Went to the Nando’s in Swindon today. Disappointed with my chicken as it was cold. Although did get a fresh one. Broccoli was also cold. On the app it said there was no halloumi but other people were ordering it which was also disappointing. Some helpful staff though.

I had a good experience at Nando's in Swindon, with the food being of the usual high standard. I was seated quickly upon arrival and my food arrived fairly quickly once I'd ordered. The staff came to check everything was fine with my meal and were polite and efficient throughout my experience.

The food was good but the service wasn’t we had to wait for 45 mins for the food and there weren’t many customers in the restaurant

Wouldn't usually waste time writing a review but our experience tonight was too bad not to. Waited over an hour for our food to come, and only one meal came. Ordered a wrap and mash, wrap literally had one bit of chicken in it, whole meal was stone cold, wrap was hard. I finished the meal and my partners food still hadn't come, now been waiting 1hour 15 mins. We did speak to the manager and got a full refund and there were 3 other people in line requesting refunds for the same reasons. The whole experience was horrendous. Not once were we informed there would be a longer than usual wait for food, and being completely honest I could make a better meal myself! Complete waste of money, service was bad, literally not even worth it. Appreciate the manager giving us a full refund as she admitted they were understaffed but still no excuse.

It's ok, but little things annoy me. It's another chain where the waitress cant even take your order and you have to use a QR code and order yourself. Have to collect your own knife and fork and drinks. Seriously why bother going to a restaurant if you do all the serving yourself. Food, was ok but not a large lunch. Will never attend a Nando's again

Ordered a delivery, but discovered the Fino Pitta wasn't included. 'Phoned Nandos who refused to deliver it and said they could only take the cost of the Fino Pitta of the bill (one of the chilli dips was opened and empty). Had to share my chicken with my son - not happy. We WERE regular customers so they'll be the losers. So much for customer service - what has happened to this world!

It wasn’t a terrible experience but wasn’t the greatest. My food was good but arrived a bit cold so wasn’t as good as it could’ve been. The staff were all friendly and polite and the service was generally good though.

Normally a fan a Nandos. Particularly so because they give a military discount. This restaurant in Swindon overcharged for food, put an extra drink on that I didn't order and then didn't apply the military discount. When confronted about the user error, the general manager dealt with it but really didn't care and said couldn't fix it now been through the till. Oddly she refunded the wine we didn't order in cash, but I paid by card. She promised a £5 voucher by email, which just about covered the discount that should have been applied in the first place. Still hasn't arrived though. Normally a fan of nandos, but avoid this one in Swindon.

The old blonde lady, Didn’t get her name, with a foul attitude coukdnt be more rude if she tried. Waited 10/15 minutes for the glasses for the drinks we ordered so asked if we could get them and she rudely said “I will bring them over” she then slammed them on the table without a word or smile. Talk about service!! She was incredibly rude. If you don’t want to work in the service industry, don’t!!! Vile attitude.

We visited on a Thursday lunchtime &, although they were a bit late opening, the staff were apologetic & then very friendly & welcoming once we were able to go inside. Our food arrived quickly after ordering & everything tasted great & was the usual good Nando’s quality.

Busy day with no time to prepare a meal so we decided on Nandos. We we quickly shown to our table and we made or choices. The food was delivered quickly. A bit too quickly for my liking and my partner's order was wrong. We both went for butterfly chicken with corn. She had fries snd I had rice. My rice was lukewarm, corn under cooked and the chicken was tough. My partner's fries were nigh on cold, her corn also undercooked and chicken was tough to the extent her knife would barely penetrate the tough leathery skin exterior. She barely touched her meal and I wasn't overly pleased with mine. We both agreed the chicken had probably been prepared some hours earlier in the day and had been left to dehydrate under a hot lamp. The chips and rice had also been prepared previously and had been left to cool next to an open fridge. The highlight of the meal was being able to refill our soft drink a couple of times which was needed to was down this overcooked and abandoned dross. The floor staff were very polite and attentive but the food was awful. We won't be back

First time I’ve visited Nandos and it was quite nice. I’m if I hadn’t had my son with me, I would be slightly confused as to how to order but you have to scan your table’s bar code and then you have to register online but got there in the end. Burger was ok but nothing fancy but chips were nice. My only criticism is that the tables that accommodate two people are very close to each other so you could easily listen to other people’s conversation…..the guy to my right was talking about his haemorrhoids….put me off my chicken with BBQ sauce slightly.

My partner and I have been to this nandos and always seem to have good food. We do like crispy chips which sometimes don't come out how we like but overall really nice food and service you'd expect 👍🏻

We have specific dietary requirements (coeliac disease and allergies) in our group, and we felt this was dealt with in a really safe way. The manager took our order. The food was placed in a different area when waiting to come out and the member of staff who brought it to us confirmed it was for us with 'allergies'. The food was good and we felt safe and well catered for. Most impressive was the reaction by the staff when a child who had just come into the restaurant walked past our table and grabbed some of our food. They happily replaced the plate of food and offered a free pudding to the upset child in our group with the dietary requirements. They were so apologetic, even though it wasn't their fault. I cannot praise one of then enough - Emma - thank you so much for your kindness and helpfulness. We really appreciated it.

Terrible. One staff member was rude and sarcastic throughout. Served food which was ice cold in the centre and made to feel like an idiot throughout our meal because I asked for it to be changed.
