KFC Leyton - High Road in Waltham Forest

THEY DIDNT GIVE US THE WHOLE FOOD TERRIBLE

I ordered 4pcs Regular Chicken, I received 2 thighs, 1 Drumstick & 1 sort of wing part (which shouldn’t be count as Regular part) . Received still water instead of sparkling.

My order was never delivered. The eta kept on being extended, and after 2 hours we gave up. It says it was delivered around 20:15 which is wrong as we never received our meal. Please can you issue a full refund - including the tip I put down. Many thanks, David

The man collected my food and went to a differnt store to wait for someone else’s food my food was freezing

One of the four meals was wrong and all the drinks were wrong.

Awful food, undercooked almost raw like chicken. Staff never answer phones and customer service is rubbish.

The restaurant missed a few items, 2 hot wings. This is the second time that’s happened when I order from them. Will never order from them again and waste my money on items they cannot even give.

The food was nice, however for what you pay the chicken received is not value for money. The chicken pieces were slightly bigger then a large hot wing. When buyinh a bucket tou would expect an assortment of pieces, but to receive 6 small chicken pieces was unacceptable. I highly doubt I will be ordering from KFC Leyron again.

The food was cold and it was not as expected, the box is supposed to have various ingredients, salad, chicken rice and beens, this time the box had the salad, rice and chicken, the been where missing, which is the part I like.

I visited this branch on the 17/06 and the place was literally filth. Tables and chairs all dirty. Chairs all over the place, not in order. Food all over the floor. And a very drunken man, spitting his food on the floor. I asked the worker if they’re gonna clean it so others can sit down and he told me “no we have to actually wait for all the tables to be free before we can clean them”. couldn’t believe.

For £24.99 +delivery ,i got only 8 strips and popcorn...rice fries and corn .... i was expecting more meat for this amount...

Very expensive for what you get I order a tower burger Chicken burger was cold, burnt and the chicken was very thin not worth having Chip were bearly warm chicken pice was very very greases only think that was OK was the corn on the cob Would not came back or recommend

when they can't even read a order,and leave out the hot wings you have paid for. then don't answer the phone. absolute idiots

The box of mine order was opened, when I just got it. This not good. I don’t know. Maybe delivery person opened it but. But I am not gonna eat it. I want my money back to my bank account. This is disrespectful.

was not delivered at all, was meant to be delivered between 21.00 to 21.20 and after waiting no status change till 11pm, it changed to delivered. I'm so disappointed because there is no way to call or cancel and i have kids, who were hungry.

delivery person must have delivered everywhere before me, or the store didnt do their job properly - all items were cold and the sauce i asked was not what i asked but was something hot! awful.

Refuse to take order from till. Never returning Edit after reply Remove the signs on tills or replace signs telling people they are not welcome if they have a vision disability.

Don’t order here. Every time I have an issue and they NEVER answer the phone. Fries are frozen. Chicken undercooked and no one to contact. What a joke.

The cook in Leyton needs to be taught how to make KFC because it tastes nothing like it does in other KFC stores and if that was supposed to be 4 portions of fries the portions have been radically reduced

Absolutely awful - I had a 3 piece meal and they were tiny bits of chicken that was more bone than chicken and beyond dry. It's like that's all they had so we got it. It's not the first time this has happened. Expensive meal for just bones!!! so dissapointed

The food was good, I ordered still water but received Pepsi max, I don't like fizzy drinks, also I would've preferred that the bag is sealed for hygiene reasons

The chicken was overcooked, hard and rubbery. I was sent pepsi max instead of tango. I want my money back.

It is very unsanitary and I mean very very!!! They get our order wrong almost all the time and they are very very rude.This is unacceptable!!!! They dont use gloves while putting the food!!

Food came very quickly but fries were cold some fries were seasoned others not no napkins or sauce.

I waited a long time for my order and when it got here it was cold. I sent a message saying all my food was cold. I spent £30 on food and not one bit was warm. Also put cold drinks in with HOT food. I got £15 credit to my account which is only half the food. All the food was cold. Had to throw it away.

The place was clean enough however the service wasn’t … so shameful that take away drivers take priority over regular customers … that’s what happens when it’s franchise .. the food was cold and not best quality

Fresh fries and food is very good. The area is so clean and tidy, feels very comfortable. Best customer service. However, I got chicken pieces which I told cashier. I would recommend my friends to have fun.

For the second time this location has failed to send the 1.5ltr drink.

When delivered the gravy had burst all over everything bursting the bottom out of the bag and moved me in gravy!

There were food items missing in my order - one portion of chips and half of my chicken order. There were just a few items I ordered, I don’t understand how they can miss putting half of the order in the bag!

One of the worst KfC no Hygiene no customer service it so bad chicken drop on the floor the front guy put it back in with all the chicken.

Absolutely awful ! Arrived very quickly as we are around the corner. Stale cold chips where the oil had seeped into the white portioning bags as if they were possibly a bag of returned fries, but definitely old in any case. Chicken & wings both past their hot holding times. The only decent thing was the popcorn chicken which was still piping hot. It's as if this KFC has returned to its old poor management structure! Shame as it has considerably improved under the new regime.
