The price/quality ratio is quite poor. Good but quite expensive. The service at this restaurant was excellent.

Nando's restaurant needs no introduction and its food is all halal, delicious and worth trying. I ordered grilled chicken, potatoes, and corn, and they were all worth it.

I visited that place a week ago and liked it. The food was good and the service was okay. Good atmosphere. I can visit the again. No problem

Delicious food - beautifully cooked chicken. The chips were excellent too. Our server (Hillary) was fantastic and went out of his way to make our visit enjoyable. All in all a great experience!

Went to this Nandos branch after ages, the biggest mistake. The food was flavourLESS. No amount of sauce could fix that. The food just really lacked flavour. The bread that came with the chicken livers was cold but apparently now they don’t serve them warm, it’s defrosted from the night before and bunged on a plate. Most of the food my husband and I ordered went to waste. We got home and both got bad tummies and stomach cramps. Not going ever again. So many better places to eat than Nandos

One of my best Nando's branches. The staff is great! Especially the branch managers. Very helpful, very friendly. The chicken is consistently succulent and tender! Would always recommend this branch and would go back to it all the time we are nearby!

Cold food. Missing sauces. Dry chicken. Had to wait long despite ordering online 1h before.

Great service. Came back to check how the food was. Atmosphere a bit too dark for me. The 4 boneless chicken cooked well. The two sides were prepped a while back as the peas were dark green and the mash had clearly been in its bowl for a while. Food was ok, however, and will return. Used my bonus and paid online without issues.

Was a horrible experience. Didn’t receive my glasses for my drinks until half an hour after ordering my food and repeatedly asking for them. Was with family and friends and there food all came an hour before my reached the table. Didn’t receive my starters until after finsishing my main course. Food seemed rushed. I wouldn’t go back to Slough Nando’s. When I tried ordering though the Nando’s table QR code the price came out my account twice but then said declined online. Currently waiting for a refund.

Excellent service by Manar. She was very professional and assuring and made sure my order came in as soon as possible, despite how many people were in the restaurant and delay. I definitely wouldn’t have had a better experience without her, so a huge thanks to her.

Manager notified us that initial waiting time was 30 mins for collection and then 45 mins for eat in. We waited 30 mins only for the manager then to tell us that ordering food will be an additional 45 mins. We were not impressed with this as we would have made an alternative decision.

Very fresh and good quality food. Definitely recommended if you haven't tried it.

The place is disgusting, smells of toilet near the far end. They don’t have crayons and colouring sheets for children while the food wait is more than 30 minutes. It’s over crowded and dirty. Not returning.

Having spent approx £50 on an order and only receiving half the order just isn’t acceptable. Not the first time this has happened but went with benefit of the doubt hoping it wouldnt happen again but it has… You guys need to get better at checking your orders (no matter how busy you are!) and if this isn’t possible then don’t accept online orders!

I would give zero, over 1 hour wait for food and then was given the wrong order, shocking service manager was prioritising delivering orders so food was given Luke warm to dine in customers

The ordering system at the table a bit strange, easier at the counter, apart from that very happy.

The waiting time is a bit long, but once the food arrives... Prepare to drool. Very nice, good spicy level and good portions. Staff are also friendly and check in on you.

Brilliant food and service !! Nando's is for sure a healthier and quickest option for any time meal of the day. I think by now I have tried Nando’s in a few countries but the ones in UK are the best ! P.s: must try pulled chicken on fries with cheese 👍, I believe they are called loaded fries

06/02/24 It was an amazing experience and the food was served very quickly and tasted amazing especially the peri peri chips.A big thank you to our server Adrien (sorry if your name is spelt wrong) who was very nice and made sure we were satisfied.

Food was ready but sat on the counter for five minutes. It wasn’t busy, about 5-7 other customers in total. How the staff can neglect an order that is ready like this is beyond me, really poor. When the staff did get around to bringing our food to the table, it was lukewarm warm. The chicken was over grilled, burn and dry. My advice is to find other Nandos branches.

My son got food poisoning from this place. We were there on 20/1/24. He has been unwell for 2 days. DO NOT EAT HERE! I shall be informing Public Health about this.

The staff are getting bored and sloppy and serving cold chicken after leaving it under the lights too long! However, I really hope they don’t close this branch down when they redevelop the Queensmare it’s shame the rest of shopping centre is dead with lots shady characters about so have wits about you but this is an Island of tranquility in Slough High Street district!

Very wide variety of food. I really liked the taste of each and ankith i think his name...he was good and helped us to select which will be the best as my friends were having allergies. Keep it up.

10/10 for the customer service and the food. Arpit was excellent and very attentive and made sure that the food was fresh and made quick. This is the only reason i would be coming back because of your staff member providing good service and the fresh food.

Staying true to the Nandos essence the place is a great spot for having a delicious meal along with family and friends. Great ambience, helpful staff and on top of it the food which is up to the standards of Nandos. We had a great time, even our 5yo loved it, we are definitely coming back here.

I'm a big fan of Nandos. But this one is the worst Nando's I've ever seen. The cutlery was all dirty(attaching pics), the staff there didn't bother about I complaining about this. Then had to talk to the manager who sent us the washed cutlery. Not sure how come dirty cutlery came for customers in the 1st place.

Visited Monday 6th Nov 23.. service was excellent, staff were extremely polite and helpful. Food was great. One of our favourite Nandos to visit, much nicer service and food than all the others we have visited.

Quality of food was great overall, chicken was the usual standard expected from Nando’s however garlic bread was a bit over-done & dry. Service was decent but place could do with some TLC. Our table wasn’t flat, had a wobble, and was a bit sticky.

Shiv was just amazing! His customer service was above and beyond. I placed a huge HUGEEEE order and was super worried that I wouldn’t receive it all, but Shiv rang up and promised me that everything would be there.

Really don't understand why these are not Europe wide?? Loved and missed the quality of the food. Great friendly staff and always my first choice for eating. Great to have the option to choose why flavour to add to the meal.

Parking is a little annoying, especially if you've got a nice car as not many places around for decent parking. Gets a little frustrating something waiting for a table. Find the chicken to be dry

Wybór sosów duży i zróżnicowany. Naprawdę smacznie. Porcje nie są duże. Przyszliśmy niedługo przed zamknięciem i na siedzeniach było dużo resztek jedzenia, miałam też poczucie, że wszystko się nieco klei. Frytki były podane chłodne

I've been here many, many times before, but last night stood out the most for me. I was greeted by the most bubbly member of staff who instantly made me smile.. Queen Raff, I believe she goes by. and an absolute queen she is. Very happy, helpful and friendly. Then Justyna took my order and served my food and was just as polite, friendly and went above and beyond to make me and my partner as comfortable as possible. The food was perfectly cooked, quick and as always tasted lovely.

Food is horrible. Ordered for garlic bread and got very hard roasted black bread. Loaded fries were cool, soggy and not tasty. I don’t recommend this restaurant and will never visit again..

The most friendliest, happiest and bubbliest lady greeted us this evening and made me feel so welcome! this lady would go by the name Queen Raff and a queen she is! Then I was served by Justyna at the tills and again so friendly and helpful and I'd say she also went above and beyond to make us both comfortable. Lovely food as well. Outstanding staff. Especially for slough high street.
