I did not get my drink that I ordered so I’m not happy if I pay for a drink I expect to get my drink or send me the money back for it

not good, I ordered chicken legs but they delivered chicken wings.will never order again

The food at this kfc is awful. Very old and dry chicken and small left over pieces given. Wings over cooked and i think refried. Fries dry and cold.

Ordered a peice of chicken breast and got two tiny centre breast which made me think was this a small pigeon and not chicken i will not returning to that branch again.

nearly two hours late. food was dead cold. delivery driver was polite and im sure this is the restaurant's fault.

Most disgusting kfc I have tried. Wings tasted like cooked in dirty oil and unseasonal, tasted only of dirty oil with a chilli kick. Chips hard and cold, my son refused to eat them or his mini fillet which he normally loves. Not to mention the heavy door to enter which nearly broke my ankle. WILL NOT BE BACK 🤮

I’ve noticed that the staff here don’t wash their hands when when handling food. Update: The Leytonstone KFC has been shut down by food hygiene inspectors. On Tuesday 9th August, Waltham Forest Council’s food safety team issued a hygiene emergency prohibition notice to the High Road, Leytonstone, branch of the fast-food giant. The stated reasons for the closure were a “rat infestation”, “very poor cleaning” and “poor management control”. I’ve had food from this place once before and felt sick afterwards. I thought this may be a one off bit I’ve tried it again have thrown up twice since eating it.

Food was good and fresh. Driver didn't follow delivery instructions.

40% of the order was missing (wings, corn, beans)

Food was STONE COLD for the money paid won't buy from you again very poor.

Was very offended by the attitude of the Staff as there Advertising is costing the Taxpayers millions of pounds every year to print 🖨 they should pay for there own Advertising and not expect the Taxpayer to fit the bill I've sent a letter into downing Street and a petition to make the PM aware of this waiting for reply KFC should have its funding reduced or cut to balance the books

I complained to Just eat and reported that 2 pieces of my bucket chicken was missing and the rest of the chicken was so dry and 2 wings on that bucket was so small!! Never got helped or any compensation when I always order KFC in this app. So disappointing.

Every time I order from here there has always been something missing, both from ordering online and going in person. At least offer an alternative or put more of another item in?!

That was the most delicious kfc ordered meal I have had in a long while!! The burger was scrumptious, thick and juicy, fresh and hot. The wings were as if I’ve freshly fried and eaten them as they were cooked! The fries, gravy and sauce were the icing on the cake! Thanks again guys well done!! Hopefully will order again but prices seem a bit high lately so it’s a treat whenever I can order from KFC :-)

Great customer service from the manager I have to say with trying his best to help resolve the issue by keeping his word of a replacement on my next order. But it’s just the salt levels and the quantity of the meal that is the problem.

Didn’t receive my whole order. Was suppose to receive a 1.5l bottle of Pepsi max with my food but never got it. 😕

I couldn’t eat the meal, the chips were small, too salty and the chicken was dry. The package did nothing to help the food from staying safe.

Over the few months the food from here has become less appealing, as the chicken does not taste the same and they have started coating the chips with a seasoning, which some customers may not like or may be allergic too. They should give customers the option of plain chips. My last order the chicken was overcooked, burnt and very dry. Was like charcoal and very hard to swallow. The chips were over coated in seasoning and tasted too salty. Ended up throwing away the food. Made an official complaint

The pin location was wrong and the food was delivered to the wrong house. We had to collect it from that house ourselves.

The pin was incorrect even though I put the correct address in and when I tried to explain this over the phone to the driver and provide the correct postcode but the driver did not listen and kept saying this is the location even after explaining to him that this was wrong. I had to walk about 5 minutes to go and collect the food and he continued to drive away from me even after saying I was there. The food was fine but slightly cold by the time I got it home.

I have been offered a cup of ice, after discovering lack of a restroom or at least some wet wipes... Also every single chicken wing which I had was hairy on a side... These are some unsanitary conditions for customers with a cramped place and lack of toilets or at least wet wipes ! Extremely poor experience !

I had ordered 10 piece variety bucket at 11.13pm for delivery from Leytonstone, the chicken was burnt and you can smell the burnt oil , the chicken was so hard and dry, we could not consume , my 15 year old nearly vomited, can’t believe KFC would send such food , it messed up our night.

I just got the zinger from here and it was cold Af. I gave it back to them. And they literally microwaved infront of me and gave it back to me. Literally microwaved food at KFCs now. Ruining such a big name Of KFC

Can be hit and miss, but overall it's not too bad compared to some other KFC's.

I been eating kfc for more than 15 years but I first time eat a pathetic meal of 3 pieces chicken fries and drink cost 7.49 the pictures will explain how KFC chicken look like it was very disappointing not even single ketchup was there and the lady give me the bag I can cook better than Leytonstone’s KFC

Secondo ordine con just eat a Kfc, vediamo il rider sulla mappa in arrivo, era nella nostra via (avevamo indicato ordine, via, nome hotel), siamo state tutto il tempo ad aspettare fuori, abbiamo cercato e poco dopo arriva il messaggio “Consegnato, buon appetito” e non era arrivato assolutamente NIENTE, soldi fregati. Sconsiglio a tutti

These guys have a habit of giving you the completely wrong order or not even giving you what you order, most of the time.

They never get an order right - latest order missing hot wings and drink. Poor service.

Recently visited KFC Leytonstone and indulged in their delicious wings, a personal favorite. The team, especially Juned Saikh, stood out with exceptional service. Juned's friendly and supportive attitude ensured I always got the right order. Big thanks to the KFC team and a special shoutout to Juned Shaikh for making the experience memorable

me and my partner was going through the drive through and once we got to the window to pay we asked for the manager the worker slammed the windows in our face. we then went in the shop the manager, dhanish he said don’t come back then and laughed in out faces. its disgusting customer service and embarrassing all we wanted was a krushem and 2 wings. you would think a manager would calm and resolve a situation not make it worse.

My bottle of ice-cold water was placed in the same bag as my hot chicken and chips, which I believe cooled the food down more than necessary. The portion size was fine for me, but others might have preferred bigger pieces of chicken. I received a leg and a wing, which are probably the two smallest, but were plenty for me.

driver was driving around 5 km away from our house. when we asked him why he was so far away he said it's not his faunt. I have sceenshots every 3 minutes of where he was driving. I demand a complete refund for my 60 pound order as the food was completely cold. Every time we ordered our delivery took less than 10 minutes so this is just stupid.

Once again forgot mini filled burger and we couldn’t get refund for it
