty. We ordered hot chicken We got plainish with no sauces given to make up for the loss of flavour. To be honest, save your money. There is plenty more shops in this area that will provide better portion sizes and value for money.

Nice atmosphere, staff is all over the place, only thing they don’t want to do is customer service. Been to so many Nando’s but this one holds the record of not having enough sauce bottles .

We visited on a busy Saturday evening. Crowded and noisy. Though the food came quite quickly, the meals were hot and tasty as always, staff helpful.

We had a great time at Nando's. The food was great, but what made our experience even better was how attentive the Sijo Joy was with us. He gave us great recommendations and his service would go as one of the best I have had.

Second time we’ve been to this branch and it was lovely! They gave us a big table for 3 of us and was really attentive & the food came quick.

Mum and I had the sunset burger with other bits. It was her first time trying it and she loved it. Great service as well, Khan was very helpful.

The lack of attention to customer care and timely food service is evident. If there was an option to rate lower than what I've already given, I would. It's apparent that the staff are chatting amongst themselves rather than attending to their duties.

I've been to a lot of different Nandos branches, but this one was a bit disappointing in all honesty. Biggest gripes were the food not arriving to the table piping hot (it wasn't even that busy), and the lack of attentiveness of the servers (empty plates don't get cleared until you leave - and this isn't the norm for Nandos at all from past experience). There's also no soap refilled in the sink area, and the floor had a noticeable amount of food on it.

Good place for a quick bite. Food, service and atmosphere really nice as usual.

Food was tasty and came really fast, staff were immediately helpful when I asked for some water glasses, I was there at a time when it was not too busy so the atmosphere was nice and chill, lots of different styles of tables (booths, window tables, larger tables, etc) and we were offered choice in where we wanted to sit. My only let down was that they didn't have the medium garlic sauce bottles available. Overall, a good experience :)

Food just didn't taste like other nandos. Chicken felt rubbery and unusually big. Didn't enjoy. Sorry.
