Chips was great. The first chicken wing was great, the other two felt a bit bitter. Big portions. If you want to wash your hands, you don’t have to go in the restroom, you can do it in front of the restrooms without touching any doors, which I really appreciate. The place is a bit loud.

Went there for lunch today, the restaurant is large in size, and despite the restaurant being empty, we had to negotiate to get a good table to seat 6!! Made a big order and the food took ages, no communication, after about 1 hour and everyone who came 20-30 minutes behind us got their food, the told us that some ingredients were out of stock with communicating anything!! After long wait, the food arrived and was slightly messed up in regard to the spice level. Food quality was not that good and the service was a joke!! Even if you place a big order there are still no one to help you to get the glasses and sauces!

I'm writing to share my disappointment with my recent visit to Nando's Blue Mall. The manager, Rachel, displayed a stinking attitude throughout the entire interaction, leaving a sour taste in our mouths. During our visit, my group of four received only three of the meals we ordered. Despite showing receipts and bank transactions to prove our purchase, Rachel insisted we were trying to cheat the system. Her refusal to apologize or acknowledge her mistake, even after other staff members admitted issues with the POS system, was disheartening. What's worse, Rachel made sly comments suggesting we were attempting to get free food, and that she would check CCTV later. Even at the end of our ordeal, there was no apology from her end. This experience was unfortunate, especially as we've been loyal customers and fans of the Nando's franchise. While the other staff members were friendly and positive, Rachel's behavior overshadowed their efforts

I had recently visited this Nando's branch and I am appalled by the behaviour/attitude by the manager named Rachel. As a group of 4, we had ordered and waited patiently for our food but had received 3 meals. As someone who has worked in a restaurant, I understand that mistakes happen and empathised with the staff’s error. However, the manager Rachel was convinced that we had supposedly ordered 3 meals and attempted to cheat the restaurant out of a free 4th meal with our report. Consequently, we had displayed our receipts and bank transactions to prove our statement. Additionally, the other staff members admitted that they had issues with POS system at the checkout. Despite the clear abundance of evidence, the manager Rachel was adamant to believe us, therefore, was hesitant to serve our 4th paid for meal. In hindsight, I believe the manager Rachel had a stubborn reaction as her ridiculous claim was disproven both quickly and clearly. Regardless, this caused a bit of a conflict as were shocked at the manager Rachel’s attitude and poor attempt to rectify the situation. Eventually, we were given our 4th paid for meal by the remaining staff members that recognised their mistake. This was an unfortunate situation as we are returning customers/fans of the franchise. Also, this was a shame as this establishment has a lot of potential as showcased by the friendly/positive employees. However, it is managed by an obnoxious clown that has no humility to take accountability.

Delivery drivers avoid at all cost between the hours of 11am and 8pm.... (basically their whole yrading hours) often waiting for 30+ minutes to pick orders up, staff very happy to tell you it will be a couple of minutes, every 5 minutes you wait. If it's gonna be 20+ minutes, tell us😡we don't get paid by the hour

Nandos is literally one of my favourite places to eat and we came here during the day on Saturday just gone after a long day of shopping. I was very disappointed mainly due to the lack of condiments there was no garlic perinaise or garlic Nandos sauce or even the vusa hot sauce which is my favourite. I got up five times looking to see if anyone had put any back until I asked someone if there was any way we could get some or if I could even buy a bottle but no one came back to the table to let us know until the third person I asked I didn’t get her name but she was lovely and very young and helpful. But she came over with a bowl of the garlic peri sauce but couldn’t find the vusa sauce and couldn’t get any from anywhere else which I found to be odd. This did spoil my experience as I always have them three sauces and there was only one available to us. I always use the vusa sauce and I feel like buying it myself and taking it with me but I cannot get it anywhere. But yeah that’s my only problem and Iv not once had an issue with Nandos until then

Friendly servers, absolutely terrible manager. Don't leave your food unattended or they'll bin it even if you've left all your worldly belongings literally on the table. Nando’s food is what it is. Reliable and delicious. This particular Nando’s is without doubt the friendliest. My son is a boisterous 16 year old with severe autism and it’s easier for us to attend the same places so he’s comfortable. The staff know him and go out of their way to make sure we get a table that’s tucked away so he can have his meal without stress and other diners can have their meal in peace lol! We wouldn’t go elsewhere 🫶

Me and my family is visiting this nandos for 6 years now. Before the place was amazing but now the quality of service as dropped massively!!!! After ordering the food, we had to wait for nearly 45 mins! The hummus they brought was all dried up looking very weird! The garlic bread was all burnt!! After we told them, they said they will get another garlic bread and again there was a wait of more than 15mins!! For a Monday where it was very quiet and the restaurant was empty, we still had to wait all those time for this quality of food!!!! I took photos but I can't see where I can attach them. We are very disappointed with this kind of service!!! Thank you for making this our last visit!!!

We were seated immediately and then just left, no-one decided to tell us it was an hour minimum wait for food. Very poor management, they kept taking in more and more customers, despite being understaffed and overloaded with orders. Food came cold, items were forgotten, staff were rude, cold and blunt, honestly it was a very uncomfortable experience all the way throughout. I wish they had just explained how busy they were before showing us to a table. No apologies when food finally came either, no apologies when it had been an hour and we were asking how much longer it would be, nothing.

Always come here on a trip to the metro, a few times a year but getting more frequent with 9 and 10 year old girls. Ran out of tomato sauce the other day due to a supplier issue, the staff couldn't have been more helpful - asked at other restaurants who weren't prepared to help, so ran to poundland. Very much went the extra mile! Saved the day for my autistic child who is already somewhat picky. Thanks!

Shocked at the lack of customer service and empathy for people who are fasting. The restaurant had about 7 tables free and staff were turning people away, including myself which meant that we will end up opening our fast nearly 1 hour late. The staff excuse was ‘we are understaffed’ however it only takes 2 minutes to offer a glass of water or apologise to waiting people. Just a lack of understanding and basic manners and when we complained she said ‘well it’s just me working’ when in fact that’s wasn’t the truth. No apology given and just moody staff. They acted like they were doing us a favour by giving us one of the many empty tables. The main issue here is the lack of an apology once called out. Some cultural sensitivity wouldn’t go amiss :)

Tasty food, fresh, I subtracted a star because they forgot one of the sides and we had to chase it. Otherwise service was fine and food arrived relatively speedily (you order your own food at the table and pay via the website, which makes things simple, but means you need to check offers to take advantage of any deals).

Then disaster struck, it disappeared inside itself, taunting me with its window showing that it still had pleanty left in it. Secured by a lock so I am was unable to access it myself. Came during summer 2021 when there were shortages due to all sorts of issues and orders made electronically from the table due to the pandemic... The staff were fighting hard to make the meal work for us in difficult circumstances and did their best to look after us... They communicated clearly and sorted out all issues, they are a credit to nandos. Great meal, great service despite all the present issues.

To start MetroCentre was rammed so we expected Nandos to be busy. We were told 45 mins for a table and we'd get a text when ready...90 mins later we got the text. Only half the restaurant seemed to be open, I suspect due to staff shortages but the staff that were there didn't seem that busy. We ordered via the website as you need to nowadays, as did someone else in our party. About 10 mins later a staff member arrived with a glass for our friend but none for us, when we asked they said they hadn't received our order even though my wife showed then the payment had been made. A manager came over and said we'd have to order again and that the app was rubbish (but the only way they will take orders) and explained that the initial payment wouldn't be taken. All of this led to food being delayed. And guess what, we were also charged twice. These are challenging times we are in but this was just inept.

Call me old fashioned but I'm allways put off when our food is presented at a different table first. Happened starter and mains. Also wow the gents toilets. I fear it wasn't the spicy sauce that gave me a poorly stomach, please employ a cleaner even once a week would improve it, just repulsive and when will you fix the second urinal? Honestly. The food was average nandos and why can't those working have their own soda fountain? Sweaty staff drinking gallons of cola is a bit off putting.

I decided to go out to Nandos with a few of my friends. I decided to order the “butterfly chicken burger” in “plain”. I’ve never been too good with spicy food as it makes my tongue burn!🌶🔥🥵 Very disappointed as it came out as it came with an odd white sauce (that was not clearly stated on the menu and had no idea what this was😖) and the chicken was rather bland, overpriced and quite frankly disgusting!🤮 The interior decor was lovely so you should defo go pop along to Nandos to try the “plain butterfly chicken” with white sauce! I went to Costa Coffee in the queen Elizabeth hospital yesterday and I asked for a takeaway bubblegum frappe which they had on their frappe menu. I was very disappointed with this, why have something like that on the frappe menu and say they don’t make it.

1st visit in a while, walked our 2 x 6months puppies down to try a little socialisation. They were a little hyper/loud in some moment's and we didn’t think they would settle (but they did) Staff and some customers were very understanding and helped make it easier. We managed few drink and picky food that were delicious. Nice pub and staff, always has that country feel to it. Would recommend it very welcoming.
